Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of modern agricultural machinery, and particularly relates to an agricultural machinery sharing pile which comprises a depth limiting adjusting part, a data acquiring part and a control part, wherein when a user sends a use request, the control part controls the structure of a depth limiting device to be correspondingly adjusted according to crop information on soil needing rotary tillage, and when the diameter of a depth limiting wheel of the depth limiting device is matched with the requirement of the user, the depth limiting device is used by the user. (2) calculating the required diameter of the depth wheel according to the required rotary tillage depth;
(3) correcting the required diameter according to the precipitation, wherein if the precipitation is larger than a preset value, the soil is soft due to overhigh water content of the soil, and the actual rotary tillage effect is affected by the inclusion of too much soft mud in the gap between the two semicircular plates, so that the required diameter is reduced by 10-20%;
(4) the control motor drives the input shaft to rotate to drive the two output shafts to rotate simultaneously, so that the two telescopic rods move along the respective axis directions respectively, and when the distance sensor detects that the distance between the input shaft and the semi-circular arc plate is equal to half of the corrected required diameter, the control motor stops rotating;
(5) after the adjustment is finished, the voice broadcasting device is controlled to send out voice prompt, and a user takes down the depth limiting device of the rotary cultivator for use.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the depth limiting device for the rotary cultivator is provided with a plurality of depth limiting devices of different specifications, has the function of adjusting the structure of the depth limiting device, and can provide the depth limiting device with the optimal rotary tillage depth according to the requirements of users.

a distance sensor 23 provided at an intersection of the input shaft 21 and the output shaft 122 for monitoring a distance between the input shaft 21 and the semi-circular arc plate 11;

(4) the control motor drives the input shaft to rotate to drive the two output shafts to rotate simultaneously, so that the two telescopic rods move along the respective axis directions respectively, and when the distance sensor detects that the distance between the input shaft and the semi-circular arc plate is equal to half of the corrected required diameter, the control motor stops rotating;
(5) after the adjustment is finished, the voice broadcasting device is controlled to send out voice prompt, and a user takes down the depth limiting device of the rotary cultivator for use.
