本发明公开了一种新能源汽车用电力电缆,包括有缆芯,所述的缆芯包括有四个横截面为方形的方形橡胶骨架,所述的方形橡胶骨架为双层的,其中内侧与外层之间为空腔,方形橡胶骨架的四个面的中心均向内折弯,在方形橡胶骨架的空腔内设有多个线芯一,在空腔内位于每个角处分别设有聚氨酯弹性棒,在每个方形橡胶骨架的中心设有线芯二,将四个方形橡胶骨架拼接成一个方形缆芯,在缆芯的外侧依次包覆有三层镀锌钢带铠装层、纳米硅防水胶填充层、凯芙拉纤维编织层和无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护套。本发明将四个方形的骨架组合在一起,每个方形的骨架都是双层结构,将线芯放在骨架内部,使结构更加整齐,另外可以抗压抗拉。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种新能源汽车用电力电缆。
背景技术
随着新能源产业的飞速发展,以电力驱动的汽车逐渐替代传统汽车,并大范围铺设充电桩设备,广泛分布在小区和公共场所,但是,这类充电桩多分布在处于露天环境中,长时间工作后,会因为暴晒和雨水天气作用,极易引发短路火灾情况发生,严重损害新能源汽车的内部贵重电子器件,并威胁人身和财产安全。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种新能源汽车用电力电缆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种新能源汽车用电力电缆,包括有缆芯,所述的缆芯包括有四个横截面为方形的方形橡胶骨架,所述的方形橡胶骨架为双层的,其中内侧与外层之间为空腔,方形橡胶骨架的四个面的中心均向内折弯,在方形橡胶骨架的空腔内设有多个线芯一,在空腔内位于每个角处分别设有聚氨酯弹性棒,在每个方形橡胶骨架的中心设有线芯二,将四个方形橡胶骨架拼接成一个方形缆芯,在缆芯的外侧依次包覆有三层镀锌钢带铠装层、纳米硅防水胶填充层、凯芙拉纤维编织层和无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护套。
所述的线芯一包括有导体一以及依次包覆在导体一外侧的低烟无卤聚烯烃绝缘层和铝塑复合薄膜屏蔽层。
所述的线芯二包括有导体二以及依次包覆在导体二外侧的氟塑料绝缘层、陶瓷化无卤阻燃层和防水帆布绕包层。
在所述的缆芯的外侧设有四个碳纤维复合芯棒,四个碳纤维复合芯棒分别位于每两个相邻的方形骨架的拼接处,并通过胶带将碳纤维复合芯棒与缆芯固定连接。
所述的碳纤维复合芯棒采用多股极细铜丝束与碳纤维丝束绞合成束构成的。
本发明的优点是:本发明将四个方形的骨架组合在一起,每个方形的骨架都是双层结构,将线芯放在骨架内部,使结构更加整齐,另外可以抗压抗拉,方形橡胶骨架的四个面的中心均向内折弯,可以起到一种缓冲效果,增加电缆的柔韧性,镀锌钢带铠装层、纳米硅防水胶填充层、凯芙拉纤维编织层和无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护套增加电缆的防水和阻燃的功能,用料无毒无害,清洁环保。

如图1所示,一种新能源汽车用电力电缆,包括有缆芯,所述的缆芯包括有四个横截面为方形的方形橡胶骨架1,所述的方形橡胶骨架1为双层的,其中内侧与外层之间为空腔,方形橡胶骨架1的四个面的中心均向内折弯,在方形橡胶骨架1的空腔内设有多个线芯一,在空腔内位于每个角处分别设有聚氨酯弹性棒2,在每个方形橡胶骨架1的中心设有线芯二,将四个方形橡胶骨架1拼接成一个方形缆芯,在缆芯的外侧依次包覆有三层镀锌钢带铠装层3、纳米硅防水胶填充层4、凯芙拉纤维编织层5和无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护套6。
所述的线芯一包括有导体一7以及依次包覆在导体一7外侧的低烟无卤聚烯烃绝缘层8和铝塑复合薄膜屏蔽层9。
所述的线芯二包括有导体二10以及依次包覆在导体二10外侧的氟塑料绝缘层11、陶瓷化无卤阻燃层12和防水帆布绕包层15。
在所述的缆芯的外侧设有四个碳纤维复合芯棒13,四个碳纤维复合芯棒13分别位于每两个相邻的方形骨架1的拼接处,并通过胶带14将碳纤维复合芯棒13与缆芯固定连接。
所述的碳纤维复合芯棒13采用多股极细铜丝束与碳纤维丝束绞合成束构成的。

1.一种新能源汽车用电力电缆,其特征在于:包括有缆芯,所述的缆芯包括有四个横截面为方形的方形橡胶骨架,所述的方形橡胶骨架为双层的,其中内侧与外层之间为空腔,方形橡胶骨架的四个面的中心均向内折弯,在方形橡胶骨架的空腔内设有多个线芯一,在空腔内位于每个角处分别设有聚氨酯弹性棒,在每个方形橡胶骨架的中心设有线芯二,将四个方形橡胶骨架拼接成一个方形缆芯,在缆芯的外侧依次包覆有三层镀锌钢带铠装层、纳米硅防水胶填充层、凯芙拉纤维编织层和无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车用电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的线芯一包括有导体一以及依次包覆在导体一外侧的低烟无卤聚烯烃绝缘层和铝塑复合薄膜屏蔽层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车用电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的线芯二包括有导体二以及依次包覆在导体二外侧的氟塑料绝缘层、陶瓷化无卤阻燃层和防水帆布绕包层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车用电力电缆,其特征在于:在所述的缆芯的外侧设有四个碳纤维复合芯棒,四个碳纤维复合芯棒分别位于每两个相邻的方形骨架的拼接处,并通过胶带将碳纤维复合芯棒与缆芯固定连接。
