Background

The lubricating oil is used between two objects which move relatively, and has the function of reducing the friction and the abrasion caused by the contact of the two objects, namely the lubricating oil.
Lubricating oils are generally composed of two parts, a base oil and additives. The base oil is the main component of the lubricating oil, determines the basic properties of the lubricating oil, and the additive can make up and improve the deficiency in the performance of the base oil, endows certain new performances and is an important component of the lubricating oil.
The lubricating oil base oil mainly comprises mineral base oil, synthetic base oil and biological base oil. The mineral oil base oil is refined from crude oil. The main production process of the lubricating oil base oil comprises the following steps: atmospheric and vacuum distillation, solvent deasphalting, solvent refining, solvent dewaxing, and clay or hydrogenation refining. In 1995, the current lubricating oil base oil standard in China was revised, the classification method is mainly modified, and two special base oil standards of low freezing point and deep refining are added. In the production of mineral lubricating oils, it is most important to select the best crude oil.
The chemical composition of the mineral base oil includes a mixture of high boiling, high molecular weight hydrocarbons and non-hydrocarbons. The components of the compound are alkane, cyclane, arene, naphthene base arene and non-hydrocarbon compounds containing oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur, colloid, asphaltene and the like. Bio-base oils are becoming increasingly popular and are biodegradable to rapidly reduce environmental pollution. The synthetic lubricating oil has the characteristics of excellent low-temperature performance, good lubricating performance, long service life and the like, and is suitable for environments with high load, high rotating speed, high vacuum, high-energy radiation, strong oxidizing medium and the like. Since all industrial enterprises in the world are seeking measures to reduce environmental pollution, and the natural lubricating oil has the characteristic that although vegetable oil is high in cost, the increased cost can sufficiently offset the environmental management cost caused by using other mineral oil and synthetic lubricating oil.
At present, most of the waste lubricating oil regeneration settling tanks perform self-settling on the waste lubricating oil, and as the waste lubricating oil is viscous, part of impurities are easily attached to the inner wall of the settling tank in the self-settling process, so that incomplete settling is caused, and the settling effect is reduced.
