Technical Field
The invention relates to a tool for fluffing a pillow inner, in particular to a mulberry silk elastic fluffing device.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the invention provides a mulberry silk elastic fluffing device, which comprises a core bar 1, a sleeve ring 2 and elastic strips, wherein the inner end of the core bar is provided with a smooth tip portion 3, the outer end of the core bar is provided with a handle 4, the handle is connected with a rocker arm 7, the sleeve ring is sleeved outside the core bar, the elastic strips are more than two arc-shaped elastic wires 5 and can be elastic metal wires or plastic strips, eight elastic strips are provided in the embodiment, the elastic strips are circumferentially distributed around the core bar, the elastic strips are stretching elastic strips, are arc-shaped in a natural state and can be stretched to be flat, one end of each elastic strip is connected to the inner end of the core bar, the other end of each elastic strip is connected to the sleeve. When the pillow is used, the pillow does not need to be disassembled, cotton does not need to be taken out, only a small opening needs to be disassembled, the elastic strip part of the pillow is inserted into the pillow after the elastic strip is folded, then the elastic strip is enabled to bulge, the elastic strip is enabled to rotate or the elastic strip is enabled to slide through the sliding ring to enable the elastic strip to vibrate and deform axially, the cotton nearby the elastic strip is loosened, the hardening phenomenon is solved, the work load of seam dismantling is small, the place for bouncing the cotton is not needed to be found, the service life of the pillow is prolonged at low cost, the economic cost is low, the environmental protection performance is high, and the deformation amplitude of the elastic wire can be adjusted to adapt.
The second embodiment of the invention is shown in figure 2, and the mulberry silk elastic fluffing device is different from the first embodiment in that the elastic strip is an extension spring 12 which is sleeved on the core rod, two ends of the extension spring are respectively connected to the front end of the core rod and the slip ring, the rocker arm is connected to the slip ring, when in use, the extension spring is extended to be thin, then the position of the elastic strip of the device is inserted into a pillow, the extension spring is loosened to be thick, and the rocker arm can be rotated to enable the elastic strip to rotate or the slip ring to enable the elastic strip to axially vibrate and deform, so that cotton nearby the elastic strip is loosened.

The fourth embodiment of the invention is shown in figure 4, the mulberry silk elastic fluffing device is different from the third embodiment in that the elastic strip is a compression spring 13 which is sleeved on the core rod, two ends of the elastic strip are respectively connected with the front end of the core rod and the sliding ring, the rocker arm is connected with the sliding ring, when in use, the compression spring is stretched and thinned by compressing the compression elastic body by using the handheld sleeve, then the elastic strip part of the device is inserted into the pillow, the compression spring is thickened by loosening the handheld sleeve, the handheld sleeve is held, the rocker arm is rotated to pull the compression spring to rotate, the sliding ring vibrates axially along the cam in the rotating process to axially vibrate and deform the compression spring, the effect of loosening nearby cotton is better, the elastic force applied by the compression elastic body 11 added at the bottom can deform the compression spring, so that a user saves labor, solves the hardening phenomenon, has small work load of seam opening, and does not need to find a place for fluffing, the pillow has the advantages of low cost, long service life, low economic cost and strong environmental protection.
As shown in fig. 5, in the fifth embodiment of the invention, on the basis of the third embodiment, arc-shaped elastic wires are distributed outside the compression spring along the axial direction and the circumferential direction, two ends of each elastic arc-shaped elastic wire are connected to different rings of the spring and are circumferentially positioned on the compression spring, the number of the elastic wires is more, the vibration area is larger, the elastic wires and the compression spring synchronously vibrate and rotate, multidimensional vibration is better realized, the loosening function is stronger, and the deformation amplitude of the elastic wires can be adjusted to adapt to the size of the pillow core.
When in implementation, the core rod can also adopt a multi-section telescopic structure, thereby improving the extension range and having larger loose area.
