In the traditional formwork supporting mode, if the concrete does not reach a certain strength, the formwork is detached, the structure is damaged due to easy stress, and the secondary repair is complex, difficult, time-consuming and labor-consuming; if the concrete reaches the formwork after certain intensity, although the concrete is not destroyed, the surface appearance is poor, and the slab staggering exists at the lower opening of the formwork easily, so that the secondary processing leveling repair and the secondary leveling processing cannot be carried out.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the problems of poor forming effect and low construction efficiency caused by difficult formwork erection in the prior art, so that the device for erecting, erecting and dismantling the lower cornice formwork of the racing track, which is convenient in formwork erection, has the minimum influence on the acting force of a concrete surface and good forming effect, is provided.

The embodiment provides a method for removing a template of a lower cornice of a track, which is used for removing the template supporting device of the lower cornice of the track, and comprises the following steps: after the concrete is sprayed and the inner side surface of the lower cornice 20 is leveled, the supporting strips 24 and the inner side template 22 are removed simultaneously before the concrete is initially set; continuously removing the leveling pipe 21; finally the outer formwork 23 is removed.
The embodiment provides a method for removing a template of a lower cornice of a track, because the template supporting injection and the template-free supporting injection exist, the layering condition is obvious due to the fact that a plurality of staggered platforms exist on a joint surface, so that the template is required to be removed before initial setting, the joint surface is timely treated, the integral effect is achieved, and specifically, after concrete injection and leveling of the inner side surface of the lower cornice 20 are completed, the supporting strips 24 and the inner side template 22 are removed simultaneously before the concrete is initially set, so that the influence on the concrete is favorably avoided; and then continuously removing the leveling pipe 21, which is not only beneficial to minimizing the influence of external force on the cornice concrete, but also ensures that the integral structure of the cornice concrete is not damaged, and after the leveling pipe 21 is removed, the outer side template 23 is continuously removed after the sprayed concrete of the racetrack reaches the normal form removal strength, thereby being beneficial to ensuring the stability of the concrete in the removal process.
In addition, when demolishing, withdraw from third self tapping screw and second self tapping screw earlier, withdraw from last first self tapping screw to can guarantee will inboard template 22 with support bar 24 is demolishd simultaneously, guarantees to receive external force to influence minimum to cornice concrete. Moreover, the position of the leveling pipe 21 needs to be supplemented with materials after the leveling pipe 21 is removed, so that the integrity of the whole device is guaranteed, specifically, the leveling pipe 21 is filled with spraying materials of the same material to be smooth and compact, and the outer template 23 is removed after the maintenance reaches normal strength.
