技术领域
本发明涉及一种位移传感装置及腹膜透析系统,尤其涉及一种用于腹膜透析系统的位移传感装置。
背景技术
随着医疗科技的发展以及高龄化社会的来临,例如是腹膜透析系统的使用需求越见增加。然而,目前一般的腹膜透析系统的内部结构例如是由一颗直流电机搭配螺杆结构来推拉针筒,并且光遮断传感器可配合遮断尺条来回授控制针筒的推杆的移动距离,以形成电机控制模块。
然而,一般的遮断尺条因只靠两根螺丝锁附而有组装公差以及变形上的问题。此外,在长时间使用之下,以例如是金属片制作而成的遮断尺条会产生锈蚀等种种问题,使得光遮断传感器不易精准地控制对位,而容易产生针筒的推杆的移动距离误判的情形,并使得针筒注射药剂的用量无法精准的控制。因此,在疗程当中,注射药剂容易产生注射量过多或是过少的情形。因此,如何有效测量针筒的推杆的作动行程,进而有效控制针筒的注射量已成本领域发展中亟欲解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种位移传感装置,其可更精准地感测注射器的推杆的位移大小。
本发明提供一种腹膜透析系统,其可更准确地控制其注射器的药剂注射量。
本发明的位移传感装置适用于腹膜透析系统的位移传感装置。腹膜透析系统具有壳体及注射器。注射器配置于壳体上并且具有推杆。位移传感装置包括导杆、探头模块以及电阻尺。导杆耦接于推杆,而探头模块配置于壳体内,并且固定于导杆上。电阻尺配置于探头模块的一侧。探头模块适于接触电阻尺,以获致电阻尺的电阻值并判断推杆的位移大小。

在本发明的一实施例中,上述的腹膜透析系统还包括固定件。固定件配置于导杆与推杆之间,并且导杆及推杆分别沿相同方向穿设于固定件。
基于上述,在本发明的多个实施例中,腹膜透析系统具有位移传感装置,其可感测注射器的推杆的位移大小,以判断注射器的抽吸及注射量的大小。本发明的多个实施例的注射器具有探头模块以及电阻尺,探头模块可随导杆移动,并且接触电阻尺,进而获得电阻尺于不同位置上的电阻值。探头模块可根据所测量的电阻值大小来判断注射器的推杆的位移大小,进而判断注射器抽吸或是注射量的大小。在本发明的多个实施例中,位移传感装置可通过地电阻尺更加精确地来感测注射器的推杆的位移大小,注射器的注射量的大小也可更为准确地被控制。
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
图1是依照本发明的一实施例的腹膜透析系统的示意图。图2是图1的腹膜透析系统的位移传感装置的示意图。请参考图1及图2,腹膜透析系统10包括壳体12、注射器50以及位移传感装置100。注射器50配置于壳体12上,并且注射器50具有推杆52。在本实施例中,注射器50可将欲注射的液体药剂先抽吸进入其中,然后再由注射器50将注射药剂施打进入人体或动物体内。
如图2所示,位移传感装置100配置于壳体10中,并且位移传感装置100包括导杆110、探头模块120以及电阻尺130。导杆110与注射器50的推杆52互相耦接,且探头模块120固定于导杆110,而电阻尺130配置于探头模块120的一侧。在本实施例中,导杆110可用来驱动探头模块120及推杆52朝相同的方向作动。例如,当推杆52由注射器50的内部被推拉出来时,探头模块120可同时地朝推杆52被推出的方向作动。
在本实施例中,电阻尺130的延伸方向平行于探头模块120的作动方向,并且电阻尺130上的不同位置可具有不同大小的电阻值。探头模块120可用来接触电阻尺130,以测量探头模块120所接触到的位置的电阻值大小。在本实施例中,探头模块120可根据所测量到的电阻值大小来判断其位移距离,也就是探头模块120本身相对于其起始做动位置的距离大小,藉以获致注射器50的推杆52的位移大小。
在本实施例中,位移传感装置100进一步包括驱动元件160,并且驱动元件160例如是步进电机。驱动元件160耦接于导杆110以及注射器50的推杆52,并且驱动元件160可驱动导杆110及推杆52一同沿相同方向作动。此外,驱动元件160可将探头模块120所测量到的导杆110及推杆52的位移大小与驱动元件160的预设驱动距离的大小进行比较,也就是将推杆52的预设驱动距离与推杆52的实际位移大小进行比较。
在本实施例中,当推杆52的实际的位移大小小于驱动元件160预设的驱动距离时,驱动元件160可根据预设的推杆52位移距离与其实际的位移大小之间的差值来进行校正。如此一来,驱动元件160可通过探头模块120的反馈,更加准确地进行推杆52的驱动距离的校正,进而减少由于注射器50的推杆52的位移距离无法精确地控制,而导致注射器50的注射药剂量过多或不足的问题。
请再参考图1,在本实施例中,腹膜透析系统10另具有显示元件16,并且显示元件16配置于腹膜透析系统10的壳体12的一侧。显示元件16可用于显示位移传感装置100的感测结果,例如是注射器50的推杆52的移动距离、推杆52的重复作动次数以及注射器50的药剂注射量的多寡等。
在本实施例中,膜透析系统10还具有固定件14,并且固定件14配置于导杆110以及注射器50的推杆52之间。此外,导杆110及推杆52分别沿其作动方向穿设并固定于固定件14。如图1及图2所示,在本实施例中,固定件14连接上述的驱动元件160,并且驱动元件160可驱动固定件14,以进一步通过固定件来带动导杆110及推杆52作动。在本实施例中,位移传感装置100通过固定件14的配置,使得导杆110及推杆52的滑动行程更加地稳定,以避免在滑动过程产生上、下或左、右偏斜的情形。
