Abstract
本发明公开了一种诱杀白蚁饵块,其原料包括:热塑性材料、木质素纤维、食物纤维素、杀虫剂、防腐剂。本发明还提出诱杀白蚁饵块的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将热塑性材料、木质素纤维、食物纤维素、杀虫剂、防腐剂混合后,搅拌均匀制得预制料A;将预制料A经热压机压制成型制得诱杀白蚁饵块。本发明在白蚁喜食的木质素纤维和食物纤维素饵料中添加杀虫剂成份和防腐剂,结合热塑性材料,通过热压机压制成型制得各种型态的饵块,具有防水不霉变、不腐烂、杀蚁药物效持久的优点,制备工艺简便、成本低,应用前景广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及饵块技术领域,尤其涉及一种诱杀白蚁饵块及其制备方法。
背景技术
白蚁对水库堤坝、建筑物、经济林木的危害性很大,特别是对砖木结构建筑的破坏由为明显,当支撑承重结构受到白蚁破坏或损坏其承重点,往往造成房屋突然倒塌人员伤亡。白蚁对水库堤坝破坏也是如此,平时的蚁路和蚁巢到了雨季,水库高位蓄水时,轻者蚁路导致堤坝管涌,严重时大的蚁巢部位会发生坍塌,更严重时导致水库溃坝,造成财产损失人员伤亡。为防患于未然,在修建建筑时采取大面积喷洒药剂,群体预防灭治处理。这种方式不仅会提高灭杀白蚁的成本,也加大对环境破坏、同时也对地下水体造成污染。目前推广的白蚁监测引诱装置,给电系统和自带电源系统的智能监测装置,需要专业防治人员在预定的区域埋设,发现白蚁取出引诱木条或投放灭白蚁药剂,这种方式会惊扰白蚁,使白蚁转移路线甚至逃走。
且各种类型监测引诱装置在露天埋置、雨水浸泡泥土进入,给电系统和自带电源系统的智能监测装置失控,非智能监测引诱装置导致外层的内部空间被泥土堵塞,无法再放入灭白蚁药剂,内置白蚁监测引诱木条受到雨水浸泡发生霉变,使得其使用受到影响。更换后的灭白蚁药剂受到雨水中浸泡,药剂会发生霉变,从而导致药剂失效达不到预期防治结果,上述问题亟待改进。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种诱杀白蚁饵块及其制备方法,通过热压成型制得饵块,具有防水、防潮不霉变、不腐烂、药效持久的优点,可有效预防和灭治白蚁。
本发明提出一种诱杀白蚁饵块,其原料按重量份包括:热塑性材料1-80份,木质素纤维10-89份,食物纤维素1-30份,杀虫剂0.1-8份,防腐剂0.5-1.5份。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:热塑性材料20-50份,木质素纤维30-60份,食物纤维素10-25份,杀虫剂1-5份,防腐剂1.0-1.5份。
优选地,杀虫剂为有机磷类杀虫剂、菊酯类杀虫剂、生物类杀虫剂、烟碱类杀虫剂、除虫脲类杀虫剂及苯基吡唑类杀虫剂中的一种或多种。
优选地,热塑性材料为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、ABS、聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺(PA)、聚甲醛、聚苯醚、聚氨酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯中的一种或多种。
优选地,防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、脱氢乙酸钠、对羟基苯甲酸酯、丙酸钙及乳酸钠中的一种或多种。
本发明还提出上述诱杀白蚁饵块的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将热塑性材料、木质素纤维、食物纤维素、杀虫剂、防腐剂混合后,搅拌均匀制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A经热压机压制成型制得诱杀白蚁饵块。
优选地,诱杀白蚁饵块的形状为块状、粒状、片状中的一种或多种。
本发明在白蚁喜食的木质素纤维和食物纤维素饵料中添加杀虫剂成份和防腐剂,结合热塑性材料,通过热压机压制成型,制得防水不霉变、不腐烂、杀蚁药物效持久的诱杀白蚁饵块,可直接填埋或安装在有白蚁或有白蚁隐患的地方,具有永久预防和灭治白蚁的功效;本发明的诱杀白蚁饵块制备工艺简便,成本较低,无需要专一防治人员上门安装服务,省时省力方便于白蚁危害地区千家万户、水库堤坝、园林树木的推广应用。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种诱杀白蚁饵块,其原料按重量份包括:聚乙烯1份,木质素纤维10份,食物纤维素1份,甲基对硫磷0.1份,苯甲酸钠0.5份。
实施例2
一种诱杀白蚁饵块,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯80份,木质素纤维89份,食物纤维素30份,溴氰菊酯8份,山梨酸钾1.5份。
实施例3
一种诱杀白蚁饵块,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯20份,木质素纤维30份,食物纤维素10份,吡虫啉1份,脱氢乙酸钠1.0份。
上述诱杀白蚁饵块的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将聚氨酯、木质素纤维、食物纤维素、吡虫啉、脱氢乙酸钠混合后,搅拌均匀制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A经热压机压制成型制得块状诱杀白蚁饵块。
实施例4
一种诱杀白蚁饵块,其原料按重量份包括:聚苯乙烯50份,木质素纤维60份,食物纤维素25份,除虫脲5份,对羟基苯甲酸酯1.5份。
