As shown in the figure, the annular boss 231 in this embodiment is formed by extending upward a part of the upper end of the outer edge of the magnetic edge conducting plate 23. In other possible embodiments, the annular boss 231 may also be formed by extending a portion of the upper end surface of the edge magnetic plate 23 upward, that is, the annular boss 231 is located at a middle position or an inner position of the upper end surface of the edge magnetic plate 23.
