Currently, remote control usually includes operations such as remote technical support and file transfer, and remote technical support can rely on telephone communication between a technician and a user, which is time-consuming and error-prone. Many users have little knowledge and use of computers or equipment, when problems are encountered, they must describe the symptoms of the problem to a technician who cannot see the failure phenomenon, and strictly follow the instructions of the technician to accurately describe the failure phenomenon, because the description is often not important due to limited professional knowledge, so that certain obstacles exist in the technical communication process, even if the technician knows the problem of the user's computer or equipment, when trying to solve the problem, the technician may instruct the user to execute a series of complex commands, which is very difficult for the user, if the user cannot follow the instructions correctly, the problem may be further worsened, and when the technician performs remote operation through the computer or equipment, the controlled terminal is often required to invest a long time to configure the controlled terminal due to the lack of related software, not only the working efficiency of the whole remote operation process is influenced, but also the experience degree of the user is reduced.
Based on this, the method, the device and the system for remotely operating the terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention can alleviate the technical problem of low working efficiency in the remote operation process, so as to improve the user experience.
To facilitate understanding of the embodiment, a method for remotely operating a terminal disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail first.
The first embodiment is as follows:
an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for remotely operating a terminal, which is applied to a local terminal to operate the remote terminal, wherein the local terminal is connected to the remote terminal through a network, and fig. 1 shows a flowchart of the method for remotely operating the terminal, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step S102, when monitoring a control request sent by a remote terminal, establishing remote connection with the remote terminal;
in a specific implementation, the local terminal and the remote terminal used in the embodiment of the present invention may be smart devices with a network connection function, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a portable computer, a vehicle-mounted computer, and a wearable mobile terminal.
Step S104, receiving the login confirmation information fed back by the remote terminal, and starting a remote operation interface corresponding to the control request;
and step S106, receiving an operation instruction input by a user so as to remotely operate the external equipment connected with the remote terminal.
Specifically, the external device connected with the remote terminal can be an intelligent terminal such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a portable computer, a vehicle-mounted computer, a wearable mobile terminal and the like, and can also be other electromechanical terminal devices which can be connected with an upper computer. At the moment, the remote terminal can be used as an upper computer of the external equipment to operate the upper computer, and after the remote terminal establishes network connection with the local terminal, a user can remotely operate the external equipment connected with the remote terminal through the local terminal.
The method for remotely operating the terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for operating the remote terminal and establishing remote connection with the remote terminal when monitoring the control request sent by the remote terminal; the remote operation interface corresponding to the control request is started to receive the operation instruction input by the user, so that the remote operation is performed on the external equipment connected with the remote terminal, the problem that the remote terminal does not have matched working software is solved, the working efficiency of the remote operation process is improved, and the user experience is improved.
During specific implementation, the local terminal can be remotely connected with the remote terminal through the internet, furthermore, corresponding application software can be pre-installed on the local terminal, and the application software can be provided with a corresponding operation interface, so that a user can operate the local terminal, and then the remote connection with the remote terminal is realized. Based on this, on the basis of fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention further provides another method for remotely operating a terminal, such as a flowchart of another method for remotely operating a terminal shown in fig. 2, which includes the following steps:
step S202, when monitoring a control request sent by a remote terminal, starting a remote login interface, wherein the remote login interface comprises a display option and a login option;
in particular, the remote login interface may be an interface of a pre-installed application on the local terminal.
Step S204, displaying the control request and the verification information carried in the control request in the display options, so that the user inputs the verification information in the login options and logs in the remote terminal;
specifically, the authentication information may include ID information of the remote terminal and a login password, so that the remote terminal can authorize and log in the local terminal. For ease of understanding, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a telnet interface, and as shown in fig. 3, the ID information is typically an IP address, and the password may be a randomly generated password. In a specific implementation, the display selection may be in the same interface as the login option, or may be set in a different interface, and may specifically be set according to an actual use condition.
Step S206, judging whether the verification information input by the user in the login option is consistent with the verification information carried in the control request; if yes, go to step S208; if not, returning to the step S202;
in specific implementation, when the verification information is judged to be inconsistent with the verification information carried in the control request, the next operation is not performed, and popup information of login failure also occurs at the local terminal.
Step S208, sending a login request to the remote terminal;
specifically, the above determination process may be executed at the local terminal, and after the user inputs the verification information, the local terminal may obtain the text information input by the user for identification, compare the text information with the received verification information, and send a login request to the remote terminal when the comparison is consistent. Therefore, when in actual use, the local terminal can be internally provided with the text recognition module to perform the text recognition process, so that a delay event generated when a remote terminal performs recognition is avoided, and meanwhile, a remote attacker can be effectively prevented from obtaining unauthorized access to the management function through a remote access network.
Step S210, receiving login confirmation information fed back by the remote terminal, and starting a remote operation interface corresponding to the control request;
when the remote terminal receives a login request sent by the local terminal, login confirmation information can be fed back to the local terminal, so that a user can conveniently perform a subsequent remote operation process, and further, the remote terminal can also start a corresponding operation interface, so that the remote user assists the user of the local terminal in performing remote operation.
Step S212, displaying the service type of remote operation in the remote operation interface for the user to select;
wherein the service types include remote control and/or file transfer.
Step S214, displaying an operation interface corresponding to the service type selected by the user so that the user can remotely operate the external equipment connected with the remote terminal in the operation interface;
in a specific implementation, the operation interface at this time is an operation interface of an application program associated with the service type, for example, when the service type is a remote operation, the operation interface at this time may be an operation interface of upper computer operation software corresponding to the external device. At the moment, the remote terminal can be used as a data line to establish connection between the local terminal and the external equipment, and the remote terminal does not need to be provided with an upper computer operating system corresponding to the external equipment and software corresponding to the operating system, and can operate the external equipment connected with the remote terminal only by the local terminal.
Further, if the remote user at the remote terminal needs to know the operation condition of the external device, a sharing request may be sent to the local terminal, and at this time, the local terminal may send a sharing instruction to the remote terminal to perform operation sharing. Specifically, the sharing process can be realized by the following steps:
step S216, sending a sharing instruction to the remote terminal;
and step S218, when receiving the information for confirming the sharing returned by the remote terminal, sending an operation result corresponding to the external equipment to the remote terminal.
In specific implementation, the external device may include an intelligent terminal and/or a medical device, and specifically, the external device may be a medical device besides the intelligent terminal, so as to implement remote physical examination or remote medical treatment. Further, the local terminal may also establish remotes with multiple remote terminals at the same time, and the specific external devices and the number of connected external devices may be set according to actual conditions, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In order to facilitate understanding of the above method, the following description takes the above external device as an example, and specifically, the intelligent terminal is an unmanned aerial vehicle.
