The invention provides an adjustable drainage device, and aims to solve the problems in the prior art.
The invention is realized by the following steps:
an adjustable drainage device comprises a fixed seat and a top platform, wherein the fixed seat comprises a bottom plate, the bottom plate is in a long strip shape, supporting tables are arranged at two ends of the bottom plate, a central hole is formed in the middle of the bottom plate, and a drainage assembly is arranged at the central hole; the top platform is long-strip-shaped, mounting holes are formed in the bottoms of the two ends of the top platform, and the top of the supporting platform is inserted into the mounting holes.
Furthermore, the left end of the bottom plate is provided with two supporting tables which are arranged at intervals, and the right end of the bottom plate is provided with two supporting tables which are arranged at intervals.
Furthermore, the support table is of a lifting structure; the supporting table comprises a bottom table and a lifting block, the bottom table is connected to the bottom plate, the middle of the bottom table is provided with an insertion hole, the top of the bottom table is provided with a check ring, and an accommodating space is formed inside the check ring; a through threaded hole is formed in the middle of the lifting block, a part of the bottom of the lifting block is arranged in the accommodating space, a screw rod is connected in the threaded hole, the top end of the screw rod is located in the threaded hole, the bottom of the screw rod is inserted into the jack, and the bottom end of the screw rod abuts against the bottom plate; the top end of the lifting block is inserted into the mounting hole.
Further, the top end of the screw rod is provided with a cross-shaped adjusting opening.
Further, the outside of brace table is provided with the filter screen, the bottom movably connect in the bottom plate of filter screen, the top movably connect in the top platform of filter screen.
Furthermore, a stop block is arranged on the bottom plate, the stop block and the bottom plate are of an integrated structure, the stop block and the support platform are arranged at intervals, and the bottom end of the filter screen is clamped between the stop block and the support platform; the bottom of the top platform is provided with a clamping block which is vertically arranged downwards, the inner side of the bottom end of the clamping block is provided with a horizontally arranged bulge, the top end of the filter screen is clamped between the bulge and the top platform, and the middle part of the top end of the filter screen is provided with an outward-bulged push block; the fixture blocks and the check blocks are arranged in a staggered mode in the vertical direction, so that the filter screen is arranged between the bottom plate and the top platform in an arc mode.
Further, the filter screen is made of plastics, and the bottom plate and the top platform are made of metal materials.
Furthermore, the bottom plate is of an integrated structure, and the launching assembly is movably connected with the bottom plate; the top platform is of an integrated structure, and the top platform is of a hollow structure.
The adjustable drainage device provided by the invention has a novel structure, can be horizontally installed and is very attractive when being installed in a toilet. And it has adjustable top platform, can conveniently unpack the top platform apart in the use to clear away inside impurity, make drainage device can not blockked up by impurity, can normal use.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The embodiment provides an adjustable drainage device, and the drainage device is novel in structure, can be horizontally installed, and is very attractive when being installed in a toilet. And it has adjustable top platform, can conveniently unpack the top platform apart in the use to clear away inside impurity, make drainage device can not blockked up by impurity, can normal use.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the adjustable drainage device includes a fixed seat 11 and a top table 12, the fixed seat 11 includes a bottom plate 13, the bottom plate 13 is strip-shaped, support tables 14 are disposed at two ends of the bottom plate 13, a central hole 15 is disposed in the middle of the bottom plate 13, and a drainage assembly 16 is disposed at the central hole 15; the top table 12 is in a strip shape, mounting holes 17 are formed in the bottoms of the two ends of the top table 12, and the top of the support table 14 is inserted into the mounting holes 17. The left end of the bottom plate 13 has two support bases 14 arranged at intervals, and the right end of the bottom plate 13 has two support bases 14 arranged at intervals.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the supporting platform 14 is a lifting structure, the supporting platform 14 includes a base platform 18 and a lifting block 19, the base platform 18 is connected to the bottom plate 13, the middle portion of the base platform 18 is provided with an insertion hole 20, the top portion of the base platform 18 is provided with a retaining ring 21, and an accommodating space is formed inside the retaining ring 21; a threaded hole 22 penetrating through the middle part of the lifting block 19 is formed in the middle part of the lifting block 19, a part of the bottom of the lifting block 19 is arranged in the accommodating space, a screw 23 is connected in the threaded hole 22, the top end of the screw 23 is located in the threaded hole 22, the bottom of the screw 23 is inserted into the jack 20, and the bottom end of the screw 23 abuts against the bottom plate 13; the top end of the lifting block 19 is inserted into the mounting hole 17. The top end of the screw 23 has a cross-shaped adjustment opening 24.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, a filter 26 is disposed outside the support platform 14, a bottom end of the filter 26 is movably connected to the bottom plate 13, and a top end of the filter 26 is movably connected to the top platform 12. A stop block 25 is arranged on the bottom plate 13, the stop block 25 and the bottom plate 13 are of an integral structure, the stop block 25 and the support platform 14 are arranged at intervals, and the bottom end of the filter screen 26 is clamped between the stop block 25 and the support platform 14; a fixture block 27 vertically arranged downwards is arranged at the bottom of the top table 12, a protrusion 28 horizontally arranged is arranged on the inner side of the bottom end of the fixture block 27, the top end of the filter screen 26 is clamped between the protrusion 28 and the top table 12, and a push block 29 protruding outwards 28 is arranged in the middle of the top end of the filter screen 26; the latch blocks 27 and the stopper blocks 25 are provided so as to be vertically offset from each other, and the screen 26 is provided between the bottom plate 13 and the top plate 12 in an arc shape.
