the upper deburring plate and the lower deburring plate respectively comprise a disc and a deburring device, the plurality of deburring devices are arranged on the disc, and the distance between every two deburring devices is equal;
the deburring device comprises a base, a guide rod and deburring heads, wherein the guide rod is vertically fixed on the base, a prepressing spring assembly is sleeved on the guide rod, the end part of the prepressing spring assembly is connected with the deburring heads, each deburring head is a small disc, and a file part, a skin grinding part and a brush cleaning part are arranged on the small discs in an equal part;
the upper positioning mechanism and the lower positioning mechanism respectively comprise an annular positioning plate and a bowl-shaped positioner, adjusting grooves are formed in two ends of the annular positioning plate, a central cleaner is arranged in each of the two adjusting grooves, and the upper end of the central cleaner can move left and right in the adjusting grooves;
the upper positioning mechanism further comprises a guide cylinder and a pre-pressing adjusting device, the guide cylinder is fixedly connected with the upper deburring plate, the positioning ball can penetrate through the guide cylinder, and the pre-pressing adjusting device is arranged between the annular positioning plate and the bowl-shaped positioner;
the lower deburring plate also comprises a dust chamber and dust accumulation holes, the dust chamber is arranged in the disc of the lower deburring plate, and the dust accumulation holes communicated with the dust chamber are formed between every two deburring devices on the lower deburring plate;
the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating seat and a rotating shaft, the rotating seat is fixedly arranged at the top end of the adjusting type side deburring mechanism, the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the rotating seat, and the upper deburring disc rotates in the rotating seat through the rotating shaft;

each adjusting type side deburring mechanism comprises a supporting seat and a deburring groove arranged on the inner side of the upper end of the supporting seat, and the structure of each deburring groove is matched with the structure of the outer ring of the hub;
