step two: removing the oxide film on the surface of the inner hole of the connecting rod in the first step by using an activating solution;
step three: washing the surface of the inner hole of the connecting rod treated by the activating solution in the step two by using clear water;
step four: clamping the connecting rod cleaned and dried in the third step on an electric brush plating repairing device for repairing;
step five: clamping the connecting rod repaired in the fourth step on a special machine tool for processing so as to obtain a connecting rod meeting the standard size;
the brush plating repair device comprises a base (11), a top cover (12), a bolt (13) and a sealing ring (14), wherein a group of workpieces to be plated (15) are arranged between the upper edge of the base (11) and the lower edge of the top cover (12), the upper edge of the base (11), the lower edge of the top cover (12) and the workpieces to be plated (15) are connected through the sealing ring (14), and the base (11) and the top cover (12) are fixedly connected through the bolt (13); the electroplating brush comprises an electroplating brush (2), a rotating shaft (3), a roller (41), a rotating support shaft (42), a bracket (4), a sliding block (43), a spring, a fixed sleeve (5), a motor (6) and a locking module (7), wherein the rotating shaft (3) is fixedly connected with the electroplating brush (2), and the rotating shaft (3) is used for supporting the rotation of the electroplating brush (2); the electroplating brush (2) is arranged inside a cylinder formed by the workpieces (15) to be plated, and the electroplating brush (2) is used for brushing electroplating solution on the inner wall of a round hole of the workpiece (15) to be plated; the upper end of the rotating shaft (3) is rotatably connected in the fixed sleeve (5); three supports (4) are uniformly arranged on the cylindrical surface of the fixed sleeve (5), the upper ends of the supports (4) are fixedly connected with a motor (6), and a rotating shaft of the motor (6) is fixedly connected with the upper end of the rotating shaft (3); one end of the support (4) is fixedly connected with the cylindrical surface of the fixed sleeve (5), and the other end of the support (4) is rotatably connected with the roller (41) through a rotating support shaft (42); two ends of the rotating support shaft (42) are fixedly connected in mounting holes of the upper sliding block (43) and the lower sliding block (43); the sliding block (43) is connected in a rectangular groove on the bracket (4) in a sliding manner; a spring is arranged in the rectangular groove of the support (4), and a locking module (7) is arranged above the support (4); the locking module (7) is used for locking the sliding block (43);
a pressure sensor (44) is arranged in the rectangular groove of the bracket (4); one end of the pressure sensor (44) is fixedly connected to the cylindrical surface of the fixed sleeve (5), and the other end of the pressure sensor (44) is connected with one end of the spring in the rectangular groove of the bracket (4);
