The invention discloses an energy-saving polishing device and a polishing powder solution recycling method, the energy-saving polishing device comprises a polishing mechanism, a polishing powder solution supply mechanism and a polishing powder solution recovery mechanism, wherein a polishing area in the polishing structure is divided into a pre-polishing area, a rough polishing area and a finish polishing area, each polishing area is provided with a press roll and a polishing brush, the polishing powder solution supply mechanism consists of a material mixing tank, a recovery tank, a polishing powder solution pump, a transmission pipeline and a spray pipe, the polishing powder solution of the material mixing tank is transmitted to the rough polishing area and the finish polishing area through the spray pipe and is isolated by the press roll, the used polishing powder solution is respectively collected to the recovery tank and the material mixing tank through the recovery mechanism, the polishing powder solution in the recovery tank is transmitted to the pre-polishing area through the spray pipe and is isolated by the press roll, and the reused polishing powder solution is discharged as ineffective polishing powder solution; the energy-saving polishing device can realize the recycling of polishing powder solution, does not need to stop production when polishing powder and water are added, and improves the production efficiency.

The solar reflecting mirror collects solar diffuse reflection and sorts and focuses light, so that the working temperature of the heat collector is effectively improved. The volumes of polishing powder suspension in the batching tank 1 and the recovery tank are respectively below 80 percent of the volumes of the batching tank and the recovery tank, so that the phenomenon that excessive polishing liquid in the solution tank flows back to the recovery sub-mechanism in the polishing process is prevented.
The unpowered sponge press roller has the structure of micropores and mutual communication among the micropores, has good water absorbability and corrosion resistance, can absorb partial moisture in the production process, and has the effect of effectively separating polishing areas, so that polishing powder is recycled.

1. An energy-efficient polishing apparatus, comprising:

the polishing powder solution supply mechanism comprises a batching tank and a recycling tank, a polishing material supply sub-mechanism for pumping the polishing powder solution in the batching tank into a rough polishing area and a fine polishing area, and a pre-polishing material supply sub-mechanism for pumping the polishing powder solution in the recycling tank into a pre-polishing area;
the polishing powder solution recycling mechanism comprises a recycling sub-mechanism for recycling the polishing powder solution in the finish polishing area to the material mixing tank and a recycling sub-mechanism for recycling the polishing powder solution in the rough polishing area to the recycling tank, wherein at least one press roller is arranged in three areas of the polishing area, polishing discs are arranged between every two press rollers, and the press rollers are unpowered sponge press rollers;
the polishing feeding sub-mechanism comprises a material distribution tank, a polishing powder solution pump and a spray pipe which are sequentially connected through a polishing powder solution transmission pipeline, wherein a spray port is arranged between each two compression rollers of the rough polishing area and the fine polishing area, and the spray pipe is divided into a spraying pipe of the rough polishing area and a spraying pipe of the fine polishing area according to the areas; the pre-polishing feeding sub-mechanism comprises a polishing powder solution pump connected with the recovery tank through a pre-polishing transmission pipeline and a pre-polishing area spray pipe with a spray port arranged between every two compression rollers of the pre-polishing area;
the heights of the polishing powder solution and the pre-polishing powder solution transmission pipelines are respectively positioned at 1/10-3/10 of the heights of the batching tank and the recovery tank, and the volumes of polishing powder suspension liquid in the batching tank and the recovery tank are respectively below 80% of the volumes of the batching tank and the recovery tank.
2. An energy efficient polishing apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein the direction of conveyance is from right to left, and said shower nozzle is located on the left side of the press roll.

The energy-saving polishing device as set forth in claim 1, wherein the mixing tank and the recovery tank are provided with polishing powder solution stirrers, and the heights of the polishing powder solution stirrers in the mixing tank and the recovery tank are respectively below the polishing powder solution and the pre-polishing powder solution transmission pipeline.
4. The energy-saving polishing apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein the object to be polished is glass having a thickness of 0.2 to 2. 2mm.

6. A method for recycling a polishing powder solution of an energy-saving polishing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising:
1) The polished object sequentially passes through a pre-polishing area, a rough polishing area and a fine polishing area;
