Abstract

本发明公开了一种膝关节假体,包括锚固在股骨上的股骨部件,锚固在胫骨上的胫骨部件和位于股骨部件和胫骨部件之间的胫骨衬垫,所述股骨部件包括内髁和外髁,所述内髁和外髁之间设置有球状凸起,所述胫骨衬垫包括内髁运动轨道、外髁运动轨道和位于内髁运动轨道、外髁运动轨道之间的球状凸起运动轨道,所述球状凸起运动轨道的端部设置有与球状凸起运动轨道相切的限位部件,所述限位部件位于胫骨衬垫上;本发明的膝关节假体在高屈曲运动时,增大了股骨部件与胫骨衬垫的接触面积,减少了股骨部件与胫骨衬垫的运动冲击,提高了膝关节假体运动的平稳性和可靠性,延长了膝关节假体的使用寿命。

膝关节假体
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器材技术领域,尤其涉及一种膝关节假体。
背景技术
目前膝关节假体的结构示意图如图1所示,包括胫骨衬垫b和在胫骨衬垫b上自由滑动的股骨部件a,所述股骨部件a一侧的端部设置有球形髁d,所述胫骨衬垫b上设置有限位柱c,用于限定股骨部件a最大滑动位置。
当膝关节假体的股骨部件a顺时针转动时,球形髁d随之转动,球形髁d在转动过程中,不与胫骨衬垫b接触,当球形髁d运动至限位柱c位置时,球形髁d与限位柱c发生激烈撞击,限位柱c阻止球形髁d继续转动,此时股骨部件a处于高屈曲状态而不会发生脱落。由于日常生活中股骨部件a需要经常完成高屈曲的运动,使得球形髁d频繁地与限位柱c撞击。但是,胫骨衬垫b一般采用高分子聚乙烯,韧性好而强度低,股骨部件a采用钴铬钼金属合金,强度较高,球形髁d与限位柱c撞击时,限位柱c的受力示意图如图2所示,球形髁d对限位柱c的撞击采取的是点撞击方式,长期频繁的撞击使得限位柱c极易产生疲劳断裂的现象,严重影响假体的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中股骨部件对限位柱进行点撞击而带来胫骨衬垫易损坏的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种膝关节假体。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种膝关节假体,包括锚固在股骨上的股骨部件,锚固在胫骨上的胫骨部件和位于股骨部件和胫骨部件之间的胫骨衬垫,其特征在于,所述股骨部件包括内髁和外髁,所述内髁和外髁之间设置有球状凸起,所述胫骨衬垫包括内髁运动轨道、外髁运动轨道和位于内髁运动轨道、外髁运动轨道之间的球状凸起运动轨道,所述球状凸起运动轨道的端部设置有与球状凸起运动轨道相切的限位部件,所述限位部件位于胫骨衬垫上。
当股骨部件顺时针转动时,位于内髁和外髁之间的球状凸起随之转动,内髁、外髁及球状凸起分别进入内髁运动轨道、外髁运动轨道和球状凸起运动轨道,至球状凸起与限位部件接触时,限位部件阻止球状凸起继续转动,股骨部件停止转动、处于高屈曲状态而不会发生脱落。股骨部件在转动过程中,球状凸起与球状凸起运动轨道紧密接触,球状凸起与限位部件碰撞时,球状凸起运动轨道分散了应力;另外,由于限位部件与球状凸起运动轨道相切,球状凸起与限位部件的接触面平滑,减小球状凸起对限位部件的作用力。
其中,所述内髁、外髁和球状凸起三者围成空腔,所述限位部件套设于空腔内。
其中,所述球状凸起位于股骨部件的端部。
采用上述方案,将球状凸起置于股骨部件的端部,保证股骨部件的最大转动角度。
其中,所述球状凸起运动轨道低于内髁运动轨道和外髁运动轨道。
股骨部件顺时针转动时,内髁、外髁、球状凸起同时分别进入内髁运动轨道、外髁运动轨道、球状凸起运动轨道,增大了股骨部件与胫骨衬垫的接触面积,减少胫骨衬垫的磨损。
其中,所述球状凸起运动轨道的曲率半径与球状凸起的曲率半径相同。
球状凸起与球状凸起运动轨道的曲率半径相同,使得球状凸起与球状凸起运动轨道撞击时涉及多个接触点,避免单一接触点而带来弧形轨道损坏问题。
其中,所述限位部件为限位柱。
采用限位柱作为限位部件,便于加工与安装。
与现有技术相比,本发明实现的有益效果:本发明的膝关节假体在高屈曲运动时,增大了股骨部件与胫骨衬垫的接触面积,减少了股骨部件与胫骨衬垫的运动冲击,提高了膝关节假体运动的平稳性和可靠性,延长了膝关节假体的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图3,胫骨衬垫1包括内髁运动轨道6、外髁运动轨道7和位于内髁运动轨道6、外髁运动轨道7之间的球状凸起运动轨道8,球状凸起运动轨道8的端部设置有与球状凸起运动轨道8相切的限位部件9,限位部件9位于胫骨衬垫1上。
如图4,球状凸起运动轨道8的位置低于内髁运动轨道6和外髁运动轨道7。
如图5、6,股骨部件2包括内髁3和外髁4,内髁3和外髁4之间设置有球状凸起5,内髁3、外髁4和球状凸起5三者围成空腔,球状凸起5位于股骨部件2的端部。
如图7,膝关节假体包括胫骨衬垫1和股骨部件2,限位部件9套设于内髁3、外髁4和球状凸起5三者围成的空腔内。当股骨部件2顺时针转动时,内髁3、外髁4和球状凸起5分别进入内髁运动轨道6、外髁运动轨道7和球状凸起运动轨道8,当股骨部件2转动至球状凸起5与限位部件9接触时,膝关节假体处于高屈曲状态,限位部件9阻止球状凸起5进一步转动,有效防止膝关节假体出现脱位问题。
如图8,球状凸起运动轨道8的曲率半径与球状凸起5的曲率半径相同,球状凸起5与球状凸起运动轨道8接触的部位皆为受力点,避免单一受力点而带来胫骨衬垫1的损坏问题。
上述限位部件9为限位柱。

1.一种膝关节假体,包括锚固在股骨上的股骨部件(2),锚固在胫骨上的胫骨部件和位于股骨部件(2)和胫骨部件之间的胫骨衬垫(1),其特征在于,所述股骨部件(2)包括内髁(3)和外髁(4),所述内髁(3)和外髁(4)之间设置有球状凸起(5),所述胫骨衬垫(1)包括内髁运动轨道(6)、外髁运动轨道(7)和位于内髁运动轨道(6)、外髁运动轨道(7)之间的球状凸起运动轨道(8),所述球状凸起运动轨道(8)的端部设置有与球状凸起运动轨道(8)相切的限位部件(9),所述限位部件(9)位于胫骨衬垫(1)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的膝关节假体,其特征在于,所述内髁(3)、外髁(4)和球状凸起(5)三者围成空腔,所述限位部件(9)套设于空腔内。
3.如权利要求1所述的膝关节假体,其特征在于,所述球状凸起(5)位于股骨部件(2)的端部。
4.如权利要求1所述的膝关节假体,其特征在于,所述球状凸起运动轨道(8)低于内髁运动轨道(6)和外髁运动轨道(7)。
5.如权利要求1所述的膝关节假体,其特征在于,所述球状凸起运动轨道(8)的曲率半径与球状凸起(5)的曲率半径相同。
6.如权利要求1所述的膝关节假体,其特征在于,所述限位部件(9)为限位柱。
