In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connecting device includes a support, a connecting rod, a connecting seat, and a pushing plate, where the support is disposed on a side surface of the material belt, the connecting rod passes through the support, two ends of the connecting rod are respectively connected with the connecting seat and the pushing plate, the pressing wheel is movably disposed on the connecting seat, the jacking device drives the pushing plate to move up and down, and the pushing plate drives the connecting rod to rotate, so that an end portion of the connecting seat connected with the pressing wheel is lifted and pressed down.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lifting driving device is disposed on the fixing frame, a guide post is disposed on a bottom surface of the fixing frame, and the lifting driving device drives the grinding wheel and the rotation driving device to move up and down along the guide post.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the resistance of the product is regulated by adopting a grinding wheel trimming mode, and trimming force is changed by changing the height of the grinding wheel, so that different trimming values are required, the trimming precision is high, the working efficiency and quality of trimming are improved, and the mechanical trimming mode can greatly reduce the production cost.

The movable bearing unit comprises a material belt 24 and a transmission mechanism for driving the material belt to move, two ends of the material belt are arranged at the positioning holes 10, a feeding inductor 23 is arranged at the end part of the material belt, and when the inductor detects that a product enters, the device is opened to repair the product.
The transmission mechanism comprises a power device (a material driving motor 5, a speed regulating motor 6), a rotating wheel 7 and a positioning needle 8, wherein the rotating wheel is connected with a rotary handle 9 and the positioning needle, the power device is connected with the positioning needle, the positioning needle is inserted into the positioning hole and fixedly connected with the positioning hole, the power device and/or the rotating wheel drives the material belt to move through the positioning needle, the material driving motor can directly drive the positioning needle to rotate through a belt, the positioning needle and the positioning hole cooperate to enable the material belt to move forwards, when the material driving motor can not provide power, the rotating handle can be rocked, and the rotating wheel drives the positioning needle to rotate, so that the purpose of driving the material belt is achieved.
The correction unit comprises a shell 11, a fixing frame 12, a guide post 13, a grinding wheel 14, a rotary driving device 15 for driving the grinding wheel to rotate and move, and a lifting driving device (servo motor) 22 for driving the grinding wheel and the rotary driving device to lift. The height of the lifting distance of the grinding wheel is directly driven and positioned by the servo motor, a user can set lifting height data required by the grinding wheel on a human-computer interface, then the controller (PLC) controls the input and output of the set required height data, at the moment, the servo motor can push the grinding wheel to lift according to the set height, meanwhile, the height detector (micrometer) 16 is further arranged on the fixing frame, the lifting height of the servo motor can be displayed clearly in real time, and the user can check the accuracy and precision of the motion of the servo motor conveniently.

The height detector can accurately measure and control the lifting height of the grinding wheel by adopting a micrometer and a displacement sensor equidistant sensing device, and the repairing precision is improved.
In order to prevent dust and debris from splashing to influence the processing effect and prolong the service life of equipment, a protective cover 17 can be arranged above the grinding wheel, and an opening for the grinding wheel to rotationally contact with a product for repairing is exposed on the bottom surface of the protective cover. In order to further play the protection effect (prevent that the dust from splashing to be convenient for the user to change and maintain the emery wheel, can set up a dodge gate 18 that can open and shut in the side of protection casing (the front of emery wheel), when need inspect, maintenance, change, need not to dismantle whole shell, only need open the dodge gate can, improved user's work efficiency.
The material pressing unit comprises a jacking device (a material pressing cylinder) 19, a connecting device 20 and a pressing wheel 21, wherein the jacking device drives the pressing wheel to press down and lift up through the connecting device, the pressing wheel can fix a product on a material belt, the product is prevented from generating defects such as warping in the correction process, the quality of correction is ensured, meanwhile, the pressing wheel is of a flexible elastic structure, damage to the product is avoided, the fixing effect is better achieved, the product is prevented from generating displacement in the processing process, and the processing effect is influenced.
The connecting device comprises a support 201, a connecting rod 202, a connecting seat 203 and a push plate 204, wherein the support is arranged on the side face of the material belt, one end of the push plate is fixedly connected with the material ejection cylinder, the other end of the push plate is arranged in a through groove for driving the connecting rod to rotate, the connecting rod penetrates through the support, one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the connecting seat (or an integrated structure), the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the through groove, and the pinch roller is movably arranged on the connecting seat.
The motion principle of the material pressing unit is similar to the lever principle, when the material pressing is not needed, the material pushing cylinder is retracted downwards, one end of the push plate connected with the material pushing cylinder is driven to move downwards, the through groove can drive the connecting rod to rotate, so that the end part of the connecting seat connected with the pressing wheel is upwards away from the material belt, when the material pressing is needed, the material pushing cylinder is lifted upwards, one end of the push plate connected with the material pushing cylinder is driven to move upwards, the through groove can drive the connecting rod to rotate, so that the end part of the connecting seat connected with the pressing wheel is downwards close to the material belt until the pressing plate is pressed down on a product, and the pressing wheel pressing distance and position can be adjusted according to factors such as the thickness, the size and the material of the product, so that a better fixing effect is achieved.
The dust collection unit is arranged around the material belt and comprises a dust collection powder pipe and an exhaust fan connected with the dust collection powder pipe, when the correction unit starts to work, the grinding wheel can bring out a lot of dust and fragments, at the moment, the exhaust fan is opened, impurities such as the dust and the fragments can be sucked into the dust collection powder pipe, the impurities are prevented from splashing to cause abrasion and damage to other equipment and products, and certain safety guarantee can be provided for operators, so that the waste is prevented from hurting people.
