技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种阻燃阻热润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。只要是应用于两个相对运动的物体之间,而可以减少两物体因接触而产生的磨擦与磨损之功能,即为润滑油。
按照现代通行的化工产品的分类,润滑油属于精细化工产品。现代的润滑油正在逐步成为一类多功能性的工程材料,是化学工业中的一个重要行业。目前市面上的润滑油功能比较单一,不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种阻燃阻热润滑油,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,一种阻燃阻热润滑油,包括如下重量份的组分:聚异丁烯酸甘油酯凝胶10份,过氧化苯甲酰12份,过氧化苯甲酰20份,丙烯酸异丙酯8份,三羟甲基丙烷20份,聚异丁酯4份,二氧化钛12份,三甲氧基硅烷8份,硫酸钴碳酸钙4份,过氧化苯甲酰4份,过氧化苯甲酰24份,聚异丁烯酸甘油酯凝胶20份,甲基三乙氧基硅烷12份,甲基纤维素12份,甲基硅油12份,对-二异辛基二苯胺10份。
本发明提供的一种阻燃阻热润滑油,各种组份相互配合,润滑油毒性小,且润滑油的涂抹效果好,使用时间长。
