When the humidity of the pretreated waste gas is too high, the demister 33 is arranged at the position above the liquid outlet pipe 29 in the machine body 13, and the demister 33 consists of a fixed frame 34 and a plurality of corrugated plates 35 which are arranged in the fixed frame 34 in parallel and can be used for capturing fog particles and slurry drops carried by the waste gas, so that the humidity of the waste gas is effectively reduced.
