本发明提出了一种无卤阻燃硅酮耐厚密封胶,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:硅橡胶80~120份;乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷5~15份;甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷5~15份;固体填料50~80份;氢氧化铝FA‑805~10份;阻燃剂2~5份;十溴二苯醚1~5份;偶联剂A11001~5份;二月桂酸二相基锡1~3份。本发明提出的密封胶在保证原有的抗紫外线能力,抗位移能力、弹性恢复能力,有效地提高了其阻燃性能,可用于防火要求的幕墙。

一种无卤阻燃硅酮耐厚密封胶
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种无卤阻燃硅酮耐厚密封胶。
背景技术
硅酮密封胶由于具有良好的抗紫外线能力,抗位移能力、弹性恢复能力和对常用幕墙材料极佳的粘附性,成为建筑幕墙首选的密封材料之一。硅铜密封胶自身阻燃性不佳,即使加入超细二氧化硅、碳酸钙等填料,接触火焰后一经点燃还是会持续燃烧。
随着世界各国对建筑防火级别要求的提高及对幕墙防火性能的关注,硅酮耐候密封胶的阻燃性能改进已成为必然。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有优异的阻燃性能的无卤阻燃硅酮耐厚密封胶。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种无卤阻燃硅酮耐厚密封胶,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
硅橡胶 80~120份;
乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷 5~15份;
甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷 5~15份;
固体填料 50~80份;
氢氧化铝FA-80 5~10份;
阻燃剂 2~5份;
十溴二苯醚 1~5份;
偶联剂A1100 1~5份;
二月桂酸二相基锡 1~3份。
优选地,所述固体填料包括以下重量份原料组成:
气相法白炭黑 15~30份;
纳米活性碳酸钙 20~30份;
石墨粉 15~30份。
优选地,所述阻燃剂为氮系磷系复配阻燃剂。
优选地,其制备方法为将硅橡胶、乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、固体填料、氢氧化铝FA-80、阻燃剂、十溴二苯醚、偶联剂A1100和二月桂酸二相基锡将比例加入到捏合机中,加热抽真空脱水制得基料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的密封胶在保证原有的抗紫外线能力,抗位移能力、弹性恢复能力,有效地提高了其阻燃性能,可用于防火要求的幕墙。

实施例1
一种无卤阻燃硅酮耐厚密封胶,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
硅橡胶 100份;
乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷 8份;
甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷 8份;
气相法白炭黑 20份;
纳米活性碳酸钙 25份;
石墨粉 25份;
氢氧化铝FA-80 6份;
阻燃剂 2份;
十溴二苯醚 1份;
偶联剂A1100 1份;
二月桂酸二相基锡 1份。
在本实施例中,阻燃剂为氮系磷系复配阻燃剂;其制备方法为将硅橡胶、乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、固体填料、氢氧化铝FA-80、阻燃剂、十溴二苯醚、偶联剂A1100和二月桂酸二相基锡将比例加入到捏合机中,加热抽真空脱水制得基料。
实施例2
一种无卤阻燃硅酮耐厚密封胶,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
硅橡胶 100份;
乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷 8份;

固体填料 50~80份;
氢氧化铝FA-80 5~10份;
阻燃剂 2~5份;
十溴二苯醚 1~5份;
偶联剂A1100 1~5份;
二月桂酸二相基锡 1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种无卤阻燃硅酮耐厚密封胶,其特征在于:所述固体填料包括以下重量份原料组成:
气相法白炭黑 15~30份;
纳米活性碳酸钙 20~30份;
石墨粉 15~30份。

4.根据权利要求1所述一种无卤阻燃硅酮耐厚密封胶,其特征在于:其制备方法为将硅橡胶、乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、固体填料、氢氧化铝FA-80、阻燃剂、十溴二苯醚、偶联剂A1100和二月桂酸二相基锡将比例加入到捏合机中,加热抽真空脱水制得基料。
