With the development of power systems, relay protection devices reaching or approaching the operating life need to be updated every time, and the compatibility problem between new and old relay protection devices is involved in the process of batch replacement.
In recent years, relay protection devices have been developed rapidly and function perfected, and more differences are generated on the basis of early versions. When the relay protection devices of the transformer substation are replaced in batches, an important problem to be faced is that the new relay protection devices are incompatible with the original background and the original telecontrol terminal.
The method for dealing with incompatibility of a new version relay protection device and an original background and telecontrol at present comprises the following steps:
(1) degrading the program version of the new relay protection device to the version of the old relay protection device to be replaced so as to solve the compatibility problem; the method can meet the short-time requirement of the field to a certain extent, but cannot exert the advantages of a new version device, neglects a plurality of hidden problems solved in the upgrading and perfecting process of a new version program, and thus has a certain hidden danger.
(2) And synchronously upgrading the background and the telecontrol program in the station in the process of replacing the relay protection device. The method is only suitable for newly built or completely transformed substations, but also relates to the problem of investment cost of synchronous upgrading; for the substation which is built in an expansion way or only involves partial relay protection device replacement, the compatibility problem cannot be completely solved by synchronously upgrading the background and the telecontrol version.

if no, the new relay protection device point table is added to the old relay protection device point table;
if the number of the points is not equal, the points are deleted in the point table of the old relay protection device and the point table of the new relay protection device;
one-to-one, which means points in the point tables of the new relay protection device and the old relay protection device;
one to many points means that one point in the point table of the old relay protection device is split into a plurality of points in the point table of the new relay protection device;
many-to-one means that a plurality of points in the point table of the old relay protection device are combined into one point in the point table of the new relay protection device.
Determining mapping logic: according to different groups of points, corresponding mapping logics are respectively established for the points of each group, and the mapping logics are stored in the relay protection device in the form of resource configuration files, wherein the specific mapping relation is as follows:
the points which belong to the groups are non-to-one and non-to-one, and do not need to be mapped, namely no special mapping logic exists;
