Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动搅拌桶,涉及机械设备领域,该电动搅拌桶在使用时可以将不同原料装入桶体,旋紧桶盖,然后下压桶盖和桶体,压缩弹簧,让输出转轴插入套筒内。打开电机带动输出转轴转动,输出转轴带动套筒和转轴转动,从而让搅拌叶在桶体内将原料搅拌均匀。使用者放开桶盖后,两弹簧回弹,让套筒与输出转轴分开,电机便无法带动转轴和搅拌叶转动,便可停止搅拌原料。该电动搅拌桶可以电动对其内部的原料进行搅拌,并且可以在电机通电的情况下自由地对搅拌叶进行控制,提高两搅拌控制的灵活性。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械设备领域,具体来说涉及一种电动搅拌桶。
背景技术
在对原料进行生产加工时,常常需要将各种原料放入搅拌桶内搅拌均匀,以备生产产品时使用。然而现有的搅拌桶设计都比较传统,无法灵活地控制搅拌时间,只是能够通过控制通断电来带动搅拌桶搅拌原料,导致其对原料的搅拌程度无法灵活地控制。现有的搅拌桶不能够在通电的情况下自由地对搅拌装置进行控制,导致其搅拌控制灵活性不够。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种电动搅拌桶,可以电动对其内部的原料进行搅拌,并且可以在电机通电的情况下自由地对搅拌叶进行控制,提高两搅拌控制的灵活性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:
该电动搅拌桶包括顶部开口的筒状桶体,桶体顶部设有桶盖,桶体底部中心处垂直镶嵌有轴承,轴承内圈固定有圆柱形的转轴,转轴位于桶体内部部位的侧面垂直设有若干搅拌叶,转轴位于桶体外部的端部设有圆筒形的套筒,桶体底部通过两对称分布的弹簧与平板状的底座垂直连接,底座与桶体的底面平行,底座顶部中心处垂直固定有电机,电机的顶部垂直设有圆柱形输出转轴,输出转轴、套筒、转轴、轴承均同轴,输出转轴的直径等于套筒的内径。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述桶体和桶盖均由不锈钢制造,桶体和桶盖通过螺纹连接。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述搅拌叶、转轴、底座、套筒均由不锈钢制造,转轴和套筒为整体结构,搅拌叶通过焊接与转轴连接。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述轴承为密封式轴承,轴承的外圈通过焊接与桶体连接,轴承的内圈通过焊接与转轴连接。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述弹簧均由弹簧钢制造,弹簧均通过焊接与桶体和底座连接。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述套筒的内壁和输出转轴的外表均加工有增磨纹路,输出转轴可带动套筒和转轴转动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明一种电动搅拌桶的优选实施方式。
图1和图2出示本发明一种电动搅拌桶的具体实施方式:
结合图1和图2,该电动搅拌桶包括顶部开口的筒状桶体1,桶体1顶部设有桶盖2,桶体1底部中心处垂直镶嵌有轴承6,轴承6内圈固定有圆柱形的转轴5,转轴5位于桶体1内部部位的侧面垂直设有若干搅拌叶4,转轴5位于桶体1外部的端部设有圆筒形的套筒9,桶体1底部通过两对称分布的弹簧7与平板状的底座8垂直连接,底座8与桶体1的底面平行,底座8顶部中心处垂直固定有电机3,电机3的顶部垂直设有圆柱形输出转轴10,输出转轴10、套筒9、转轴5、轴承6均同轴,输出转轴10的直径等于套筒9的内径。
桶体1和桶盖2均由不锈钢制造,坚固耐用,且耐腐蚀性能好,桶体1和桶盖2通过螺纹连接。搅拌叶4、转轴5、底座8、套筒9均由不锈钢制造,坚固耐用,且耐腐蚀性能好,转轴5和套筒9为整体结构,搅拌叶4通过焊接与转轴5连接。轴承6为密封式轴承,防止桶体1泄露,轴承6的外圈通过焊接与桶体1连接,轴承6的内圈通过焊接与转轴5连接,如此可保障桶体1和轴承6外圈不动的情况下,转轴5、搅拌叶4、轴承6的内圈可以自由转动。弹簧7均由弹簧钢制造,硬度大,弹性良好,弹簧7均通过焊接与桶体1和底座8连接。套筒9的内壁和输出转轴10的外表均加工有增磨纹路,输出转轴10可带动套筒9和转轴5转动,输出转轴10为耗材,磨损严重后需要更换新的输出转轴10。
该电动搅拌桶在使用时可以将不同原料装入桶体1,旋紧桶盖2,然后下压桶盖2和桶体1,压缩弹簧7,让输出转轴10插入套筒9内。打开电机3带动输出转轴10转动,输出转轴10带动套筒9和转轴5转动,从而让搅拌叶4在桶体1内将原料搅拌均匀。使用者放开桶盖2后,两弹簧7回弹,桶体1上升,让套筒9与输出转轴10分开,电机3便无法带动转轴5和搅拌叶4转动,便可立即停止搅拌原料。该电动搅拌桶可以电动对其内部的原料进行搅拌,并且可以在电机3通电的情况下自由地对搅拌叶4进行控制,亦可又重新搅拌,提高两搅拌控制的灵活性。
以上的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种电动搅拌桶,其特征在于:所述电动搅拌桶包括顶部开口的筒状桶体(1),桶体(1)顶部设有桶盖(2),桶体(1)底部中心处垂直镶嵌有轴承(6),轴承(6)内圈固定有圆柱形的转轴(5),转轴(5)位于桶体(1)内部部位的侧面垂直设有若干搅拌叶(4),转轴(5)位于桶体(1)外部的端部设有圆筒形的套筒(9),桶体(1)底部通过两对称分布的弹簧(7)与平板状的底座(8)垂直连接,底座(8)与桶体(1)的底面平行,底座(8)顶部中心处垂直固定有电机(3),电机(3)的顶部垂直设有圆柱形输出转轴(10),输出转轴(10)、套筒(9)、转轴(5)、轴承(6)均同轴,输出转轴(10)的直径等于套筒(9)的内径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动搅拌桶,其特征在于:所述桶体(1)和桶盖(2)均由不锈钢制造,桶体(1)和桶盖(2)通过螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动搅拌桶,其特征在于:所述搅拌叶(4)、转轴(5)、底座(8)、套筒(9)均由不锈钢制造,转轴(5)和套筒(9)为整体结构,搅拌叶(4)通过焊接与转轴(5)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动搅拌桶,其特征在于:所述轴承(6)为密封式轴承,轴承(6)的外圈通过焊接与桶体(1)连接,轴承(6)的内圈通过焊接与转轴(5)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动搅拌桶,其特征在于:所述弹簧(7)均由弹簧钢制造,弹簧(7)均通过焊接与桶体(1)和底座(8)连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电动搅拌桶,其特征在于:所述套筒(9)的内壁和输出转轴(10)的外表均加工有增磨纹路,输出转轴(10)可带动套筒(9)和转轴(5)转动。
