At present, a loudspeaker module is formed by injecting silicon rubber to a sound outlet hole of a module shell in a secondary forming mode to form a sealing ring, but the method needs to ensure that a plastic material of the module shell is high-temperature resistant, a PEI (polyetherimide) material is generally selected, and the PEI material is much higher than the materials of a common module shell, such as D151, D251 and the like, so that the cost of the module shell can be increased. And the speaker module shell is the injection molding that the structure is complicated, and the two-shot mould that adopts the secondary to mould plastics also will become the structure complicacy, can wholly improve the cost of manufacture of speaker module on the one hand, and the whole size of the module shell after on the other hand two-shot is difficult for guaranteeing yet. The vibration component comprises a vibrating diaphragm 1 and a voice coil 2, and the vibrating diaphragm 1 is connected with the voice coil 2. The magnetic circuit system includes a yoke 3, and a center magnet 4 and a side magnet 5 disposed on one side surface of the yoke 3, a magnetic gap being formed between the center magnet 4 and the side magnet 5, and one end of the voice coil 2 being inserted into the magnetic gap. After voice coil 2 circular telegram, voice coil 2 can vibrate under magnetic circuit's effect, and meanwhile, voice coil 2 drive vibrating diaphragm 1 together vibrate, realize vibrating diaphragm 1's sound production. The loudspeaker module with the structure has the advantages that the middle shell 7 and the separated sound hole 9 are separately and independently produced and processed, and the two parts can be made of different materials, so that the overall cost is reduced. In addition, because the secondary injection molding is not needed to be carried out on the middle shell with a complex structure, the complexity of the middle shell 7 mold is reduced, and the dimensional accuracy of the middle shell is also improved. Meanwhile, the separating sound hole 9 and the sealing ring 16 which have simpler structures are processed by adopting a secondary injection molding process, so that the complexity of a secondary injection mold is reduced, and the overall cost is reduced.
In order to improve the connection strength between the separation sound hole 9 and the middle case 7, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the separation sound hole 9 of the present invention is provided with a first connection piece 10, the middle case 7 is provided with a second connection piece 11, and one end of the first connection piece 10 and one end of the second connection piece 11 are lap-welded, thereby improving the connection strength between the separation sound hole 9 and the middle case 7. Specifically, first connecting piece 10 and second connecting piece 11 are the metal material, and the one end and the separation phonic hole 9 fixed connection of first connecting piece 10, the other end is located the outside of separation phonic hole 9, and first connecting piece 10 can be through the mode of moulding plastics and separation phonic hole 9 integrated into one piece.
