Abstract

本发明属于水果种植技术领域,具体公开了一种芒果专用植物生长调节剂及其制备方法。本发明的芒果专用生长调节剂包括以下原料组分:青鲜素、赤霉素、胺鲜酯、氯吡苯脲、海藻酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、天冬氨酸、木质素磺酸钠和油酸钠。本发明的芒果专用植物生长调节剂中各个成分相互作用,可有效提升芒果的幼果期枝梢挂果率和采前梢果比,从而提升芒果种植的产量。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及水果种植技术领域,具体涉及一种芒果专用植物生长调节剂及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
芒果是世界著名五大水果之一,因其色美味甜而享有“热带果王”的美誉,其富含蛋白质、矿物质、碳水化合物、维生素、脂肪等多种营养成分,食用芒果具有益胃、解渴、利尿的功用。
芒果在世界热带水果中,芒果的栽培面积和产量仅次于香蕉。在我国,芒果的栽培历史悠久,目前在华南热带、亚热带广为种植,但开花不稳定,芒果花期过早易遇低温阴雨,花期过迟常遇异常高温危害,致使幼果期枝梢挂果率和采前梢果比降低,导致芒果减产甚至失收,严重影响了果农的经济收入。
因此,我们亟需一种可有效提升芒果幼果期枝梢挂果率和采前梢果比的植物生长调节剂,来保证芒果的增收。
【发明内容】
本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种芒果专用植物生长调节剂及其制备方法。本发明的芒果专用植物生长调节剂中各个成分相互作用,可有效提升芒果的幼果期枝梢挂果率和采前梢果比,从而提升芒果种植的产量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种芒果专用生长调节剂,所说芒果专用生长调节剂包括以下原料组分:青鲜素、赤霉素、胺鲜酯、氯吡苯脲、海藻酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、天冬氨酸、木质素磺酸钠和油酸钠。
进一步的,所述芒果专用生长调节剂包括以下重量份的原料组分:青鲜素2-6份、赤霉素1-5份、胺鲜酯1-3份、氯吡苯脲2-6份、海藻酸3-8份、异亮氨酸1-3份、苯丙氨酸1-4份、天冬氨酸1-2份、木质素磺酸钠4-8份和油酸钠1-3份。
进一步的,所述芒果专用生长调节剂包括以下重量份的原料组分:青鲜素5份、赤霉素2份、胺鲜酯1.5份、氯吡苯脲4份、海藻酸5份、异亮氨酸2份、苯丙氨酸2份、天冬氨酸1.3份、木质素磺酸钠6份和油酸钠2份。
进一步的,所述青鲜素的质量浓度为100-120mg/L,所述赤霉素的质量浓度为40-50mg/L,所述胺鲜酯的质量浓度为20-30mg/L,所述氯吡苯脲的质量浓度为60-75mg/L。
进一步的,所述海藻酸的质量浓度为110-120mg/L,所述异亮氨酸的质量浓度为60-80mg/L,所述苯丙氨酸的质量浓度为100-110mg/L,所述天冬氨酸的质量浓度为35-50mg/L。
进一步的,所述一种芒果专用生长调节剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,称取各个原料组分;
(2)将称取好的原料组分混合后,于100-120r/min的转速下搅拌30-40min,均质,即得所述芒果专用生长调节剂。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的芒果专用生长调节剂由植物调节剂、海藻酸、氨基酸和分散剂搭配制成,各个成分之间存在相互作用,混合制备得到的生长调节剂性质稳定、喷施效果显著,可有效提升芒果的幼果期枝梢挂果率和采前梢果比,从而提升芒果种植的产量。
【具体实施方式】
下面将结合具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种芒果专用生长调节剂,主要由以下方法制备得到:
(1)按重量份计,称取下列原料组分:
其中,所述青鲜素的质量浓度为100mg/L,所述赤霉素的质量浓度为40mg/L,所述胺鲜酯的质量浓度为20mg/L,所述氯吡苯脲的质量浓度为60mg/L,所述海藻酸的质量浓度为110mg/L,所述异亮氨酸的质量浓度为60mg/L,所述苯丙氨酸的质量浓度为100mg/L,所述天冬氨酸的质量浓度为35mg/L。
(2)将称取好的原料组分混合后,于100r/min的转速下搅拌30min,均质,即得所述芒果专用生长调节剂。
实施例2
一种芒果专用生长调节剂,主要由以下方法制备得到:
(1)按重量份计,称取下列原料组分:
其中,所述青鲜素的质量浓度为116mg/L,所述赤霉素的质量浓度为47mg/L,所述胺鲜酯的质量浓度为23mg/L,所述氯吡苯脲的质量浓度为68mg/L,所述海藻酸的质量浓度为115mg/L,所述异亮氨酸的质量浓度为70mg/L,所述苯丙氨酸的质量浓度为107mg/L,所述天冬氨酸的质量浓度为41mg/L。
(2)将称取好的原料组分混合后,于115r/min的转速下搅拌35min,均质,即得所述芒果专用生长调节剂。
实施例3
一种芒果专用生长调节剂,主要由以下方法制备得到:
(1)按重量份计,称取下列原料组分:
其中,所述青鲜素的质量浓度为120mg/L,所述赤霉素的质量浓度为50mg/L,所述胺鲜酯的质量浓度为30mg/L,所述氯吡苯脲的质量浓度为75mg/L,所述海藻酸的质量浓度为120mg/L,所述异亮氨酸的质量浓度为80mg/L,所述苯丙氨酸的质量浓度为110mg/L,所述天冬氨酸的质量浓度为50mg/L。
(2)将称取好的原料组分混合后,于120r/min的转速下搅拌40min,均质,即得所述芒果专用生长调节剂。
效果验证:
供试对象:供试芒果品种为5年生的金煌芒,田间管理一致,树体生长良好,实验于2017年果实生长季节进行,地点位于百色市田东县某芒果园内。以5株芒果树为一组,全试验共计45株芒果树。
供试药剂:本发明实施例1的芒果专用生长调节剂,青鲜素、赤霉素、胺鲜酯、氯吡苯脲、海藻酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸或天冬氨酸溶液(质量浓度均与本发明芒果专用生长调节剂相同),即,处理组有9组,分别为喷施实施例1的芒果专用生长调节剂、青鲜素、赤霉素、胺鲜酯、氯吡苯脲、海藻酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸或天冬氨酸溶液;以喷施等量清水作为对照组。
处理方法:于盛花期(90%以上花开)进行供试药剂的喷施。观察各株芒果的末级梢,于同年4月18号和6月25号调查幼果期枝梢挂果率(枝梢挂果率=坐果梢数/末级梢数)和采前梢果比(梢果比是指芒果成熟时,果实个数与末级梢数的比率),结果分别见表1和表2:

