Abstract
本发明公开了一种一体化太阳能路灯,包括底座,底座内设有蓄电池箱,底座上端连接有灯杆,灯杆上端连接有支撑架,支撑架上端转动连接有太阳能路灯灯体,支撑架上还设有两组用于调节太阳能路灯灯体倾斜角度的调节组件;太阳能路灯灯体包含底壳,底壳包含底板,底板的下侧设有呈方形的连接边框,连接边框的外侧面与底板采用斜面过渡,底板上侧连接有用于固定光伏面板的固定组件,固定组件内设有与控制电路板电连接的光伏面板,底壳且位于空腔内连接有LED灯组件;光伏面板和LED灯组件成为一体,能减小迎风面,降低风对太阳能路灯的冲击力;此外,灯壳包含灯壳外框、内壳以及连接在灯壳外框和内壳之间的散热条,散热条能提高灯壳的散热性能。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及太阳能路灯,尤其是一种一体化太阳能路灯。
【背景技术】
现有的太阳路灯的光伏面板和灯体为单独的一个部件结构,且单独连接在灯杆上,光伏面板和灯体均受到风力的影响,采用这样的设计太阳能路灯的迎风面积比较大,当出现台风等恶劣天气,迎风面积大很容易将太阳能路灯吹倒、损坏。
本发明即是针对现有技术的不足,为了降低太阳能路灯的迎风面积而提出的。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种一体化太阳能路灯,太阳能路灯灯体转动连接在灯杆的上端,并可通过调节组件调节太阳能路灯灯体的倾角,太阳能路灯灯体集成了光伏面板和LED灯组件,LED灯组件设置在底壳的空腔内,且LED灯组件可调节倾角,采用这样的结构,使光伏面板和LED灯组件成为一体,能减小迎风面,降低风对太阳能路灯的冲击力;此外,灯壳包含灯壳外框、内壳以及连接在灯壳外框和内壳之间的散热条,散热条能提高灯壳的散热性能,通过散热条将热量传递到四周散发。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种一体化太阳能路灯,包括埋设于地面且中空的底座,所述的底座内设有蓄电池箱,所述的蓄电池箱内设有锂电池组和控制电路板,所述的底座上端连接有灯杆,所述的灯杆上端连接有支撑架,所述的支撑架上端转动连接有太阳能路灯灯体,所述的支撑架上还设有两组用于调节太阳能路灯灯体倾斜角度的调节组件;所述的太阳能路灯灯体包含底壳,所述的底壳包含底板,所述底板的下侧设有呈方形的连接边框,所述连接边框的外侧面与底板采用斜面过渡,所述的连接边框与底板之间形成有开口朝下的空腔,所述的底板上侧连接有用于固定光伏面板的固定组件,所述的固定组件内设有与控制电路板电连接的光伏面板,所述的底壳且位于空腔内连接有LED灯组件,所述的LED灯组件包含灯壳和灯罩,所述的灯壳包含呈方形的灯壳外框和位于灯壳外框中心的内壳,所述的灯罩安装在内壳上,所述的内壳和灯罩之间安装有与控制电路板电连接的LED灯珠及驱动器,所述的灯壳外框与内壳之间且围绕内壳设有多条散热条,所述的灯壳外框的中部转动连接在连接边框上,所述的连接边框上还螺纹连接有用于调节灯壳相对底壳倾斜角度的调节螺栓A。
如上所述的一种一体化太阳能路灯,所述的支撑架包含转动连接在灯杆上端的连接套,所述的连接套上设有使支撑架锁定在灯杆上的锁定螺栓,所述底壳上设有枢接在支撑架上端且呈“凵”字形的连接件,所述的连接件通过螺栓和螺母连接在支撑架的上端,所述的调节组件包含上端通过螺栓连接在连接边框上的拉杆,所述的拉杆上设有长条孔,所述长条孔的一侧设有等间距的设有多个定位凹口,所述的支撑架连接有穿过长条孔且与定位凹口接触的调节螺栓B。
如上所述的一种一体化太阳能路灯,所述的连接边框上设有多个与空腔内腔相通的散热孔。
如上所述的一种一体化太阳能路灯,所述的固定组件包含连接在底板上侧的定位架和用于定位光伏面板的定位边框,所述的光伏面板与定位边框之间设有密封片。
如上所述的一种一体化太阳能路灯,所述的底板上设有供电线穿过的通孔。
如上所述的一种一体化太阳能路灯,所述的灯壳采用铝合金制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明的太阳能路灯灯体转动连接在灯杆的上端,并可通过调节组件调节太阳能路灯灯体的倾角,太阳能路灯灯体集成了光伏面板和LED灯组件,LED灯组件设置在底壳的空腔内,且LED灯组件可调节倾角,采用这样的结构,使光伏面板和LED灯组件成为一体,能减小迎风面,降低风对太阳能路灯的冲击力;此外,灯壳包含灯壳外框、内壳以及连接在灯壳外框和内壳之间的散热条,散热条能提高灯壳的散热性能,通过散热条将热量传递到四周散发。

