本发明公开了一种医用超声清洗烘干装置,包括清洗烘干箱体、电机,电机设于基座上端面,基座上端面还设有减震装置,支撑台设于基座上,支撑台上端面设有升降装置;清洗烘干箱体顶部设有微波干燥器,清洗烘干箱体内部设有清洗箱,清洗箱上端面设有滑轮,清洗箱内设有漏水清洗架,清洗箱底部设有超声波清洗装置,超声波清洗装置上方设有加热层;电机连接旋转轴,所述旋转轴上端面连接喷淋装置,喷淋装置通过进水管连接储水箱;清洗烘干箱体底部设有出水管,出水管前端设有污水处理槽。本发明可以实现超声清洗及烘干的一体化,提高工作效率,保证医疗器械的清洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗装置,具体涉及一种医用超声清洗烘干装置。
背景技术
医疗器械是医生在诊治的过程中经常用到的工具,因此医疗器械的清洁与否直接关系到病人的健康。在医疗领域,经常会用超声波清洗机清洗一些手术刀,手术镊和玻璃瓶等,但是在清洗之后移出烘干的时候在空气中有可能造成二次污染,且会造成工作效率的降低,给工作人员造成不便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种医用超声清洗烘干装置,可以实现超声清洗及烘干的一体化,提高工作效率,保证医疗器械的清洁。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种医用超声清洗烘干装置,包括清洗烘干箱体、电机,其特征是,所述电机设于基座上端面,所述基座上端面还设有减震装置,所述减震装置上端面设有支撑柱,所述支撑柱上端面焊接在清洗烘干箱体下端面上;支撑台设于基座上,所述支撑台上端面设有升降装置;
所述清洗烘干箱体顶部设有微波干燥器,所述清洗烘干箱体内部设有清洗箱,所述清洗箱上端面设有滑轮,所述清洗箱内设有漏水清洗架,所述漏水清洗架由不锈钢管组成;钢丝绳一端连接漏水清洗架,另一端绕过滑轮顶部与升降装置连接;所述清洗箱底部设有超声波清洗装置,所述超声波清洗装置上方设有加热层;
所述电机连接旋转轴,所述旋转轴上端面连接喷淋装置,所述喷淋装置通过进水管连接储水箱;
所述清洗烘干箱体底部设有出水管,所述出水管前端设有污水处理槽,所述污水处理槽前端设有出水阀。
优选地,所述支撑柱对称设置。
优选地,所述加热层设于漏水清洗架下方至少5cm处。
优选地,所述进水管上设有进水阀。
优选地,所述喷淋装置设有若干圆孔。
优选地,所述储水箱内存有消毒液的水溶液。
优选地,所述污水处理槽内部设有石英砂层和活性炭吸附层。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明的医用超声清洗烘干装置,可以实现超声清洗及烘干的一体化,提高工作效率,保证医疗器械的清洁;本发明设有升降装置,可调节漏水清洗架的升降,调整与微波干燥器的距离,有利于能源的节约;本发明设有喷淋装置,可有效节约水的用量,避免浪费;本发明的医用超声清洗烘干装置设有污水处理槽,可有效减少固体及污染物的排除,放置直接排入下水道污染环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1、图2、图3所示,本发明提供了一种医用超声清洗烘干装置,包括清洗烘干箱体5、电机21,电机21设于基座23上端面,基座23上端面还设有减震装置1,减震装置1上端面设有支撑柱2,支撑柱2对称设置,支撑柱2上端面焊接在清洗烘干箱体5下端面上。支撑台3设于基座23上,支撑台3上端面设有升降装置4。清洗烘干箱体5顶部设有微波干燥器15,微波干燥器15用于干燥清洗后的医用器械。清洗烘干箱体5内部设有清洗箱6,清洗箱6上端面设有滑轮8,清洗箱6内设有漏水清洗架9,漏水清洗架9由不锈钢管91组成。钢丝绳一端连接漏水清洗架9,另一端绕过滑轮8顶部与升降装置4连接。当清洗时,漏水清洗架9下移,使医用器械最大面积的与水接触,提高清洁效率;当清洗完成时,升价装置4通过钢丝绳绕过滑轮8使得漏水清洗架9上移,靠近微波干燥器15,实现医疗器械的快速干燥。清洗箱6底部设有超声波清洗装置7,超声波清洗装置7上方设有加热层10,加热层10设于漏水清洗架9下方至少5cm处,通过加热使水温适当升高,提高清洁效率。电机21连接旋转轴22,所述旋转轴22上端面连接喷淋装置11,喷淋装置11设有若干圆孔111,喷淋装置11通过进水管12连接储水箱14,进水管12上设有进水阀13,储水箱14内存有消毒液的水溶液。清洗烘干箱体5底部设有出水管20,出水管20前端设有污水处理槽17,污水处理槽17内部设有石英砂层18和活性炭吸附层19,污水处理槽17前端设有出水阀16。
本发明的医用超声清洗烘干装置,可以实现超声清洗及烘干的一体化,提高工作效率,保证医疗器械的清洁;本发明设有升降装置,可调节漏水清洗架的升降,调整与微波干燥器的距离,有利于能源的节约;本发明设有喷淋装置,可有效节约水的用量,避免浪费;本发明的医用超声清洗烘干装置设有污水处理槽,可有效减少固体及污染物的排除,放置直接排入下水道污染环境。

1.一种医用超声清洗烘干装置,包括清洗烘干箱体、电机,其特征是,所述电机设于基座上端面,所述基座上端面还设有减震装置,所述减震装置上端面设有支撑柱,所述支撑柱上端面焊接在清洗烘干箱体下端面上;支撑台设于基座上,所述支撑台上端面设有升降装置;
所述清洗烘干箱体顶部设有微波干燥器,所述清洗烘干箱体内部设有清洗箱,所述清洗箱上端面设有滑轮,所述清洗箱内设有漏水清洗架,所述漏水清洗架由不锈钢管组成;钢丝绳一端连接漏水清洗架,另一端绕过滑轮顶部与升降装置连接;所述清洗箱底部设有超声波清洗装置,所述超声波清洗装置上方设有加热层;
所述电机连接旋转轴,所述旋转轴上端面连接喷淋装置,所述喷淋装置通过进水管连接储水箱;
所述清洗烘干箱体底部设有出水管,所述出水管前端设有污水处理槽,所述污水处理槽前端设有出水阀。

3.根据权利要求1所述的医用超声清洗烘干装置,其特征是,所述加热层设于漏水清洗架下方至少5cm处。
