The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the cable reel is used, the second motor 17 is started, the second motor 17 drives the first gear 16 to rotate, the first gear 16 drives the internal thread sleeve 18 to rotate through the second gear 19, the internal thread sleeve 18 drives the central rod 15 to move rightwards under the limit matching of the spline shaft 5 until the left end of the central rod 15 is close to the left end of the internal thread sleeve 18, then the first motor 10 is started, the first motor 10 drives the four threaded rods 2 to synchronously rotate through the transmission matching of the belt pulley 8 and the belt 9, the four threaded rods 2 drive the first movable block 11 and the second movable block 7 to synchronously move downwards until the central rod 15 moves to the same height position of the installation hole of the cable reel, the second motor 17 rotates reversely to drive the central rod 15 to move leftwards, the central rod passes through the installation hole of the cable reel and moves into the circular groove of the first cylindrical block 12, then the first motor 10 rotates reversely to reel the cable, unscrewing fastening bolt 20, making second cylinder piece 6 rotate second movable block 7 relatively, the unwrapping wire of being convenient for, easy operation, it is convenient quick, the security is high, has improved work efficiency, passes between two arcs 23 in the through-hole 24 with the cable, makes arc 23 contact with communication cable all the time under spring 22's effect, can be suitable for the communication cable of different thicknesses, can control communication cable's the orientation of emitting moreover, prevents unwrapping wire offset.
