本发明为一种多效液化燃油。它由甲醇、杂醇 油、磺酸盐和水按一定比例组成。其中杂醇油的主要 成分是乙醇,正异丙醇,正异丁醇、异戊醇。本发明提 供的多效液化燃油是一种无毒、无臭的中性液体,不 腐蚀容器或灶具,安全可靠,热值高,燃烧后无黑烟、 无臭味,不留积炭,不堵塞灶具等,清洁卫生,使用方 便,此外还具有火力强,耗量小,经济实用等特点。

Description

本发明涉及一种民用液化燃油,属于液体燃料领域。
现今我国城镇居民使用的燃料仍以燃煤为主,这不仅给居民用户带来火力不足,生炉难且费时不便、以及煤渣量大、堆煤运煤难等诸多不便,还对环境造成污染;而天然气,石油液化气、煤气虽然远比燃煤优越,但由于受地理位置以及工程投资等限制,因此使用这类燃料的居民为数不多,为了给无法获得天然气,石油液化气或煤气的城镇居民提供优质、安全、清洁卫生、使用方便的液化燃料,特提出本发明。
本发明的目有在于提供一种安全、无毒、不腐蚀容器和灶具,使用方便、清洁卫生的多效液化燃油。
本发明的技术方案是:多效液化油含有甲醇和水,且还包括杂醇油和磺酸盐,各组份的重量百分比是甲醇65~40%,杂醇油30~45%、磺酸盐0.05~0.1%,水5~15%,其中杂醇油的主要成份是乙醇、正异丙醇、正异丁醇、异戍醇,将上述原料加入后通入空气并加压搅拌30~60分钟即可得到多效液化燃油。
本发明提供的多效液化燃油是一种无臭无色的中性液体,不腐蚀塑料、铁桶等容器,其生产、运输、存放和燃用均在常压下进行,燃烧后无黑烟、无臭味、不留积炭,清洁卫生,它可用于各种煤油或洒精炉具以及气化炉具,其热值为7000~8000大卡/公斤,可使炉口温度保持在800℃以上,还具有火力强、耗量少、经济方便等特点。
本发明的物化性能如下:
1、比重 0.805g/cm2;
2、沸点  64.74℃;
3、闪点  8℃;
4、自然点  46.4℃;
5、爆炸范围  6~36%;
6、残渣  0.019%;
7、水份  4.28%;
8、热值  7400~800大卡/公斤。
实施例1
在空气搅拌容器中先加入5%的水,再加入0.05%的助燃剂磺酸盐和30%的杂醇油,最后加入65%的甲醇,起动空压机加压,进行空气搅拌混合,待30分钟以后取出并进行过滤即可得多效液化燃油。
实施例2
将原料按下列比例依次加入空气搅拌容器中,通入空气加压搅拌60分钟后取出过滤即可得多效液化燃油,其比例为水15%,磺酸盐0.1%,杂醇油45%、甲醇40%。

Claims (3)

1、一种含有甲醇和水的多效液化燃油,其特征在于:
a、它还包括杂醇油和磺酸盐;
b、各成份的重量百分比是甲醇65~40%,杂醇油30~45%、磺酸盐0.05~0.1%、水5~15%。
2、如权利要求1所述的液化燃油,其特征在于所说杂醇油的主要成份是乙醇、正异丙醇、正异丁醇,异戍醇。
3、如权利要求1所述的液化燃油,其特征在于加入上述原料后通入空气并加压搅拌30~60分钟。