本发明还提出上述诱杀白蚁饵块的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将聚苯乙烯、木质素纤维、食物纤维素、除虫脲、对羟基苯甲酸酯混合后,搅拌均匀制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A经热压机压制成型制得粒状诱杀白蚁饵块。
实施例5
一种诱杀白蚁饵块,其原料按重量份包括:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯35份,木质素纤维45份,食物纤维素17份,氟铃脲0.4份,丙酸钙1.3份。
本发明还提出上述诱杀白蚁饵块的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、木质素纤维、食物纤维素、苯基吡唑、丙酸钙混合后,搅拌均匀制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A经热压机压制成型制得片状诱杀白蚁饵块。
将实施例5制得饵块按如下方法测试灭治台湾乳白蚁群体。1、台湾乳白蚁群体活动范围的评估:在有活动白蚁的蚁路或蚁患处设置白蚁引诱箱,或在建筑物周围按2-3米的间隔将4*4*30厘米的松木方打入地下对白蚁为害进行观测,当监测到白蚁为害松木方后,在被蛀蚀木方处设置白蚁引诱箱,将其中一引诱箱诱集到的台湾乳白蚁带回实验室分离,然后用蓝色或红色滤纸喂养,待全部工蚁染上颜色后称量、计数,再将其(至少2000头工蚁)释放回原来引诱箱中,以后每7天一次检查所有白蚁引诱箱或有活动白蚁的蚁路、蚁患处,以确定台湾乳白蚁群体活动范围;2、在室内检查并安装诱杀站的方法:在确认蚁路或蚁患处内有活动白蚁时,先用干净抹布(纸)轻轻除去蚁患处表面灰尘或水分,但注意不要破坏蚁路,以免干扰白蚁,把黑色塑料袋装好200g0.40%实施例5制得饵块颗粒用清水湿润并封口,在塑料袋的一面用刀片划一4*5厘米口子,用厚度约1毫米的双面胶布将塑料袋固定在蚁患处表面,注意使饵块尽量接近白蚁活动处,并用不透明胶布将饵块周围缝隙密封,每一供试白蚁群安装饵剂2袋;3、在室外地下检查并安装监测站及诱杀站的方法:在建筑物周围按2-3米的间隔将4*4*30厘米的松木条(监测站)打入地下对白蚁为害进行观测,监测到白蚁后,将其中的一个监测站换成诱杀站(即用水湿润过的,装有400g0.4%实施例5制得饵块颗粒的引诱箱),并留一些监测站作为对照;4、饵块诱杀站空白对照的的安装:每一供试台湾乳白蚁群体除安装0.4%实施例5制得饵块颗粒诱杀站外,应安装1-2个监测站作为空白对照,对照饵料采用不含任何化学药剂的卫生卷纸或松木条;5、台湾乳白蚁群体死亡的认定:当建筑物诱杀站和监测站(空白对照)中的白蚁活动减少、兵蚁比例大幅度增加(一般为70-90%以上),最后完全没有活白蚁时,可认定该台湾乳白蚁群体已死亡。此时将所有饵块回收,烘干后称重,并将诱杀站换成监测站,继续观察12个月试验结果下表1。

上述试验结果表明:实施例5制得饵块对发生于不同类型建筑物的6个台湾乳白蚁群体的灭治率为100%,不论在室内施药或室外地下施药,均可将整个白蚁群体彻底消灭,无一失败。该饵块利用白蚁的生物学习性,使杀虫剂在整个群体中传播,最终造成台湾乳白蚁整个群体的灭亡。本试验消灭一个台湾乳白蚁群体需要饵块180g到400g,即每个群体需要杀虫剂的有效成分0.72-1.60克,平均1.15克。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种诱杀白蚁饵块,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:热塑性材料1-80份,木质素纤维10-89份,食物纤维素1-30份,杀虫剂0.1-8份,防腐剂0.5-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述诱杀白蚁饵块,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:热塑性材料20-50份,木质素纤维30-60份,食物纤维素10-25份,杀虫剂1-5份,防腐剂1.0-1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述诱杀白蚁饵块,其特征在于,杀虫剂为有机磷类杀虫剂、菊酯类杀虫剂、烟碱类杀虫剂、生物类杀虫剂、除虫脲类杀虫剂及苯基吡唑类杀虫剂中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述诱杀白蚁饵块,其特征在于,热塑性材料为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、ABS、聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺(PA)、聚甲醛、聚苯醚、聚氨酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述诱杀白蚁饵块,其特征在于,防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、脱氢乙酸钠、对羟基苯甲酸酯、丙酸钙及乳酸钠中的一种或多种。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述诱杀白蚁饵块的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将热塑性材料、木质素纤维、食物纤维素、杀虫剂、防腐剂混合后,搅拌均匀制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A经热压机压制成型制得诱杀白蚁饵块。
7.根据权利要求6所述诱杀白蚁饵块的制备方法,其特征在于,诱杀白蚁饵块的形状为块状、粒状、片状中的一种或多种。
