Background
At present, various granular crops must be dried in the sun first after being harvested, and then are bagged, warehoused and stored. X) and a novel grain collecting machine (patent No. ZL 201410482664.6) have been designed, but these two kinds of grain collecting machines are because of the defect of self structure, either to large granule grain or the great or stacked grain of grain sunning thickness will be very difficult to collect the phenomenon that even can appear blockking up defeated grain tank automatically, or just receive grain and do not thoroughly remain on the sunning ground a bit when collecting grain to graininess grain, need the manual work to do subsequent further grain collection and clean, increased human cost and artifical intensity of labour in this intangible, and can also influence grain collecting efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of the existing grain collecting machine and provides a scraping and absorbing type grain collecting machine which is novel in structural design, can collect various grains and can thoroughly collect some grains which are not completely collected.
The specific scheme of the invention is as follows: a scraping and absorbing type grain collecting machine comprises a frame-shaped frame, wherein walking wheels and guide wheels are arranged at the bottom of the frame, a pushing handle is arranged on one side of the top of the frame, bearing mounting seats which are arranged in front and back are arranged on the top of the frame side by side, the bearing mounting seats are rotatably connected with a box body of an obliquely arranged scraping type grain collecting box through a transmission rotating shaft, a chain scraping and collecting device is arranged inside the scraping type grain collecting box and is in transmission connection with the transmission rotating shaft, a power machine is arranged in the middle of the inside of the frame, the output end of the power machine is in transmission connection with a belt pulley, a wheel shaft of the belt pulley is in transmission connection with the end part of the transmission rotating shaft through a driving chain, a wind absorbing type grain collecting box is arranged at the bottom of the scraping type grain collecting box along the length of the box body, the lower end of the wind absorbing type grain collecting box is a wind absorbing inlet, the upper end of the air suction type grain collecting box is aligned with the outlet at the upper end of the scraper type grain collecting box, the outer side wall of the upper end of the box body of the air suction type grain collecting box is provided with an air draft air duct, and the air draft air duct is communicated with the upper end port of the box body of the air suction type grain collecting box and is higher than the upper end port of the box body of the air suction type grain collecting box; the upper end of the air suction type grain collecting box and the upper end outlet of the scraper type grain collecting box are both smoothly connected with a cylindrical grain unloading hopper, and the width of the grain unloading hopper is smaller than the width of the box body of the scraper type grain collecting box so as to be convenient for sleeving a grain collecting bag at the outlet of the grain unloading hopper; the grain unloading hopper is also internally provided with a rotary four-blade clapboard, the outer end part of a rotating shaft of the rotary four-blade clapboard is connected with a transmission rotating shaft through a driven chain, and the rotary four-blade clapboard separates a scraper grain collecting box from a wind suction grain collecting box; the inside of the frame is also provided with a centrifugal fan which is communicated with the air draft air duct through an air duct, and a power shaft of the centrifugal fan is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the power machine; and the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the rack are respectively and horizontally provided with a pushing oil cylinder, each pushing oil cylinder corresponds to a bent connecting rod, the middle part of each bent connecting rod is hinged on the rack, one end of each bent connecting rod is hinged with a piston rod of each pushing oil cylinder, and the other end of each bent connecting rod is hinged on the side part of the air suction type grain collecting box.
The chain scraper grain collecting device comprises a grain collecting chain arranged in the scraper grain collecting box and a grain collecting scraper arranged on the grain collecting chain, wherein the grain collecting chain is driven by a chain wheel arranged on the transmission rotating shaft.
The bent connecting rod is provided with a shaft mounting block arranged on the rack, an intermediate shaft is arranged on the shaft mounting block, one end of the intermediate shaft is provided with a straight connecting rod, the straight connecting rod is hinged with the pushing oil cylinder, the other end of the intermediate shaft is hinged with an L-shaped connecting rod, and the upper end of the L-shaped connecting rod is hinged with the side part of the air suction type grain collecting box.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: in the invention, the power machine is started, the belt pulley drives the transmission rotating shaft to rotate, and then the gear arranged on the transmission rotating shaft drives the grain collecting chain and the grain collecting scraper plate on the grain collecting chain to rotate, thus realizing the collection operation of various grains; because some grains always remain when the grains are collected by the grain collecting scraper, the power output of the power machine can drive the centrifugal fan to start working when the chain scraper grain collecting device collects the grains, and at the moment, the wind suction inlet of the wind suction type grain collecting box is close to the ground and is positioned at the inlet of the scraper grain collecting box, and the residual grains on the ground can be further collected completely due to the suction effect of the centrifugal fan; the airflow direction in the air-suction type grain collecting box is as follows: the air flow enters from an air suction inlet at the bottom of the air suction type grain collecting box and runs into an air suction air duct above the upper port of the box body of the air suction type grain collecting box along the obliquely upward direction, then enters the air pipe along the air suction air duct and is finally discharged from an air outlet of the centrifugal fan; the airflow direction can ensure that the air and the grains are naturally separated after the grains move to the upper port of the wind-suction type grain collecting box body along with the airflow, the airflow enters the air draft air channel from the upper part, the grains can naturally fall into the grain unloading hopper under the action of gravity after reaching a high point, and the wind-suction type grain collecting box and the scraper type grain collecting box are staggered with each other at regular intervals by the rotating four-blade partition plate in the grain unloading hopper, so that the grains in the two grain collecting boxes are further ensured to enter the grain unloading hopper under the condition of little mutual interference, and the smooth bagging work is realized.
