acquiring a current environment temperature value and the body temperature of a user wearing the eye patch;
determining whether to apply heat to the user according to the body temperature of the user;
if the user is determined to be hot-compressing, determining a first temperature value according to the current environment temperature value and determining a second temperature value according to the body temperature of the user;
calculating an estimated hot compress temperature value according to the first temperature value and the second temperature value;
and taking the calculated estimated hot compress temperature value as the hot compress of the user.
2. A hot compress temperature regulating method according to claim 1, wherein the estimated hot compress temperature value is calculated according to the first temperature value and the second temperature value, and specifically comprises:
and calculating the sum of the product of the weight of the first temperature value and the ambient temperature and the product of the weight of the second temperature value and the human body temperature, and determining the calculated sum as the estimated hot compress temperature value.
3. A cold-hot compress temperature regulating method according to claim 2, wherein the weight of the ambient temperature is greater than the weight of the human body temperature.
4. A cold-hot compress temperature regulating method according to claim 1, wherein the determining a first temperature value according to the current ambient temperature value is specifically:
determining the first temperature value according to the current environment temperature value and the corresponding relation between the preset environment temperature value and the hot compress temperature value; wherein the lower the ambient temperature value, the higher the heat application temperature value.
5. A cold-hot compress temperature regulating method according to claim 1, wherein the second temperature value is determined according to the body temperature of the user, and specifically comprises:
determining the second temperature value according to the body temperature of the user and the preset corresponding relation between the body temperature of the user and the hot compress temperature value; wherein the higher the body temperature of the user, the lower the heat application temperature.
6. A hot compress temperature regulating method according to claim 1, further comprising, after said applying heat to said user with said calculated estimated heat temperature value:
if the hot compress temperature value set by the user is received, the hot compress temperature value set by the user is used as the estimated hot compress temperature value, and the user carries out hot compress.
7. A hot compress temperature regulating method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether to apply heat to the user based on the body temperature of the user specifically comprises:
judging whether the body temperature of the user is smaller than a preset threshold value or not;
and if the temperature is smaller than the preset threshold value, hot compress is performed on the user.
8. The cold thermal compress temperature adjustment method according to claim 7, further comprising, after determining whether the body temperature of the user is less than a preset threshold:
and if the body temperature of the user is greater than the preset threshold value, taking the preset temperature as the user cold compress.
9. A cold and hot compress eye shield, comprising:

a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of cold compress temperature regulation according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a cold compress temperature regulation method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