The filter screen 26 is made of plastic, and the bottom plate 13 and the top table 12 are made of metal. The bottom plate 13 is an integrated structure, and the launching assembly 16 is movably connected with the bottom plate 13; the top stage 12 is an integral structure, and the top stage 12 is a hollow structure.
The fixed seat 11 and the top platform 12 are two basic structural members of the drainage device, when the drainage device is installed, the fixed seat 11 is fixed on the ground, the top platform 12 is detachably installed on the fixed seat 11, and when the drainage device is used, the top platform 12 can be detached at any time.
The fixed base 11 has a bottom plate 13, the bottom plate 13 is a horizontal rectangular plate-like structure, the bottom plate 13 is fixed on the surface of the ground, and a support platform 14 arranged above the bottom plate is arranged higher than the ground. The central hole 15 is arranged in the middle of the bottom plate 13, the launching assembly 16 is arranged at the central hole 15, the launching assembly 16 is used for draining water, and the launching assembly 16 is connected with a drainage system of a building and can discharge sewage to the drainage system.
The top table 12 is also in a long strip shape, the length and the width of the top table are basically consistent with those of the bottom plate 13, the top table 12 has a certain thickness, two mounting holes 17 are formed in the bottom of the top table, the mounting holes 17 are matched with the supporting table 14 on the bottom plate 13, the top of the supporting table 14 can be inserted into the mounting holes 17, and the fixed base 11 and the top table 12 can be connected. And the width of the mounting hole 17 is basically consistent with that of the support platform 14, so that the top platform 12 is very stable after being connected with the fixed seat 11, and the shaking condition can not occur.
As shown in fig. 8, a hidden drainage structure is shown. This is a schematic top view of the bathing area of the toilet. The left side, the right side and the middle part of bathroom form the water drainage tank of roughly the H type, and other regions are the ceramic tile, and the position of ceramic tile is higher, and water drainage tank is lower, and the people stands on the ceramic tile when the shower, and sewage can follow the ceramic tile and flow to in the water drainage tank.
The drainage device provided by the embodiment can be arranged at any position of the H-shaped drainage groove. In the figure, the drainage device is arranged at the middle position of the drainage groove, both ends of the drainage device are communicated with the drainage groove, and sewage in the drainage groove can flow into the drainage assembly 16 and is discharged through a drainage system of a building.
In normal use, a person can stand in any position of a toilet to take a bath. Because the width of the drainage groove is narrow, feet cannot fall into the drainage groove, and people can safely walk in a toilet. And the width of the top table 12 is consistent with that of the drainage channel, so that two sides of the top table 12 can be well attached to the ceramic tiles, a person can stand on the top table 12, and the top table 12 can also support the person, so that the person can take a bath normally.
The sewage assembly 16 can drain water and filter impurities such as large hairs, so that the hairs cannot enter a drainage system, and the drainage system of a building cannot be blocked. After the drain has been in use for a period of time, the top deck 12 is opened upwardly to allow the debris at the drain assembly 16 to be cleaned and the drain to continue to be placed in service.
It can be seen that the drainage device of this kind of structure, its structural design is reasonable, installs in the bathroom after very pleasing to the eye, also can not cause the influence to the drainage when the people steps on it and bathes, makes the people can smoothly bathe, the convenient clearance.
As shown in fig. 6, two support stands 14 are provided at an interval on the left side of the top stage 12, and two support stands 14 are provided at an interval on the right side of the top stage 12. The two support bases 14 are spaced apart from each other to allow water to pass therebetween, so that sewage can smoothly reach the sewage module 16 and be discharged from the sewage module 16.
Set up brace table 14 to elevation structure for can adjust the height of brace table 14 during the assembly, and then adjust the mounting height of top platform 12, make the top surface of top platform 12 can be better with the surperficial parallel and level of ceramic tile, make the people can walk about in the bathroom more comfortablely, can not stumbled by ceramic tile or drainage device.
