According to the invention, the ankle of a patient can be massaged by the rotation of the first massage ball, the massage roller can be rotated by the continuous up-and-down movement of the shell through the cylinder, so that the ankle at the front part of the patient can be massaged, the third rotating shaft can be fixed by screwing the second T-shaped screw rod into the second threaded hole, and the third rotating shaft can be prevented from rotating automatically when the ankle at the front part of the patient is massaged.
