Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于炼金设备的氧化铝复合陶瓷衬板,用于炼金设备的氧化铝复合陶瓷衬板,包括依陶瓷板、钢板、橡胶板和螺栓,所述钢板粘结在陶瓷板一侧,所述橡胶板粘结在陶瓷板的另一侧,所述钢板上焊接有两排对称设置的螺栓,所述螺栓与钢板通过焊接形成一个整体,所述螺栓穿过橡胶板并向外端延伸。本发明强度大,耐冲击、耐酸碱、耐高温,可抵抗冲击,降低炼金设备的磨损。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷衬板领域,特别是涉及一种用于炼金设备的氧化铝复合陶瓷衬板。
背景技术
陶瓷衬板是一种以氧化铝(AL2O3)为主体的材料,辅加其它配料,经过高温1700°C烧结成的,广泛应用于火电、钢铁、冶炼、机械、煤炭、矿山、化工、水泥、港口码头等企业的输煤、输料系统、制粉系统、排灰、除尘系统等一切磨损大的机械设备上,均可根据不同的需求选择不同类型的产品。其中炼金设备中现有的陶瓷衬板耐高温效果差,耐冲击力弱,使炼高设备极易损坏,影响工作效率。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种用于炼金设备的氧化铝复合陶瓷衬板,以克服上述耐高温差、耐冲击力弱的问题。
一种用于炼金设备的氧化铝复合陶瓷衬板,包括依陶瓷板、钢板、橡胶板和螺栓,所述钢板粘结在陶瓷板一侧,所述橡胶板粘结在陶瓷板的另一侧,所述钢板上焊接有两排对称设置的螺栓,所述螺栓与钢板通过焊接形成一个整体,所述螺栓穿过橡胶板并向外端延伸。
进一步的,所述陶瓷板由95%的氧化铝、5%的氮化硅复合而成。
进一步的,所述螺栓采用8.8级高强度螺栓。
进一步的,所述钢板采用16Mn钢板。
进一步的,所述橡胶板采用硅氟橡胶板,所述硅氟橡胶板包括硅胶板和氟胶层,所述硅胶板的一面与钢板粘接,所述硅胶板的另一面为毛面,所述氟胶层复合在硅胶板的毛面,所述硅胶板为中间设有纤维布层的夹心结构。
进一步的,所述陶瓷板、所述钢板、所述橡胶板的厚度比为10:8:5。
本发明的有益效果是:陶瓷板由95%的氧化铝、5%的氮化硅复合而成,钢板采用16Mn钢板,强度大,耐冲击,橡胶板采用硅氟橡胶板,耐酸碱、耐高温,可抵抗冲击,降低炼金设备的磨损。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1、图3,一种用于炼金设备的氧化铝复合陶瓷衬板,包括依陶瓷板1、钢板2、橡胶板3和螺栓4,陶瓷板1、钢板2、橡胶板3的厚度比为10:8:5;钢板2粘结在陶瓷板1一侧,橡胶板3粘结在陶瓷板1的另一侧,钢板2上焊接有两排对称设置的螺栓4,螺栓4与钢板2通过焊接形成一个整体,螺栓4穿过橡胶板3并向外端延伸。
优先的,陶瓷板1由95%的氧化铝、5%的氮化硅复合而成。
优先的,螺栓4采用8.8级高强度螺栓。
优先的,钢板2采用16Mn钢板。
请参阅图2,橡胶板3采用硅氟橡胶板,所述硅氟橡胶板包括硅胶板31和氟胶层32,硅胶板31的一面与钢板2粘接,硅胶板31的另一面为毛面,氟胶层32复合在硅胶板31的毛面,硅胶板31为中间设有纤维布层33的夹心结构。
上述用于炼金设备的氧化铝复合陶瓷衬板,陶瓷板1由95%的氧化铝、5%的氮化硅复合而成,钢板2采用16Mn钢板,强度大,耐冲击,橡胶板3采用硅氟橡胶板,耐酸碱、耐高温,可抵抗冲击,降低炼金设备的磨损。

1.一种用于炼金设备的氧化铝复合陶瓷衬板,其特征在于,包括依陶瓷板、钢板、橡胶板和螺栓,所述钢板粘结在陶瓷板一侧,所述橡胶板粘结在陶瓷板的另一侧,所述钢板上焊接有两排对称设置的螺栓,所述螺栓与钢板通过焊接形成一个整体,所述螺栓穿过橡胶板并向外端延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于炼金设备的氧化铝复合陶瓷衬板,其特征在于,所述陶瓷板由95%的氧化铝、5%的氮化硅复合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于炼金设备的氧化铝复合陶瓷衬板,其特征在于,所述螺栓采用8.8级高强度螺栓。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于炼金设备的氧化铝复合陶瓷衬板,其特征在于,所述钢板采用16Mn钢板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于炼金设备的氧化铝复合陶瓷衬板,其特征在于,所述橡胶板采用硅氟橡胶板,所述硅氟橡胶板包括硅胶板和氟胶层,所述硅胶板的一面与钢板粘接,所述硅胶板的另一面为毛面,所述氟胶层复合在硅胶板的毛面,所述硅胶板为中间设有纤维布层的夹心结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于炼金设备的氧化铝复合陶瓷衬板,其特征在于,所述陶瓷板、所述钢板、所述橡胶板的厚度比为10:8:5。