When the floor of the toilet is treated, firstly, backfilling is carried out to form the floor, and then ceramic tiles are paved on the floor. The floor may be less level and therefore the height of the top surface of the top table 12 may be adjusted by adjusting the height of the support table 14 when installing the drain so that the top table 12 can be level with the tiles.
The base 18 and the lift block 19 are two basic structural members of the support table 14, and the base 18 is attached to the base plate 13, and may be connected by bolts or welded. The lift block 19 is provided in the base 18 and can be adjusted to be raised and lowered in the base 18. The top of the base 18 has a retainer 21, and the retainer 21 forms an accommodating space therein, so that the bottom of the lifting block 19 can be accommodated in the accommodating space. The accommodating space is rectangular, and the bottom surface of the lifting block 19 is also rectangular, so that the lifting block 19 cannot rotate after being connected in the accommodating space.
The middle part of the lifting block 19 is screwed with a screw rod 23, the middle part of the bottom platform 18 is provided with an insertion hole 20, the top end of the screw rod 23 is completely positioned in a threaded hole 22 of the lifting block 19 and does not extend to the upper part of the lifting block 19, and the bottom end of the screw rod 23 is inserted into the insertion hole 20 and abuts against the bottom plate 13. In this way, the lifting block 19 can be supported by the bottom plate 13, so that the top table 12 can be indirectly supported by the bottom plate 13, and the top table 12 can be more stable.
When the lifting block is adjusted, the adjusting opening 24 at the top of the screw 23 is screwed by a tool, so that the screw 23 rotates, the position of the screw 23 in the threaded hole 22 is changed, the length of the screw 23 extending out of the lifting block 19 is changed, and the lifting block 19 is supported by the bottom plate 13, so that the height of the lifting block 19 is changed, and further the height of the top table 12 is changed. The positions of the four support tables 14 are all adjusted so that the positions of the top table 12 can be adjusted in a coordinated manner, and the top surface of the top table 12 can be flush with the top surface of the tile.
A filter 26 is provided outside the support table 14, and impurities can be primarily filtered by the filter 26. And the filter screen 26 is arranged outside the support platform 14, so that the impurities can be cleaned without detaching the top platform 12 when people take a bath, sewage can be smoothly discharged in the bath process, and the bath cannot be influenced.
The screen 26 is thin and may be made of plastic or thin metal. So that it can be mounted between the top table 12 and the bottom plate 13 in a bendable manner.
The bottom plate 13 is provided with a stopper 25, and the stopper 25 and the support table 14 are matched with each other, so that the bottom end of the filter screen 26 can be connected to the bottom plate 13. As shown in fig. 6, a stop 25 is disposed on the outer side of each support platform 14 on the bottom plate 13, the outer side (the side away from the support platform 14) of the stop 25 is in a slope structure, and the inner side of the stop 25 is in a vertical structure, so that when the filter screen 26 is installed, the bottom end of the filter screen 26 can slide along the slope structure and slide between the stop 25 and the support platform 14.
On the bottom plate 13, two stoppers 25 are engaged with the two support bases 14, so that the bottom end of the filter net 26 can be engaged between the stoppers 25 and the support bases 14, and the bottom end of the filter net 26 is stably connected to the bottom plate 13.
A block 27 is arranged on the top plate, the outer side surface of the block 27 is in an inclined surface structure, and the bottom end of the inner side of the block 27 is provided with a protrusion 28. The fixture block 27 and the mounting hole 17 are far away from each other, so that the fixture block 27 and the fixture block 25 are far away from each other in a staggered manner in a vertical plane, and the filter screen 26 can be obliquely and arcuately mounted between the top table 12 and the bottom plate 13.
A space is formed between the protrusion 28 at the bottom of the fixture block 27 and the bottom of the top table 12, so that the top end of the filter screen 26 can be clamped between the protrusion 28 and the top table 12. In this way, the filter net 26 can be stably and easily detachably mounted between the top board 12 and the bottom board 13 by the cooperation of the latch 27, the protrusion 28, the latch 25, the support board 14, and the like. A push block 29 is arranged in the middle of the top end of the filter screen 26, and the filter screen 26 can be pushed by the push block 29 to be taken out from the lower part of the top platform 12.
During drainage, the water flow passes through the filter screen 26, and impurities such as hair in the water flow are primarily filtered and blocked outside the filter screen 26, so that the impurities entering the sewage assembly 16 are less. After a period of use, more impurities accumulate on the outside of the screen 26, slowing the flow of water and creating a volume of accumulated water in the drainage channel. At this time, a hand can be put into the lower part of the top table 12 to find the push block 29 on the filter screen 26, push the push block 29 to separate the top end of the filter screen 26 from the fixture block 27, then pull the filter screen 26 downwards slightly, pull the filter screen 26 outwards to separate the bottom end of the filter screen 26 from the fixture block 25, and take the filter screen 26 down from the drainage device. The screen 26 may be reloaded into the drain by cleaning the screen 26 of debris.