由表1可知,实施例1生长调节剂的枝梢挂果率明显高于其他处理组,赤霉素、胺鲜酯和氯吡苯脲处理的枝梢挂果率其次,青鲜素、海藻酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸和天冬氨酸处理与清水处理差别不大,由此可知,赤霉素、胺鲜酯和氯吡苯脲均对芒果幼果期枝梢挂果率具有一定促进作用,海藻酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸和天冬氨酸处理对芒果幼果期枝梢挂果率没有明显作用,而将赤霉素、胺鲜酯、氯吡苯脲、青鲜素、海藻酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸和天冬氨酸结合在一起,组分之间具有协同增效作用,可有效提升芒果枝梢挂果率。

由表2可知,实施例1的生长调节剂处理的芒果梢果比明显高于其他组,赤霉素、胺鲜酯、氯吡苯脲、青鲜素、海藻酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸和天冬氨酸处理的芒果梢果率均比清水高,说明本发明生长调节剂中的各个组分存在协同增效作用,各个组分结合,可有效提升芒果的采前梢果比。
经过实验证明,本发明实施例2和3的生长调节剂具有与实施例1的生长调节剂相同的效果,在此就不赘述了。

1.一种芒果专用生长调节剂,其特征在于,所说芒果专用生长调节剂包括以下原料组分:青鲜素、赤霉素、胺鲜酯、氯吡苯脲、海藻酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、天冬氨酸、木质素磺酸钠和油酸钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种芒果专用生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述芒果专用生长调节剂包括以下重量份的原料组分:青鲜素2-6份、赤霉素1-5份、胺鲜酯1-3份、氯吡苯脲2-6份、海藻酸3-8份、异亮氨酸1-3份、苯丙氨酸1-4份、天冬氨酸1-2份、木质素磺酸钠4-8份和油酸钠1-3份。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种芒果专用生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述芒果专用生长调节剂包括以下重量份的原料组分:青鲜素5份、赤霉素2份、胺鲜酯1.5份、氯吡苯脲4份、海藻酸5份、异亮氨酸2份、苯丙氨酸2份、天冬氨酸1.3份、木质素磺酸钠6份和油酸钠2份。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种芒果专用生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述青鲜素的质量浓度为100-120mg/L,所述赤霉素的质量浓度为40-50mg/L,所述胺鲜酯的质量浓度为20-30mg/L,所述氯吡苯脲的质量浓度为60-75mg/L。
5.根据权利要求3所述一种芒果专用生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述海藻酸的质量浓度为110-120mg/L,所述异亮氨酸的质量浓度为60-80mg/L,所述苯丙氨酸的质量浓度为100-110mg/L,所述天冬氨酸的质量浓度为35-50mg/L。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述一种芒果专用生长调节剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,称取各个原料组分;
(2)将称取好的原料组分混合后,于100-120r/min的转速下搅拌30-40min,均质,即得所述芒果专用生长调节剂。
