As shown in fig. 2, after the beef 3 is sliced, the beef slices are adhered to the cutting blade, and after the lower end of the slicing blade 4 enters the blade inlet 5, the pull rope 9 is in a stretched state; in the process that the slicing knife 4 continues to move downwards, the pulling rope 9 drives the pressing plate 7 to rotate anticlockwise around the pin 13, so that the beef slices adhered to the slicing knife 4 are pushed to the sharp edge of the shredding knife 11, and the beef slices are flatly paved on the shredding knife 11.
As shown in fig. 3, in the process that the slicing knife 4 continues to move downwards, because the pulling rope 9 is in a stretched state, the pulling rope 9 drives the pressing plate 7 to continue to rotate anticlockwise, and meanwhile, the pressing plate 7 moves downwards along with the slicing knife 4, when the pressing plate 7 is in contact with beef slices on the slicing knife 11, the right end of the pressing plate 7 is under the action of upward pulling force of the pulling rope 9, and in the process that the slicing knife 4 moves downwards, the pin 13 applies downward pulling force to the pressing plate 7, so that the left end of the pressing plate 7 can press the beef slices downwards; meanwhile, under the action of the shredding knife 11, the sliced beef is cut into shredded beef, and the shredded beef falls into a basin filled with hot water from the blanking hole 12, so that the thawing is completed.
After the beef 3 is shredded, the air cylinder 2 is closed, an output shaft of the air cylinder moves upwards under the action of the tension spring, the slicing knife 4 is driven to move upwards, and the pressing plate 7 rotates clockwise to the through hole 6 under the action of the torsion spring 14; after the slicing knife 4 is separated from the beef 3, the beef 3 on the supporting table 1 is moved leftwards, the air cylinder 2 is started, then the beef 3 is sliced and shredded for the second time, the slicing and shredding of the beef 3 are finished at one time, and the shredding efficiency of the beef 3 is improved.
