下面描述根据本发明实施例的具有上述结构的液化气罐安全阀的作用和效果。
在燃气灶中安装液化气罐10之后操作燃气灶的操作件时,如图4所示,阀部件110的阀杆114被按压,并且主体12中填充的气体同时通过阀杆114排出到外部。更具体而言,由于阀杆114的移动,将阀杆垫圈117所封阻的孔洞115打开,主体12内的气体通过阀外壳112排出到外部并用作火源。
在使用这种便携式燃气灶时,当不遵守安全规定不正常地使用燃气灶而使得主体12的温度上升并且在其中出现过压时,主体12面临爆炸的危险。液化气罐安全阀100可以防止爆炸。
一开始,如图3所示,设置在封阻操作部件130中的封阻销构件140处于这样的状态,其中,相对于密封膜部件142,一侧由空气压力和弹性支撑构件150的弹力支撑,而另一侧由主体12内的气体压力支撑。在这种状态下,当主体12内的温度上升并且由于不正常使用而在主体12内出现过压时,如图5所示,气体压力变得高于空气压力和弹性支撑构件150的弹力,使得封阻销构件140移动,从而经由穿过连接路径的封阻销构件140的前端来封阻气体流动路径。因此,因为可以封阻气体通过阀杆114排出,所以燃气灶的火焰熄灭。
在这种情况下,可以在密封膜部件142的边缘设置向外膨胀的气密性改善件144,并在封阻销构件140移动时准确地接收气体压力,从而提高密封力并提高操作可靠性。
当如上所述熄灭燃气灶的火焰时,主体12的温度下降并释放过压。然后,由于弹性支撑构件150以及通过空气引入路径134引入的空气压力,封阻销构件140恢复到其初始位置。
在这种情况下,可将与连接路径的内表面进行接触的延伸盖部件145设置在封阻销构件140中,并防止气体通过空气引入路径134泄漏到外部。
同时,当由于烹饪器具的辐射热而另外出现二次温度上升和过压时,如图6所示,随着圆顶14的边缘由于过压而变形到凸起,由图案凹槽部件22形成的气体释放部件20破裂,过压气体被释放到外部。通过这种方式,可以防止主体12的爆炸。此外,因为燃气灶的火源已经被液化气罐安全阀100消除,所以可以保护用户免于火烧。
图案凹槽部件22包括由于过压而破裂的第一凹槽23、以及将第一凹槽23的破裂加倍的第二凹槽24,从而使得操作可靠。也就是说,因为更高的应力可以作用于第一凹槽23并由于第二凹槽24而扩展到更宽的范围,所以破裂加倍。
因此,当主体12内的温度上升并且由于液化气罐10的不正常使用而出现过压时,首先,液化气罐安全阀100可以消除燃气灶的火源,其次,当由于烹饪器具的辐射热而温度上升出现过压,圆顶14会膨胀并变形到凸起,第一凹槽23由于圆顶14的变形而破裂,因此可以防止液化气罐10爆炸的事故。
如上所述,根据本发明实施例的液化气罐安全阀,当燃气灶不遵守安全规定不正常地使用而使得主体内的压力上升时,液化气罐安全阀可以根据压力封阻气体流动路径,因此可以消除燃气灶的火源,从而防止液化气罐爆炸。此外,由于利用通过空气引入路径的空气压力根据内部压力操作的配置,可以在不受燃气灶的调节器影响的情况下封阻流动路径,从而提高操作可靠性。
以上参照附图所示的实施例描述了本发明,但是该描述仅仅是说明性的,并且本领域技术人员应当理解,根据以上描述,各种修改和其他等同实施例都是可能的。
因此,应当基于以下权利要求来限定本发明的实际技术范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种液化气罐安全阀,包括:
阀部件,用于排出主体中填充的气体;以及
气体封阻部件,设置在所述阀部件中并用于根据所述主体内的压力来封阻气体流动路径,
其中,所述气体封阻部件包括:
封阻操作部件,设置在所述阀部件中;
封阻销构件,设置为在所述封阻操作部件中可滑动并用于选择性地封阻所述气体流动路径;以及
防分离盖,连接所述封阻操作部件并用于防止所述封阻销构件的分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液化气罐安全阀,其中:
在所述封阻操作部件中形成气体引入路径和空气引入路径,通过所述气体引入路径引入气体,通过空气引入路径引入空气;以及
所述封阻销构件包括密封膜部件,所述密封膜部件用于将所述气体引入路径与所述空气引入路径分隔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液化气罐安全阀,其中,在所述密封膜部件的边缘形成气密性改善件,所述气密性改善件向所述气体引入路径延伸并向外膨胀。
4.根据权利要求2所述的液化气罐安全阀,其中,在所述封阻操作部件中设置弹性构件,所述弹性构件用于朝向所述气体引入路径弹性地支撑所述封阻销构件。
5.根据权利要求2所述的液化气罐安全阀,其中,在所述封阻销构件中设置延伸盖部件,所述延伸盖部件用于防止气体从所述气体流动路径向所述封阻操作部件引入。