图3是图2的位移传感装置的部分构件的示意图。请参考图2及图3。在本实施例中,位移传感装置100还包括光传感器150,其如图2所示配置于探头模块130的起始作动位置。此外,如图3所示,探头模块120包括延伸部124以及光闸124a,并且光闸124a配置于延伸部124。在本实施例中,当探头模块120位于如图2中所示的起始做动位置时,探头模块120的光闸124a的位置对齐于光传感器150的位置。详细而言,光传感器150可配置于探头模块120的起始做动位置的一侧,并且光传感器150可通过光闸124a来感测探头模块120是否回到原本的起始作动位置,以对于探头模块120相对于其起始做动位置进行归零校正。
图4是图2的位移传感装置的部分构件的示意图。请参考图3及图4。在本实施例中,探头模块120还具有螺孔121以及探头122,并且探头122可螺锁于螺孔121中,以接触电阻尺130。详细而言,在本实施例中,探头模块120的探头122接触电阻尺130的力道可通过探头122锁入螺孔121中的深度来控制。举例而言,当探头模块120的探头122与电阻尺130之间需要较大的接触力道时,可减少探头122螺锁进入螺孔121中的深度,以增加探头122突出于螺孔121的比例,使得探头122可更加紧密地接触电阻尺130。
如图3及图4所示,位移传感装置100还具有滑杆140,其一端连接于壳体12并且穿设于探头模块120。探头模块120可相对于滑杆140滑动。在本实施例中,探头模块120在被导杆110带动过程中,可通过穿设于其中的滑杆140来稳定探头模块120的作动行程,避免探头模块120在作动并接触电阻尺130的过程中产生上下晃动的情形,而影响测量结果。
综上所述,在本发明的多个实施例中,腹膜透析系统具有位移传感装置,并且位移传感装置可通过探头模块以及电阻尺来定义注射器的推杆的位移距离。详细而言,探头模块可根据电阻尺上所测量到的电阻大小来获得导杆及推杆的位移距离。此外,驱动元件可根据探头模块所反馈的推杆的位移测量结果来进行校正。举例而言,若探头模块所反馈的推杆的位移距离小于驱动元件的预设驱动距离,则驱动元件可根据探头模块反馈的位移距离及预设的移动距离之间的差值来进行修正及控制。因此,本发明的多个实施例中的位移传感装置可避免注射器的推杆在被驱动的过程中,发生位移过少的情形,导致注射器的实际抽取或注射剂量少于原本预设的注射剂量。也因此,腹膜透析系统可通过位移传感装置获致更精确地控制药剂的注射量以及疗程中体液抽取量,进而改善疗程上误判的情形发生。
虽然本发明已以实施例揭示如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何所属技术领域中技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更改与润饰,故本发明的保护范围当视权利要求书所界定的为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种位移传感装置,适用于腹膜透析系统,其特征在于,具有壳体及注射器,所述注射器配置于所述壳体上并具有推杆,所述位移传感装置包括:
导杆,耦接于所述推杆;
探头模块,配置于所述壳体内,并且固定于所述导杆上;以及
电阻尺,配置于探头模块的一侧,其中所述导杆适于驱动所述探头模块及所述推杆作动朝相同方向做动,并且所述探头模块适于接触所述电阻尺,以获致所述电阻尺的电阻值,并判断所述推杆的位移大小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的位移传感装置,还包括驱动元件,耦接于所述导杆及所述推杆,以驱动所述导杆及所述推杆作动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的位移传感装置,其特征在于,所述驱动元件包括步进电机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的位移传感装置,还包括滑杆,连接于所述壳体,并且所述滑杆穿设于所述探头模块,其中所述探头模块适于相对于所述滑杆滑动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的位移传感装置,还包括光传感器,配置于所述探头模块的起始作动位置,以对所述探头模块的移动行程进行归零校正。
6.根据权利要求5所述的位移传感装置,所述探头模块具有延伸部,并且所述延伸部具有对应所述光传感器的光闸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的位移传感装置,所述探头模块还包括螺孔及探头,并且所述探头螺锁于所述螺孔中,以接触所述电阻尺。
8.一种腹膜透析系统,其特征在于,包括:
壳体;
注射器,配置于所述壳体上,并且所述注射器具有推杆;以及
位移传感装置,配置于所述壳体中,包括:
导杆,耦接于所述推杆;
探头模块,固定于所述导杆;以及
电阻尺,配置于探头模块的一侧,其中所述导杆适于驱动所述探头模块及所述推杆朝相同方向做动,并且所述探头模块适于接触所述电阻尺,以读取所述电阻尺的电阻值,并判断所述推杆的位移大小。
9.根据权利要求8所述的腹膜透析系统,还包括显示元件,配置于所述壳体的一侧,以显示所述位移传感装置的感测结果。
10.根据权利要求8所述的腹膜透析系统,还包括固定件,配置于所述导杆与所述推杆之间,并且所述导杆及所述推杆分别沿相同方向穿设于所述固定件。
