Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of polluted water body remediation, and particularly relates to a black and odorous water body sediment dry powder remediation agent, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The reasons for the black and odorous water mainly come from the excessive discharge of exogenous pollutants such as domestic sewage containing a large amount of organic pollutants, industrial wastewater, wastewater from livestock and poultry breeding and waste oil in the shipping process. Excessive organic pollutants are discharged into a water body, are metabolized and decomposed by aquatic organisms, quickly consume oxygen in the water, and ensure that the overlying water body is anoxic, when the content of dissolved oxygen is lower than 0.2mg/L, the water body enters an anaerobic state, anaerobic microorganisms propagate in the water body in a large quantity, the organic pollutants in the water body are decomposed, volatile gases such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan with foul odor are further generated, and a large quantity of humus in the water body forms suspended matters after absorbing FeS, MnS and other substances, so that the water body is blackened. Meanwhile, in the floating process of the suspended matters, black bottom sediment is brought into the overlying water, so that the phenomenon that the overlying water body is blackened and smelly is more prominent. The appearance of black and odorous water aggravates the current water quality type water shortage situation and causes more serious water resource crisis.
The repair of the black and odorous water body bottom sediment can be divided into three types, namely physical repair, chemical repair and biological repair according to reaction mechanisms, and the three types of repair methods are generally used in a combined mode.
The physical repair of the sediment mainly comprises methods of dredging, diluting and scouring by water, covering by stable materials and the like. The most direct method for improving the black and odorous phenomenon of the water body is to carry out sediment dredging, but the sediment dredging construction with water has large quantity, high water content and large volume, more importantly, the original ecological balance of the water body bottom is destroyed by dredging, and the black and odorous phenomenon is eliminated in a short time. The covering is to use covering material to separate mud-water interface between polluted bottom mud and water body, and utilize physical adsorption, hydraulic barrier, passivation and other physical actions between covering material and deposit to make the pollutant in the bottom mud unable to directly dissolve and diffuse to the water body, can effectively prevent the bottom mud from secondary pollution to the water body, thus reach the repairing effect, but the repairing mode of covering will change the ecological environment of the original water body, and the balance to the original aquatic ecosystem will be destroyed.
The chemical remediation technology of the sediment mainly comprises the steps of adding a chemical agent into the sediment, influencing the release of pollutants by changing environmental factors such as oxidation-reduction potential, pH value and the like of a water body, or directly generating chemical reactions such as oxidation-reduction, passivation and the like with the chemical agent to remove or stabilize the pollutants in the sediment, but the addition of the chemical agent can possibly change the characteristics such as oxidation-reduction potential and the like of the water body, so that the original ecological environment is destroyed to a certain extent, the sediment is thickened due to improper addition for a long time, and a large amount of remediation cost is required by adding the chemical agent continuously.
The biological remediation technology of the sediment is characterized in that screened microorganisms or aquatic plants and the like are added in the water body, the number of the microorganisms, the aquatic plants and the animals in the water body and the intensity of proliferation metabolism are artificially enhanced, so that pollutants in the water body are gradually decomposed into micromolecular substances, the purposes of water body remediation and new water body ecological balance construction are gradually achieved, and therefore the remediation effect is long in duration and the cost is relatively low. However, in the past, because the microbes for repairing the black and odorous water body are mainly liquid microbial inoculums, the microbes added into the water body are easy to run off along with the flow of water due to the lack of a fixed matrix of the microbes, the repairing effect is greatly influenced, and the microbial inoculums need to be added continuously if the better repairing effect is maintained.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to fix microorganisms on a carrier by preferably selecting the microorganisms which have degradation effect on organic pollutants such as nitrogen, phosphorus and the like in black and odorous water and matching with a specially prepared porous light microorganism carrier, and the microorganisms are prepared into a form of a dry powder preparation. The dry powder is applied to the water body and the bottom sediment to be restored, and the microorganisms which are immobilized and grown on the carrier can be gradually propagated in the water body in the process that the preparation is gradually settled and contacts with the water body. The repairing carrier is a special porous material, so that the repairing carrier has the effects of denitrification, dephosphorization and the like, and after entering the sediment, the repairing carrier and attached and growing microorganisms are used for synergistically degrading organic pollutants in a water body, so that the aims of constructing a good ecological environment and gradually eliminating black and odorous sediment and overlying water are fulfilled.
