背景技术
袜子是一种纬编类针织物，有短筒袜、长筒袜、中筒袜等。传统意义的袜子在着装上仅仅扮演着保暖、护足的角色。随着生活水平的日益提高，袜子一改过去传统单一的品种模式，向功能性、时尚型转变，特别是真丝类袜子成为越来越多女性的首选。在我国沙漠地区或北方地区，由于冬天温度低、空气干燥，真丝袜的表面游丝经摩擦容易产生静电，穿着很不舒适，时间一长还会引起脚部发干、发痒、皮肤开裂等一系列问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：克服现有技术的不足，提
供一种保湿真丝袜的生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种保湿真丝袜的生产工艺，步骤如下：包芯丝制作—编织—染色—软化处理—保湿处理—定型—检验—包装。
进一步地，包芯丝的捻度为1200～1500T/M,拉伸比为3.0～4.5。
进一步地，保湿处理时，室温控制在50～60℃，加保湿剂后浸泡20～25小时。
进一步地，定型时，将袜子垂直悬挂并用120～160℃蒸汽加热15秒。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明设计合理，操作简单，生产的袜子保湿、抗静电，穿着舒适，能有效防止脚干、脚气问题。

一种保湿真丝袜的生产工艺，步骤如下：包芯丝制作—编织—染色—软化处理—保湿处理—定型—检验—包装。包芯丝的捻度为1200T/M,拉伸比为3.0。保湿处理时室温控制在50℃，加保湿剂后浸泡20小时。定型时，将袜子垂直悬挂并用120℃蒸汽加热15秒。
实施例2
一种保湿真丝袜的生产工艺，步骤如下：包芯丝制作—编织—染色—软化处理—保湿处理—定型—检验—包装。包芯丝的捻度为1400T/M,拉伸比为3.5。保湿处理时室温控制在55℃，加保湿剂后浸泡22小时。定型时，将袜子垂直悬挂并用140℃蒸汽加热15秒。
实施例3
一种保湿真丝袜的生产工艺，步骤如下：包芯丝制作—编织—染色—软化处理—保湿处理—定型—检验—包装。包芯丝的捻度为1500T/M,拉伸比为4.5。保湿处理时室温控制在60℃，加保湿剂后浸泡25小时。定型时，将袜子垂直悬挂并用160℃蒸汽加热15秒。