如图1至图9所示,本实施例的一种一体化太阳能路灯,包括埋设于地面且中空的底座1,所述的底座1内设有蓄电池箱11,所述的蓄电池箱11内设有锂电池组和控制电路板,所述的底座1上端连接有灯杆2,所述的灯杆2上端连接有支撑架3,所述的支撑架3上端转动连接有太阳能路灯灯体4,所述的支撑架3上还设有两组用于调节太阳能路灯灯体4倾斜角度的调节组件5;所述的太阳能路灯灯体4包含底壳41,所述的底壳41包含底板411,所述底板411的下侧设有呈方形的连接边框412,所述连接边框412的外侧面与底板411采用斜面过渡,所述的连接边框412与底板411之间形成有开口朝下的空腔100,所述的空腔100侧面及底面设有反光隔热膜,所述的底板411上侧连接有用于固定光伏面板101的固定组件42,所述的固定组件42内设有与控制电路板电连接的光伏面板101,所述的底壳41且位于空腔100内连接有LED灯组件43,所述的LED灯组件43包含灯壳431和灯罩432,所述的灯壳431包含呈方形的灯壳外框4311和位于灯壳外框4311中心的内壳4312,所述的灯罩432安装在内壳4312上,所述的内壳4312和灯罩432之间安装有与控制电路板电连接的LED灯珠及驱动器,所述的灯壳外框4311与内壳4312之间且围绕内壳4312设有多条散热条4313,所述的灯壳外框4311的中部转动连接在连接边框412上,所述的连接边框412上还螺纹连接有用于调节灯壳431相对底壳41倾斜角度的调节螺栓A44;本发明的太阳能路灯灯体转动连接在灯杆的上端,并可通过调节组件调节太阳能路灯灯体的倾角,太阳能路灯灯体集成了光伏面板和LED灯组件,LED灯组件设置在底壳41的空腔100内,且LED灯组件可调节倾角,采用这样的结构,使光伏面板和LED灯组件成为一体,能减小迎风面,降低风对太阳能路灯的冲击力;此外,灯壳包含灯壳外框、内壳以及连接在灯壳外框和内壳之间的散热条,散热条能提高灯壳的散热性能,通过散热条将热量传递到四周散发。
在支撑架3包含转动连接在灯杆2上端的连接套31,所述的连接套31上设有使支撑架3锁定在灯杆2上的锁定螺栓32,采用上述结构,可通过松开锁定螺栓32,调节支撑架3相对水平面的倾角;在底壳41上设有枢接在支撑架3上端且呈“凵”字形的连接件45,所述的连接件45通过螺栓和螺母连接在支撑架3的上端,在调节太阳能路灯灯体的倾角之前,需要先将锁紧连接件的螺栓和螺母松开,太阳能路灯灯体的倾角调节完毕之后,重新锁紧;调节组件5包含上端通过螺栓连接在连接边框412上的拉杆51,所述的拉杆51上设有长条孔511,所述长条孔511的一侧设有等间距的设有多个定位凹口512,定位凹口512与长条孔511相通,所述的支撑架3连接有穿过长条孔511且与定位凹口512接触的调节螺栓B52。
为了进一步提高散热性能,在连接边框412上设有多个与空腔100内腔相通的散热孔4121。
固定组件42包含连接在底板411上侧的定位架421和用于定位光伏面板101的定位边框422,所述的光伏面板101与定位边框422之间设有密封片423。
为了便于电线的通过,在底板411上设有供电线穿过的通孔4111。
灯壳431采用铝合金制成,具有铸造方便,且散热性能好,造价低廉的优点。

1.一种一体化太阳能路灯,其特征在于包括埋设于地面且中空的底座(1),所述的底座(1)内设有蓄电池箱(11),所述的蓄电池箱(11)内设有锂电池组和控制电路板,所述的底座(1)上端连接有灯杆(2),所述的灯杆(2)上端连接有支撑架(3),所述的支撑架(3)上端转动连接有太阳能路灯灯体(4),所述的支撑架(3)上还设有两组用于调节太阳能路灯灯体(4)倾斜角度的调节组件(5);所述的太阳能路灯灯体(4)包含底壳(41),所述的底壳(41)包含底板(411),所述底板(411)的下侧设有呈方形的连接边框(412),所述连接边框(412)的外侧面与底板(411)采用斜面过渡,所述的连接边框(412)与底板(411)之间形成有开口朝下的空腔(100),所述的底板(411)上侧连接有用于固定光伏面板(101)的固定组件(42),所述的固定组件(42)内设有与控制电路板电连接的光伏面板(101),所述的底壳(41)且位于空腔(100)内连接有LED灯组件(43),所述的LED灯组件(43)包含灯壳(431)和灯罩(432),所述的灯壳(431)包含呈方形的灯壳外框(4311)和位于灯壳外框(4311)中心的内壳(4312),所述的灯罩(432)安装在内壳(4312)上,所述的内壳(4312)和灯罩(432)之间安装有与控制电路板电连接的LED灯珠及驱动器,所述的灯壳外框(4311)与内壳(4312)之间且围绕内壳(4312)设有多条散热条(4313),所述的灯壳外框(4311)的中部转动连接在连接边框(412)上,所述的连接边框(412)上还螺纹连接有用于调节灯壳(431)相对底壳(41)倾斜角度的调节螺栓A(44);所述的支撑架(3)包含转动连接在灯杆(2)上端的连接套(31),所述的连接套(31)上设有使支撑架(3)锁定在灯杆(2)上的锁定螺栓(32),所述底壳(41)上设有枢接在支撑架(3)上端且呈“凵”字形的连接件(45),所述的连接件(45)通过螺栓和螺母连接在支撑架(3)的上端,所述的调节组件(5)包含上端通过螺栓连接在连接边框(412)上的拉杆(51),所述的拉杆(51)上设有长条孔(511),所述长条孔(511)的一侧设有等间距的设有多个定位凹口(512),所述的支撑架(3)连接有穿过长条孔(511)且与定位凹口(512)接触的调节螺栓B(52);所述的连接边框(412)上设有多个与空腔(100)内腔相通的散热孔(4121);所述的固定组件(42)包含连接在底板(411)上侧的定位架(421)和用于定位光伏面板(101)的定位边框(422),所述的光伏面板(101)与定位边框(422)之间设有密封片(423)。
