本发明公开了一种可生物降解塑料薄膜,由如下原料按重量份组成:玉米淀粉10‑20份、紫外线吸收剂2‑4份、聚乙烯70‑80份、纤维素10‑15份、抗氧化剂1‑3份、微晶石蜡3‑5份、防老剂2‑3份。本发明与现在技术相比,所制备的农用膜的力学性能按GB4455‑2006标准检测,其拉伸强度纵、横向≥14MPa,断裂伸长率纵、横向≥300%,直角撕裂强度纵、横向≥55KN/m。该膜的透光性好,对棉花起着增产的作用,并且经过60天的诱导期,150天的降解期后,其薄膜残片小于1×1cm2。

技术领域
本发明涉及可降解塑料薄膜,具体是一种可生物降解塑料薄膜。
背景技术
农用地膜可以起到保墒、保温、除草、杀虫四种作用,能大幅度提高农作物的产量。传统农用地膜的母粒是聚乙烯,这种材料具有优异的物理性能。但该塑料薄膜的降解时间长,广泛使用会造成严重的“白色污染”。目前解决塑料薄膜“白色污染”的主要途径是开发可降解农膜,目前的可降解农膜,其透光性差,造成棉花的减产,并且经过60天的诱导期,150天的降解期后,其残片大于4×4cm2,不能满足实际的需要。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种可生物降解塑料薄膜,以解决上述技术问题。
一种可生物降解塑料薄膜,由如下原料按重量份组成:玉米淀粉10-20份、紫外线吸收剂2-4份、聚乙烯70-80份、纤维素10-15份、抗氧化剂1-3份、微晶石蜡3-5份、防老剂2-3份。

本发明的有益效果:
