In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the long side of the horizontal plate 410 is the long transverse side L2, the long side of the vertical plate 420 is the long vertical side L3, and the long transverse side L2, the long vertical side L3, and the intersecting line L1 of the horizontal plate 410 and the vertical plate 420 intersect at a point. In the extending direction of the intersecting line L1, two rows of auxiliary nozzle holes 430 are arranged on the transverse plate 410 at intervals, the distance between two rows of auxiliary nozzle holes 430 is b2, and the distance between one row of auxiliary nozzle holes 430 adjacent to the transverse long side L2 and the transverse long side L2 is b 1; in the extending direction of the intersecting line L1, three rows of spaced auxiliary nozzle holes 430 are arranged on the vertical plate 420, the distance between the auxiliary nozzle hole 430 adjacent to the vertical long side L3 and the vertical long side L3 is b3, the distance between the auxiliary nozzle hole 430 in the middle row and the auxiliary nozzle hole 430 in the row adjacent to the vertical long side L3 is b4, and the distance between the auxiliary nozzle hole 430 in the middle row and the auxiliary nozzle hole 430 in the other row is b 5; and, b1, b2, b3, b4 and b5 satisfy the relation: (b-3d) > (b3+ b4+ b5) > (b1+ b2) > (b3+ b4) > b1 > (b3+ d).
First, in order to distinguish the two rows of the sub nozzle holes 430 in the horizontal plate 410 from the three rows of the sub nozzle holes 430 in the vertical plate 420, the sub nozzle hole 430 in the horizontal plate 410 at a distance B1 from the lateral side L2 is referred to as a B1 row of the sub nozzle holes 430, and the sub nozzle hole 430 in the B1 row at a distance B2 is referred to as a B2 row of the sub nozzle holes 430. One end of the vertical plate 420, which is separated from the vertical side L3 by B3 and called B3 row auxiliary injection holes 430, which is separated from the B3 row auxiliary injection holes 430 by B4 and called B4 row auxiliary injection holes 430, which is separated from the B4 row auxiliary injection holes 430 by B5 and called B5 row auxiliary injection holes 430, and the intersection line L1 of the horizontal side L2, the vertical side L3, the horizontal plate 410 and the vertical plate 420 is called an inner end, and the other end is called an outer end.
It is understood that, since B3+ B4+ B5 > B1+ B2, the B5 rows of sub nozzle holes 430 are located outside the B2 rows of sub nozzle holes 430 in the extending direction of the intersection line L1; since B1+ B2 > B3+ B4, the B2 rows of sub nozzle holes 430 are located outside the B4 rows of sub nozzle holes 430 in the extending direction of the intersection line L1; since B3+ B4 > B1, the B4 rows of sub nozzle holes 430 are located outside the B1 rows of sub nozzle holes 430 in the extending direction of the intersection line L1; since B1 > B3+ d, the B1 rows of sub nozzle holes 430 are located outside the B3 rows of sub nozzle holes 430 in the extending direction of the intersecting line L1; since B-3d > B3+ d, that is, B-B3 > 4d, the centers of the B5 rows of secondary nozzle holes 430 are still spaced from the outer edges of the risers 420.
In summary, in the extending direction of the intersection line L1, the B3 rows of auxiliary injection holes 430, the B1 rows of auxiliary injection holes 430, the B4 rows of auxiliary injection holes 430, the B2 rows of auxiliary injection holes 430, and the B5 rows of auxiliary injection holes 430 are distributed at a time, that is, the vertical plate 420 and the auxiliary injection holes 430 on the horizontal plate 410 are distributed at intervals, so that the injection range of the auxiliary injection holes 430 is expanded to a certain extent, and the cleaning dead angle of the injection system 1 is further reduced. Of course, the arrangement of the auxiliary nozzle holes 430 is not limited to the above description, and may be adjusted according to actual conditions.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, in the horizontal plate 410, each row of the sub-nozzle holes 430 includes three sub-nozzle holes 430 in the same row, a distance between the intersection line L1 and the adjacent sub-nozzle hole 430 is a1, a distance between the middle sub-nozzle hole 430 and the sub-nozzle hole 430 adjacent to the intersection line L1 is a2, and a distance between the middle sub-nozzle hole 430 and another sub-nozzle hole 430 is a 3; in addition, on the vertical plate 420, each row of the auxiliary injection holes 430 includes two auxiliary injection holes 430, in the two auxiliary injection holes 430 in the same row, the distance between the intersection line L1 and the adjacent auxiliary injection hole 430 is h1, and the distance between the two auxiliary injection holes 430 is h 2; wherein a1, a2 and a3 satisfy the relation: 1/2a > a3 > a2 > a1 > 2d, and (a-3d) > (a1+ a2+ a 3); in addition, h1 and h2 satisfy the relation: h1 > 1/2h 2 > 2d, and (h-2d) > (h1+ h 2).
It should be understood that the parameters a1, a2, a3, h1 and h2 are selected to better ensure the injection effect of the sub injection holes 430 on the horizontal plate 410 and the vertical plate 420, and are not absolute limitations on the distribution positions of the sub injection holes 430 on the horizontal plate 410 and the vertical plate 420, that is, the positions of the injection holes on the horizontal plate 410 and the vertical plate 420 may be specifically adjusted according to actual situations.
According to the control mode of the spraying system for the dishwasher of the embodiment of the present invention, the spraying system 1 is the spraying system 1 for the dishwasher previously described, the spraying arm 30 includes an upper spraying arm 310 and a lower spraying arm 320, the auxiliary spraying part 40 includes a first spraying part 40a and a second spraying part 40b which are located at the same height, the auxiliary spraying part 40 includes a third spraying part 40c and a fourth spraying part 40d which are located at the same height, the spraying system 1 includes a plurality of valves, the plurality of valves are respectively a first valve for controlling the lower spraying arm 320 and a second valve for controlling the first spraying part 40a, a third valve for controlling the second injection member 40b, a fourth valve for controlling the third injection member 40c, a fifth valve for controlling the fourth injection member 40d, a sixth valve for controlling the upper spray arm 310, the injection system 1 having a plurality of modes as follows:
the first mode is as follows: opening the first valve and the sixth valve, and closing the other valves;
and a second mode: opening the first valve, and closing the other valves;
and a third mode: opening the first valve and the second valve, and closing the other valves;
and a fourth mode: opening the first valve and the third valve, and closing the other valves;
and a fifth mode: opening the first valve, the second valve and the third valve, and closing the other valves;
mode six: opening the second valve and the third valve, and closing the other valves;
mode seven: opening the sixth valve, and closing the other valves;
and a mode eight: opening a sixth valve and a fourth valve, and closing the other valves;
the mode nine: opening a sixth valve and a fifth valve, and closing the other valves;
and a tenth mode: opening a sixth valve, a fourth valve and a fifth valve, and closing the other valves;
and a tenth mode: opening the fourth valve and the fifth valve, and closing the other valves;
the mode eleven: and opening the second valve, the third valve, the fourth valve and the fifth valve, and closing the other valves.
It is understood that the injection system 1 described above injects in the eleven modes in different regions, and the specific injection regions are as follows:
the first mode is as follows: the lower spray arm 320 and the upper spray arm 310 respectively spray towards the middle parts of the upper bowl basket and the lower bowl basket to complete the cleaning of the tableware;
and a second mode: the spraying is carried out towards the middle part of the lower bowl basket through the lower spraying arm 320 to complete the washing of the tableware;
and a third mode: spraying toward the middle of the lower basket by the lower spray arm 320 to complete the washing of the dishes, and enhancing the washing of the left area of the lower basket by the first auxiliary spray 40;
and a fourth mode: spraying toward the middle of the lower basket by the lower spray arm 320 to complete the washing of the dishes, and enhancing the washing of the right side area of the lower basket by the second auxiliary spray 40;
and a fifth mode: the washing of the dishes is accomplished by the lower spray arm 320 spraying toward the middle of the lower basket, and the washing of the left area of the lower basket is enhanced by the first auxiliary spray 40, and the washing of the right area of the lower basket is enhanced by the second auxiliary spray 40;
mode six: spraying toward a left area of the lower basket by the first auxiliary spraying member 40, and spraying toward a right area of the lower basket by the second auxiliary spraying member 40 to complete washing of the dishes;
mode seven: the tableware is cleaned by the upper spraying arm 310 spraying towards the middle of the upper dish basket;
and a mode eight: the washing of the dishes is accomplished by the upper spray arm 310 spraying toward the middle of the upper basket, and the washing of the left side area of the upper basket is enhanced by the third auxiliary spray 40;
the mode nine: the washing of the dishes is accomplished by the upper spray arm 310 spraying toward the middle of the upper basket, and the right side area washing of the upper basket is enhanced by the fourth auxiliary spray 40;
and a tenth mode: the washing of the dishes is accomplished by the upper spray arm 310 spraying toward the middle of the upper basket, and the washing of the left area of the upper basket is enhanced by the third auxiliary spray 40, and the washing of the right area of the lower basket is enhanced by the fourth auxiliary spray 40;
the mode eleven: spraying toward a left region of the upper basket by the third auxiliary spraying member 40, spraying toward a right region of the lower basket by the fourth auxiliary spraying member 40, spraying toward a left region of the lower basket by the first auxiliary spraying member 40, and spraying toward a right region of the lower basket by the second auxiliary spraying member 40 to complete washing of dishes;
according to the control mode of the spraying system for the dish washing machine, which is disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the control mode can control the opening and closing states of the valves, so that the spraying system 1 can spray washing water in a partition mode according to actual washing requirements, the washing effect of the spraying system 1 is improved, and the user satisfaction is improved.
Example (b):
a spraying system 1 of a dishwasher in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown, the spray system 1 of the present embodiment includes a water supply assembly 10, an upper spray arm holder 210, a lower spray arm holder 220, an upper spray arm 310, a lower spray arm 320, an auxiliary spray member 40, and a control valve, the water supply assembly 10 has a water inlet 130 and six water outlets 140, and the water supply assembly 10 is configured to guide water flow from the water inlet 130 toward the six water outlets 140. The water supply assembly 10 comprises a water lifting pipe 110, the water lifting pipe 110 is vertically arranged, the top and the bottom of the water lifting pipe 110 are respectively connected with an upper spray arm seat 210 and a lower spray arm seat 220, and an upper spray arm 310 and a lower spray arm 320 are respectively and pivotally connected to the upper spray arm seat 210 and the lower spray arm seat 220. The middle position of the riser 110 is provided with a first branch 121, a second branch 122, a third branch 123 and a fourth branch 124, the first branch 121 and the second branch 122 are positioned at the same height, and the third branch 123 and the fourth branch 124 are positioned at the same height. The first branch 121 and the third branch 123 are located on the left side of the riser 110 and are vertically spaced apart, and the second branch 122 and the fourth branch 124 are located on the right side of the riser 110 and are vertically spaced apart.
The auxiliary spraying member 40 includes a first spraying member 40a connected to the first branch 121, a second spraying member 40b connected to the second branch 122, a third spraying member 40c connected to the third branch 123, and a fourth spraying member 40d connected to the fourth branch 124, and the first spraying member 40a, the second spraying member 40b, the third spraying member 40c, and the fourth spraying member 40d are respectively provided with a sub-spraying hole 430 for spraying water toward a corner of the basket in the dishwasher.
The four auxiliary injection members 40 have the same shape, and thus one auxiliary injection member 40 is exemplified to describe a specific shape of the auxiliary injection member 40.
The auxiliary injection member 40 includes a horizontal plate 410 and a vertical plate 420 which are perpendicular to each other, the surfaces of the horizontal plate 410 and the vertical plate 420 facing each other are provided with auxiliary injection holes 430, the diameter of the auxiliary injection holes 430 is d, and d satisfies the relation: d is more than or equal to 1.5mm and less than or equal to 2.5 mm. The width of the horizontal plate 410 is equal to that of the vertical plate 420, the length of the intersection line L1 of the horizontal plate 410 and the vertical plate 420 is the width b, and b satisfies the following relation: b is more than or equal to 30mm and less than or equal to 120mm, the length of the transverse plate 410 is a, and a satisfies the relation: a is more than or equal to 30mm and less than or equal to 80mm, the length of the vertical plate 420 is h, and h satisfies the relation: h is more than or equal to 50mm and less than or equal to 100 mm. The thickness of the transverse plate 410 is d1, and d1 satisfies the relation: d1 is more than or equal to 4mm and less than or equal to 10mm, the thickness of the vertical plate 420 is d2, and d2 satisfies the relation: d2 is more than or equal to 4mm and less than or equal to 10 mm. The back surface of the vertical plate 420 is provided with a connection pipe 440, and the auxiliary injection member 40 is communicated with the water outlet 140 through the connection pipe 440. The connecting tube 440 has a diameter D that satisfies the relationship: d is more than or equal to 8mm and less than or equal to 15mm, the distance between the central axis of the connecting pipe 440 and the lower surface of the transverse plate 410 is h0, h0 satisfies the relation that h0/D is more than or equal to 1.2, and the central axis of the connecting pipe 440 is located at the width center of the vertical plate 420. One long side of the transverse plate 410 is set as a transverse long side L2, one long side of the vertical plate 420 is set as a vertical long side L3, and the transverse long side L2, the vertical long side L3 and an intersecting line L1 of the transverse plate 410 and the vertical plate 420 intersect at one point. In the extending direction of the intersecting line L1, two rows of auxiliary nozzle holes 430 are arranged on the transverse plate 410 at intervals, the distance between two rows of auxiliary nozzle holes 430 is b2, and the distance between one row of auxiliary nozzle holes 430 adjacent to the transverse long side L2 and the transverse long side L2 is b 1; in the extending direction of the intersecting line L1, three rows of spaced auxiliary nozzle holes 430 are arranged on the vertical plate 420, the distance between the auxiliary nozzle hole 430 in the row adjacent to the vertical long side L3 and the vertical long side L3 is b3, the distance between the auxiliary nozzle hole 430 in the middle row and the auxiliary nozzle hole 430 in the row adjacent to the vertical long side L3 is b4, and the distance between the auxiliary nozzle hole 430 in the middle row and the auxiliary nozzle hole 430 in the other row is b 5; and, b1, b2, b3, b4 and b5 satisfy the relation: (b-3d) > (b3+ b4+ b5) > (b1+ b2) > (b3+ b4) > b1 > (b3+ d). On the horizontal plate 410, each row of the sub nozzle holes 430 includes three sub nozzle holes 430, and among the three sub nozzle holes 430 in the same row, a distance between an intersection line L1 and the adjacent sub nozzle hole 430 is a1, a distance between the middle sub nozzle hole 430 and the sub nozzle hole 430 adjacent to the intersection line L1 is a2, and a distance between the middle sub nozzle hole 430 and another sub nozzle hole 430 is a 3. On the vertical plate 420, each row of the auxiliary injection holes 430 comprises two auxiliary injection holes 430, wherein in the two auxiliary injection holes 430 in the same row, the distance between the intersection line L1 and the adjacent auxiliary injection hole 430 is h1, and the distance between the two auxiliary injection holes 430 is h 2; wherein a1, a2 and a3 satisfy the relation: 1/2a > a3 > a2 > a1 > 2d, and (a-3d) > (a1+ a2+ a 3); in addition, h1 and h2 satisfy the relation: h1 > 1/2h 2 > 2d, and (h-2d) > (h1+ h 2).
The control valves are six and are respectively a first valve for controlling the lower spray arm 320, a second valve for controlling the first spray member 40a, a third valve for controlling the second spray member 40b, a fourth valve for controlling the third spray member 40c, a fifth valve for controlling the fourth spray member 40d, and a sixth valve for controlling the upper spray arm 310.
The injection system 1 of the present embodiment has a plurality of modes as follows:
the first mode is as follows: opening the first valve and the sixth valve, and closing the other valves, namely, respectively spraying the water to the middle parts of the upper bowl basket and the lower bowl basket through the lower spraying arm 320 and the upper spraying arm 310 to complete the cleaning of the tableware;
and a second mode: the first valve is opened, and the other valves are closed, namely, the water is sprayed towards the middle part of the lower bowl basket through the lower spraying arm 320 to complete the cleaning of the tableware;
and a third mode: the first valve and the second valve are opened, and the rest valves are closed, namely, the lower spray arm 320 sprays towards the middle part of the lower bowl basket to complete the washing of the tableware, and the first auxiliary spraying piece 40 enhances the washing of the left area of the lower bowl basket;
and a fourth mode: the first valve and the third valve are opened, and the rest valves are closed, namely, the lower spray arm 320 sprays towards the middle part of the lower bowl basket to complete the washing of the tableware, and the second auxiliary spraying piece 40 enhances the washing of the right side area of the lower bowl basket;
and a fifth mode: the first valve, the second valve and the third valve are opened, and the rest valves are closed, namely, the lower spray arm 320 sprays towards the middle part of the lower bowl basket to complete the cleaning of the tableware, the left area cleaning of the lower bowl basket is enhanced through the first auxiliary spray piece 40, and the right area cleaning of the lower bowl basket is enhanced through the second auxiliary spray piece 40; is sprayed toward a left region of the lower basket by the first auxiliary spraying member 40, and is sprayed toward a right region of the lower basket by the second auxiliary spraying member 40 to complete the washing of the dishes;
mode six: opening the second valve and the third valve, and closing the other valves, namely spraying towards the left area of the lower basket through the first auxiliary spraying piece 40, and spraying towards the right area of the lower basket by the second auxiliary spraying piece 40 to finish the washing of the tableware;
mode seven: the sixth valve is opened, and the other valves are closed, namely the water is sprayed towards the middle part of the upper bowl basket through the upper spraying arm 310 to finish the washing of the tableware;
and a mode eight: the sixth valve and the fourth valve are opened, and the rest valves are closed, namely, the upper spray arm 310 sprays towards the middle part of the upper basket to complete the washing of the tableware, and the third auxiliary spray piece 40 enhances the washing of the left area of the upper basket;
the mode nine: the sixth valve and the fifth valve are opened, and the rest valves are closed, namely, the upper spray arm 310 sprays towards the middle part of the upper basket to complete the washing of the tableware, and the fourth auxiliary spray piece 40 enhances the washing of the right side area of the upper basket;
and a tenth mode: opening the sixth valve, the fourth valve and the fifth valve, and closing the rest valves, namely spraying the water towards the left area of the upper bowl basket through the third auxiliary spraying piece 40 and spraying the water towards the right area of the lower bowl basket through the fourth auxiliary spraying piece 40 to finish the cleaning of the tableware;
and a tenth mode: opening the fourth valve and the fifth valve, and closing the rest valves, namely spraying the water towards the middle of the upper bowl basket through the upper spraying arm 310 to complete the washing of the tableware, strengthening the washing of the left area of the upper bowl basket through the third auxiliary spraying piece 40, and strengthening the washing of the right area of the lower bowl basket through the fourth auxiliary spraying piece 40;
the mode eleven: the second valve, the third valve, the fourth valve and the fifth valve are opened, and the rest valves are closed, namely, the third auxiliary spraying piece 40 sprays towards the left area of the upper bowl basket, the fourth auxiliary spraying piece 40 sprays towards the right area of the lower bowl basket, the first auxiliary spraying piece 40 sprays towards the left area of the lower bowl basket, and the second auxiliary spraying piece 40 sprays towards the right area of the lower bowl basket to complete the cleaning of the tableware;
the dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a basket and a spraying system 1, the spraying system 1 being a spraying system 1 for a dishwasher according to the preamble.
The dishwasher according to the embodiment of the invention has the spraying system 1 of the dishwasher, so that the dishwasher has strong washing capability to the corner area of the dishwasher cavity and can realize zone washing.