In the moving process of the whole grain collecting machine, when the bottom of the grain collecting machine touches an obstacle and can not move forward smoothly, the upper end of the grain collecting machine can jack the box body of the grain collecting machine for a certain distance by only starting the pushing oil cylinder to push the oil cylinder to drive the bending connecting rod to rotate, so that the obstacle can be crossed without being clamped at the bottom of the machine body.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, by the operation of the air suction type grain collecting box and the centrifugal fan, grains which are not completely collected by the chain scraper grain collecting device are further subjected to wind power negative pressure absorption and collection, the grains are collected more cleanly and completely, and the grains can be collected basically without secondary operation.
2. According to the invention, the air suction type grain collection and the scraper type grain collection are combined together for grain collection, so that the grain collection is wider in variety and better in effect.
3. The lifting of the whole grain collection box body is controlled through the oil cylinder and the bent connecting rod, the lifting device is convenient and labor-saving, and the whole grain collection box body can easily span when meeting obstacles in grain collection.
The grain collecting device has the advantages of novel and ingenious structural design, clean and thorough grain collection, automatic operation and good practical use and popularization values.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the invention is a scraping and absorbing grain-collecting machine, which comprises a frame-shaped frame 4, wherein the bottom of the frame is provided with a traveling wheel 14 and a guide wheel 12, one side of the top of the frame is provided with a pushing handle 24, the top of the frame is also provided with bearing mounting seats arranged in front and back side by side, the bearing mounting seats are rotatably connected with a box body of an obliquely arranged scraping and collecting grain box 3 through a transmission rotating shaft 6, a chain scraping and collecting grain device is arranged in the scraping and collecting grain box and is in transmission connection with the transmission rotating shaft, a power machine 11 is arranged in the middle of the frame, the output end of the power machine is in transmission connection with a belt pulley 9, the wheel shaft of the belt pulley is in transmission connection with the end part of the transmission rotating shaft through a driving chain 5, the bottom of the scraping and collecting grain box is provided with a wind-absorbing grain box 16 along the length of the, the air suction inlet and the scraper type grain collecting box inlet are arranged in an aligned mode and are close to the ground, the upper end of the air suction type grain collecting box is aligned with the upper end outlet of the scraper type grain collecting box, the outer side wall of the upper end of the box body of the air suction type grain collecting box is provided with an air draft air duct 17, and the air draft air duct is communicated with the upper end port of the box body of the air suction type grain collecting box and is higher than the upper end port of the box body of the air suction type grain collecting box; the upper end of the air suction type grain collecting box and the upper end outlet of the scraper type grain collecting box are both smoothly connected with a cylindrical grain unloading hopper 8, and the width of the grain unloading hopper is smaller than the width of the box body of the scraper type grain collecting box so as to be convenient for sleeving a grain collecting bag at the outlet of the grain unloading hopper; a rotary four-blade clapboard 19 is also arranged in the grain unloading hopper, the outer end part of a rotating shaft of the rotary four-blade clapboard is connected with a transmission rotating shaft through a driven chain 7, and the rotary four-blade clapboard separates a scraper grain collecting box from a wind suction grain collecting box; the inside of the frame is also provided with a centrifugal fan 10 which is communicated with the air draft air duct 17 through an air duct 18, and a power shaft of the centrifugal fan is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the power machine; and the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the rack are respectively and horizontally provided with a pushing oil cylinder 13, each pushing oil cylinder corresponds to a bent connecting rod 15, the middle part of each bent connecting rod is hinged on the rack, one end of each bent connecting rod is hinged with a piston rod of each pushing oil cylinder, and the other end of each bent connecting rod is hinged on the side part of the air suction type grain collecting box.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: in the invention, the power machine is started, the belt pulley drives the transmission rotating shaft to rotate, and then the gear arranged on the transmission rotating shaft drives the grain collecting chain and the grain collecting scraper plate on the grain collecting chain to rotate, thus realizing the collection operation of various grains; because some grains always remain when the grains are collected by the grain collecting scraper, the power output of the power machine can drive the centrifugal fan to start working when the chain scraper grain collecting device collects the grains, and at the moment, the wind suction inlet of the wind suction type grain collecting box is close to the ground and is positioned at the inlet of the scraper grain collecting box, and the residual grains on the ground can be further collected completely due to the suction effect of the centrifugal fan; the airflow direction in the air-suction type grain collecting box is as follows: the air flow enters from an air suction inlet at the bottom of the air suction type grain collecting box and runs into an air suction air duct above the upper port of the box body of the air suction type grain collecting box along the obliquely upward direction, then enters the air pipe along the air suction air duct and is finally discharged from an air outlet of the centrifugal fan; the airflow direction can ensure that the air and the grains are naturally separated after the grains move to the upper port of the wind-suction type grain collecting box body along with the airflow, the airflow enters the air draft air channel from the upper part, the grains can naturally fall into the grain unloading hopper under the action of gravity after reaching a high point, and the wind-suction type grain collecting box and the scraper type grain collecting box are staggered with each other at regular intervals by the rotating four-blade partition plate in the grain unloading hopper, so that the grains in the two grain collecting boxes are further ensured to enter the grain unloading hopper under the condition of little mutual interference, and the smooth bagging work is realized.
In the moving process of the whole grain collecting machine, when the bottom of the grain collecting machine touches an obstacle and can not move forward smoothly, the upper end of the grain collecting machine can jack the box body of the grain collecting machine for a certain distance by only starting the pushing oil cylinder to push the oil cylinder to drive the bending connecting rod to rotate, so that the obstacle can be crossed without being clamped at the bottom of the machine body.
The grain collecting device has the advantages of novel and ingenious structural design, clean and thorough grain collection, automatic operation and good practical use and popularization values.
