Abstract

本实用新型属于医疗器械技术领域,涉及一种用于全髋关节置换的解剖式双动全髋人工关节,它包括:解剖型金属髋臼外杯、聚乙烯内衬、金属球头和开口卡环;解剖型金属髋臼外杯端面外形与人体生理髋臼窝外缘相近,外表面为厚度0.15~0.25mm纯钛粉涂层;聚乙烯内衬内外表面为光滑球面,金属球头装入聚乙烯内衬中,末端由卡环卡住;关节假体的活动是依靠金属球头外球面与聚乙烯内衬内球面之间以及聚乙烯内衬外球面与解剖型金属髋臼外杯内球面之间两个关节支承面的运动实现。本实用新型解剖式双动全髋人工关节假体具有安装方便、更大的假体活动度和更加安全可靠等特点。

解剖式双动全髋人工关节
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种骨科置换用的人工假体,特别是一种用于全髋关节置换的解剖式双动全髋人工关节假体。 
背景技术
上世纪七十年代,在髋关节置换术提出了双动假体的概念。双动假体包含了两个基本概念:一是John Charnley提出的低摩擦假体概念即小球头与聚乙烯内衬配副组成关节支承面时,由于低磨损可降低关节置换失败的风险;二是Mckee-Farrar概念,即大直径关节支承面稳定能减少脱位风险。对于传统全髋关节置换术而言,存在着关节假体活动范围小、容易脱位等不足。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种安装方便、更大活动度和更加安全可靠的解剖式双动全髋人工关节,能够避免解剖型金属髋臼外杯与髂腰肌的碰撞从而减少疼痛,同时防止股骨颈与解剖型金属髋臼外杯碰撞。为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下设计方案: 
一种解剖式双动全髋人工关节,包括解剖型金属髋臼外杯、聚乙烯内衬、连接有股骨柄颈的金属球头和开口卡环;聚乙烯内衬内外表面均为光滑球面,且内表面为过半径的球柱面;金属球头装入聚乙烯内衬中,末端由开口卡环卡住金属球头;开口卡环内表面下端为球面,直径略大于金属球头的直径,开口卡环上端面的两个圆孔设计为专用工具的夹持孔,利用开口卡环的弹性变形取出卡环。 
解剖型金属髋臼外杯外表面是厚度0.15~0.25mm纯钛粉涂层,解剖型金属髋臼外杯采用压配方式固定于髋臼窝内;解剖型金属髋臼外杯端面外形与人体生理髋臼窝外边缘相近。 
如上所述的解剖式双动全髋人工关节,聚乙烯内衬内外表面均为光滑球面,关节假体形成两个活动关节支承面:一是解剖型金属髋臼外杯内球面与聚乙烯内衬外球面配副组成的关节支承面,二是聚乙烯内衬内球面与金属球头外球面配副组成的关节支承面。 
本实用新型的优点是: 
1、本实用新型解剖式双动全髋人工关节,在采用以上设计方案后,能够在增加髋关节假体的活动度同时,降低术后关节脱位风险,更加的安全可靠。 
2、本实用新型解剖式双动全髋人工关节,解剖型金属髋臼外杯端面外形与人体生理髋臼窝外缘相近,能够避免金属髋臼外杯由于安装位置不正确或突出半球杯导致髂腰肌碰撞引起的肌肉痛;同时也降低股骨胫碰撞出现的金属沉着病及假体失效的风险。 
3、本实用新型解剖式双动全髋人工关节,采用卡环对金属球头进行锁紧。安装时,金属球头装入聚乙烯内衬中,通过开口卡环的弹性变形将其压入内衬卡槽中,实现对金属球头的锁定;拆卸时,使用专用工具利用开口卡环的弹性变形拨出开口卡环。因此本实用新型操作简单、安装方便。 
4、本实用新型解剖式双动全髋人工关节,采用双动关节支承面结构设计,当与金属球头相连接的股骨柄颈与聚乙烯内衬接触时,聚乙烯内衬在解剖型金属髋臼外杯内球面转动,能够增大关节假体的活动度。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本实用新型提出的解剖式双动全髋人工关节,其具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。 
参阅图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6所示,是本实用新型一种解剖式双动全髋人工关节,其特征在于,它包括:解剖型金属髋臼外杯1、聚乙烯内衬2、连接有股骨柄颈5的金属球头3、开口卡环4;金属球头3装入聚乙烯内衬2中,末端由开口卡环4锁住,防止金属球头3脱出;聚乙烯内衬2内外表面均为光滑球面,且内表面为过半径球柱面,关节假体的活动依靠两关节支承面实现,一是金属球头3外球面与聚乙烯内衬2内球面组成关节支承面,关节活动范围小即股骨柄颈5与聚乙烯内衬2外边缘相接触位置;二是聚乙烯内衬2外球面与解剖型金属髋臼外杯1内球面形成的关节承面,相当于一个大直径股骨头与解剖型金属髋臼外杯1相连,能够获得较大的活动度。 
开口卡环4内表面下端为球面,直径大于金属球头3的直径,开口卡环上端面的两个圆孔7为专用工具的夹持孔;安装时,金属球头装入聚乙烯内衬2中,通过开口卡环4的弹性变形将其压入聚乙烯内衬2卡槽中,实现对金属球头3的锁定;拆卸时,使用专用工具插入圆孔7中,利用开口卡环4的弹性变形取出开口卡环4。 
本实用新型解剖式双动全髋人工关节的解剖型金属髋臼外杯1外表面喷涂纯钛粉形成多孔表面,厚度为0.15~0.25mm,植入后骨组织可在孔隙内生长,从而与骨组织形成锁合提高结合强度。在半圆形的髋臼锉打磨之后,解剖型金属髋臼外杯1尺寸大于磨后髋臼窝6尺寸0.5~1.5mm,将解剖型金属髋臼外杯1对正压入髋臼窝6,解剖 型金属髋臼外杯1端面外形与生理髋臼6外缘相近,能够减少解剖型金属髋臼外杯1与髂腰肌碰撞引起的疼痛,且避免股骨柄颈5与解剖型金属髋臼外杯1碰撞,增强关节假体安装稳定性。

1.一种解剖式双动全髋人工关节,其特征在于,它包括:解剖型金属髋臼外杯(1)、聚乙烯内衬(2)、连接有股骨柄颈的金属球头(3)和开口卡环(4);金属球头(3)装入聚乙烯内衬(2)中,末端由开口卡环(4)卡住金属球头(3),聚乙烯内衬(2)与解剖型金属髋臼外杯(1)配副。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的解剖式双动全髋人工关节,其特征在于,聚乙烯内衬(2)内外表面均为光滑球面,关节假体形成两个活动关节支承面,一是解剖型金属髋臼外杯(1)内球面与聚乙烯内衬(2)外球面配副形成的关节支承面,二是聚乙烯内衬(2)内球面与金属球头(3)外球面配副组成的关节支承面。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的解剖式双动全髋人工关节,其特征在于,解剖型金属髋臼外杯(1)端面外形与人体生理髋臼窝外缘相近。