Claims (10)

1. A spraying system of a dishwasher, comprising:
a water supply assembly having a water inlet and a plurality of water outlets, the water supply assembly for directing a flow of water from the water inlet toward the plurality of water outlets;
the spraying arm seat is connected to the water outlet;
the spray arm is pivotally arranged on the spray arm seat, and a main spray hole is formed in the spray arm;
the auxiliary spraying piece is connected with the water outlet and is provided with an auxiliary spraying hole for spraying water towards the corner of the bowl basket in the dish washing machine;
the auxiliary injection part comprises a flat-plate-shaped transverse plate and a flat-plate-shaped vertical plate which are perpendicular to each other, a plurality of auxiliary injection holes are formed in the surfaces of the transverse plate and the vertical plate, which face each other, the diameter of each auxiliary injection hole is d, and d satisfies the relation formula: d is more than or equal to 1.5mm and less than or equal to 2.5mm, the thickness of the cross plate is d1, and d1 satisfies the relation: d1 is more than or equal to 4mm and less than or equal to 10mm, the thickness of the vertical plate is d2, and d2 satisfies the relation: d2 is more than or equal to 4mm and less than or equal to 10 mm.
2. The spraying system of a dishwasher of claim 1, further comprising: the control valves are used for controlling the water outlet of the water outlets in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
3. The spraying system of a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the water supply assembly comprises a water riser, the water riser is vertically disposed, the top of the water riser is connected to one of the spray arm seats, a plurality of branches are disposed at the middle position of the water riser, the plurality of branches are vertically spaced apart, and each branch is provided with a plurality of water outlets for connecting the auxiliary spraying member.
4. The spraying system of a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the cross plate and the riser have the same width, the length of the intersection line of the cross plate and the riser is the width b, and b satisfies the relation: b is more than or equal to 30mm and less than or equal to 120mm, the length of the transverse plate is a, and a satisfies the relation: a is more than or equal to 30mm and less than or equal to 80mm, the length of the vertical plate is h, and h satisfies the relation: h is more than or equal to 50mm and less than or equal to 100 mm.
5. The spraying system of a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein a connection pipe is provided on a rear surface of the riser, and the auxiliary spraying member is communicated with the water outlet through the connection pipe.
6. The spraying system of a dishwasher of claim 5, wherein said connecting tube has a diameter D satisfying the relationship: d is more than or equal to 8mm and less than or equal to 15mm, the distance between the central axis of the connecting pipe and the lower surface of the transverse plate is h0, h0 satisfies the relation that h0/D is more than or equal to 1.2 and the central axis of the connecting pipe is positioned in the width center of the vertical plate.
7. The spraying system of dishwasher according to claim 4, wherein one long side of the horizontal plate is set as a long transverse side, one long side of the vertical plate is set as a long vertical side, and the intersection line of the long transverse side, the long vertical side, the horizontal plate and the vertical plate intersects at a point; wherein,
in the extending direction of the intersecting line, two rows of the auxiliary spray holes are arranged on the transverse plate at intervals, the distance between the two rows of the auxiliary spray holes is b2, and the distance between the auxiliary spray holes in the row adjacent to the transverse long side and the transverse long side is b 1;
in the extending direction of the intersection line, three rows of the auxiliary spray holes are arranged on the vertical plate at intervals, the distance between the auxiliary spray holes in the row adjacent to the vertical long edge and the vertical long edge is b3, the distance between the auxiliary spray holes in the middle row and the auxiliary spray holes in the row adjacent to the vertical long edge is b4, and the distance between the auxiliary spray holes in the middle row and the auxiliary spray holes in the other row is b 5; and,
b1, b2, b3, b4 and b5 satisfy the relation: (b-3d) > (b3+ b4+ b5) > (b1+ b2) > (b3+ b4) > b1 > (b3+ d).
8. The spraying system of dishwasher of claim 7, wherein each row of said secondary spray holes on said cross plate comprises three secondary spray holes in the same row, the distance between said intersection line and the adjacent secondary spray hole is a1, the distance between the middle secondary spray hole and the secondary spray hole adjacent to said intersection line is a2, and the distance between the middle secondary spray hole and the other secondary spray hole is a 3; and,
on the vertical plate, each row of the auxiliary spray holes comprises two auxiliary spray holes, in the two auxiliary spray holes in the same row, the distance between the intersection line and the adjacent auxiliary spray holes is h1, and the distance between the two auxiliary spray holes is h 2; wherein,
