Background
The connecting rod of the engine is one of important parts on the engine, the failure of the connecting rod is mainly caused by abrasion and deformation, so that the dimensional requirement cannot be met, and therefore, the repair of the connecting rod is mainly to recover the matching dimension and the surface performance. The repair technology adopted at present is mainly used for repairing through brush plating.
Brush plating is a surface processing technique, which utilizes an electrochemical method to reduce metal ions into metal and deposit the metal ions on the surface of a metal or nonmetal product to form a smooth and compact metal covering layer meeting the requirements. With the development of science and technology and production, the field of the brush plating technology is wider and wider, and the requirement of people on the plating layer is higher and higher. At present, the application of metal coatings has spread to various production and research departments of economic activity, and has great significance in production practice.
Some technical schemes for repairing connecting rods by brush plating also appear in the prior art, for example, a Chinese patent with application number of 200910077394X discloses a device and a method for brush plating inner hole parts, which comprises a workpiece to be plated, a workpiece clamping and sealing device, a special plating pen for brush plating inner holes and a plating pen rotating device. The workpiece to be plated and the clamping sealing device form a container with an opening at the top, and in the plating process, the workpiece is a cathode and the plating pen is an anode.
The brush plating repair device in the technical scheme can realize electroplating treatment on the inner hole parts, but the axes of the special plating pen for brush plating the inner hole and the inner hole of the workpiece to be plated in the device can be aligned only by means of a tool clamp, the manufacturing period of the tool clamp is long, and different tool clamps need to be manufactured according to different workpieces to be plated, so that the period and the cost of electroplating processing are improved; and the device cannot be used in a more free environment due to the assistance of the tool clamp, so that the use range of the device is limited.
Disclosure of Invention

As an embodiment of the present invention, the locking module 7 includes a friction block 71, an electromagnet 72, a guide rod 73, and a spring; the upper end of the sliding block 43 is fixedly connected with a friction block 71; an electromagnet 72 is arranged above the friction block 71; the electromagnet 72 is slidably mounted at the upper ends of the two guide rods 73; the lower end of the guide rod 73 is fixedly connected in a cylindrical hole on the upper surface of the bracket 4, and a spring is arranged in the cylindrical hole on the bracket 4; when the device is used, after the roller 41 on the bracket 4 is completely bounced off, the controller compares the numerical values of the three pressure sensors 44 and the numerical values are the same, the controller controls the electromagnet 72 to be electrified, the electromagnet 72 attracts the sliding block 43, the electromagnet 72 moves downwards along the guide rod 73 under the action of electromagnetic force, the electromagnet 72 extrudes the friction block 71, the electromagnet 72 locks the sliding block 43 through the friction force, the stability of the electroplating brush 2 in rotation is ensured, the locking is automatically completed, the efficiency is high, errors in the manual operation process of the aligned position cannot occur, and the clamping precision is improved; after the electroplating is finished, the controller controls the electromagnet 72 to be powered off, so that the electroplating brush 2 can be taken out of the inner hole of the workpiece, and the operation is convenient.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the friction block 71 is a corrugated air cushion, an arc groove 711 is disposed on an upper end surface of the friction block 71, and an air outlet 712 is disposed in the middle of the arc groove 711 on the friction block 71; when the electroplating brush is used, after the electromagnet 72 is electrified, the electromagnet 72 extrudes the friction block 71 under the action of electromagnetic force, the friction block 71 is compressed, gas in the friction block 71 is discharged from the gas outlet 712 at the upper end, negative pressure is generated between the upper end surface of the friction block 71 and the lower surface of the electromagnet 72, the friction block 71 and the electromagnet 72 are attached more stably, the stability of the electroplating brush 2 in rotation is finally ensured, and the size precision of the electroplating brush 2 after electroplating is further improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the electroplating brush 2 includes an upper fixing plate 21, a lower fixing plate 22, a brush housing 23, bristles 24, a pressing plate 25, and a cylinder 26; the lower end of the rotating shaft 3 is provided with a triangular prism, the upper end of a triangular prism section on the rotating shaft 3 is fixedly connected with an upper fixing plate 21, and the lower end of the triangular prism section on the rotating shaft 3 is fixedly connected with a lower fixing plate 22; three brush shells 23 are uniformly arranged between the upper fixing plate 21 and the lower fixing plate 22; the upper end of the electric brush shell 23 is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the upper fixing plate 21, the lower end of the electric brush shell 23 is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the lower fixing plate 22, one side of the opening of the electric brush shell 23 is fixedly connected with the triangular prism of the rotating shaft 3 in a segmented manner, the outer side surface of the closed end of the electric brush shell 23 is provided with bristles 24, and the side wall of one side of the closed end of the electric brush shell 23 is provided with a group of water outlet holes; the extrusion plate 25 is connected in the brush shell 23 in a sliding way, and the extrusion plate 25 is connected with the rotating shaft 3 through a cylinder 26; a water inlet hole is formed in the lower fixing plate 22; a pressure valve is arranged inside the brush shell 23; the pressure valve is used for controlling the action of the air cylinder 26; when the electroplating brush is used, electroplating solution is injected into the brush shell 23 from the water inlet on the lower fixing plate 22, the opening pressure value of the pressure valve is set, when the motor 6 drives the electroplating brush 2 to rotate through the rotating shaft 3, when the pressure in the brush shell 23 is smaller than the opening pressure value of the pressure valve, the cylinder rod of the pressure valve control cylinder 26 extends out, the cylinder 26 pushes the extrusion plate 25 to move, the extrusion plate 25 extrudes the electroplating solution in the brush shell 23, the electroplating solution in the brush shell 23 is sprayed on the brush bristles 24 from the water outlet holes in the brush shell 23, and then the brush bristles 24 are coated on the inner wall of the workpiece 15 to be plated, when the pressure of the electroplating solution in the brush shell 23 is larger than the opening pressure value of the pressure valve, the pressure valve control cylinder 26 stops acting, so that the electroplating brush 2 can control the electroplating solution in the electroplating brush 2 to be uniformly sprayed, and further the coated electroplating layer of the electroplating brush, further improving the dimensional accuracy of the electroplated brush 2.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the diameter of the water outlet hole on the side wall of the brush housing 23 is 0.2mm-1.0 mm; when the electroplating device is used, the diameter of the water outlet hole in the side wall of the electric brush shell 23 is set to be 0.2mm-1.0mm, and the spraying amount of the electroplating solution is small, so that the sprayed electroplating solution is more uniform, and the spraying amount of the electroplating solution is easier to control.