When installing the filter screen 26, the filter screen 26 is pushed so that the bottom end of the filter screen 26 is inserted between the stopper 25 and the support stand 14. Then, the filter screen 26 is pushed continuously, and the top end of the filter screen 26 is clamped between the clamping block 27 and the top platform 12, so that the installation work of the filter screen 26 is completed. Whole dismantlement, clearance and installation work are very simple, can accomplish in the short time, make the people need not pull down top platform 12 at the in-process of bathing and can clear up impurity, make the shower process can not interrupted, can not prolong the shower time, can not cause the waste of water resource for it is more convenient to use.
After bathing, the top deck 12 can be removed to clean the impurities in the sewage module 16, so that the drainage of the drainage device can be performed more smoothly.
And, because the liftable characteristic of brace table 14, make the position of top platform 12 can go up and down, and set up filter screen 26 as the structure of can buckling, make filter screen 26 can carry out different deformations according to the position of top platform 12, make top platform 12 go up and down after, filter screen 26 still can be connected closely between top platform 12 and bottom plate 13, make filter screen 26 can play good filter effect, make more impurity can be filtered by filter screen 26, less impurity just can get into launching assembly 16 departments, make the people can clear up more impurity when clearing up filter screen 26, make whole cleaning work more convenient, reduce the number of times of dismantling top platform 12, less clearance time.
The side of brace table 14 and the side parallel and level of bottom plate 13 make rivers discharge from between two brace tables 14 that the interval set up, make water can not discharge from the gap between brace table 14 and the ceramic tile, make impurity can not get into between brace table 14 and the ceramic tile, make things convenient for the clearance of impurity.
The bottom plate 13 is of an integrated structure, so that the structure is firm and reliable, and the top table 12 can be stably supported. The bottom plate 13 and the top table 12 are both made of metal, so that the top table 12 has high strength and can bear the weight of a human body. The top table 12 is of a hollow structure, so that the top table can have a high height and is convenient for the arrangement of the mounting hole 17.
As shown in fig. 7, a sewage assembly 16 is provided at the central hole 15. The sewage assembly 16 includes a casing, a filter sheet 31 and a filter sheet 30. The sleeve includes an outer tube 32 and an inner tube 33, and the inner tube 33 is provided inside the outer tube 32. The central hole 15 is stepped to have a plurality of steps, so that the filter plate 30, the filter disc 31 and the outer tube 32 can be conveniently placed. Filter sheet 30 is positioned above filter disc 31, and filter disc 31 is positioned above the sleeve. The filter plate 30 and the filter disc 31 are arranged at intervals, and the filter disc 31 is attached to the top of the sleeve.
First, the central hole 15 has a first step that can be used to place the filter plate 30 so that the filter plate 30 can be positioned over the filter disc 31 and the sleeve. Below, central bore 15 has a second step that can be used to place filter 31. Still further down, the central bore 15 has a third step for the placement of the outer tube 32. The outer tube 32 has a flange on the top outside that can rest on the third step. With this arrangement, the outer tube 32, the inner tube 33, the filter sheet 31, and the filter sheet 30 can be placed one on another.
The filter plates 30 and the filter discs 31 are provided with filter holes through which water flows and impurities can be filtered. The filter sheet 30 is large in size and can be held by fingers with relative ease. Filter sheet 31 is small, and therefore, a projection 35 is provided in the middle thereof, and filter sheet 31 can be easily taken up by projection 35. The inner tube 33 is open at both ends, the outer tube 32 is open at the top and closed at the bottom, a plurality of drain holes 34 are formed in the side wall of the outer tube 32, the drain holes 34 are arranged along the circumferential direction, and the positions of the drain holes 34 are higher than the bottom end of the inner tube 33.
During the drainage operation, the sewage passes through the filter plate 30, the filter disc 31 and the inner tube 33 in sequence to form a water-sealed structure, and the water flow is discharged upwards from the drainage hole 34 of the outer tube 32. Because the sleeve pipe department forms the water seal for sewage, foul smell and insect etc. of drainage system can not get into indoor in the building, ensure indoor clean.
During the use process, hairs are likely to be accumulated at the filter plate 30, the filter disc 31 and the drain hole 34 of the outer pipe 32, and after the use for a period of time, all parts are cleaned, so that the floor drain assembly can be continuously and stably used.
It can be seen that the drainage device has more reasonable structural design, is more beautiful when being installed in a toilet, is convenient to use and clean, and can be widely applied to families and hotels.
