After cleaning, the second piston 37 is rotated by the pull rod 38, so that the baffle 40 is located at the lower side of the water outlet hole 39.
Because the water-saving device also comprises a nut 41, an insert ring 42, a rocking handle 43 and a sleeve 44, the top end of the pull rod 38 is connected with the nut 41, the insert ring 42 is arranged at the lower part of the right side of the enclosing wall 3, the rocking handle 43 is placed in the insert ring 42, the sleeve 44 is arranged at the lower end of the rocking handle 43, and the sleeve 44 is matched with the nut 41, when people need to clean water in the water pit 2, the rocking handle 43 and the sleeve 44 can be taken down from the insert ring 42, the sleeve 44 is sleeved on the nut 41, and then the rocking handle 43 is rocked, so that the pull rod 38 drives the second piston 37 to rotate, and the second piston 37 can be rotated in a labor. And after cleaning, the crank 43 and the sleeve 44 are replaced.
