Detailed Description
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings.
The drawings are examples for explaining the technical idea of the present invention more specifically, and therefore the technical idea of the present invention is not limited to the drawings.
The makeup implement exemplified in the following description is a puff, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and is applicable to all makeup implements that absorb and transfer a cosmetic material.
A cosmetic tool according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4 c.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a cosmetic device according to a first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along line II-II' of fig. 1, and fig. 3 shows the arrangement of a shape-deformed portion in the cosmetic device according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
The cosmetic applicator 1, also known as a puff, comprises a body 10 and a shape-deforming part 21. The body 10 has a flat and round disk shape and has elasticity.
The body 10 is divided into a first layer 11 and a second layer 12. The first layer 11 and the second layer 12 may be attached to each other only along the peripheral edge by heat, an adhesive, or the like.
The first layer 11 may be made of a variety of materials, and in particular may be made of a porous material. Among the porous materials that may be used are expanded foams. The foam may be made of Butadiene Rubber (BR), Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Natural Rubber (NR), wet polyurethane, dry polyurethane, polyether, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA), latex, silica gel, Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene (SIS), Styrene-Ethylene-Butylene-Styrene (SEBS), polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA), silicone elastomer, Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), butyl Rubber, or a mixture thereof.
The second layer 12 may be made of the same material as the first layer 11, but is not limited thereto. The first layer 11 and the second layer 12 may be made of different materials.
The externally exposed face of the first layer 11, the application face, absorbs the cosmetic material, comes into contact with the skin of the user, in particular the facial skin, and transfers it to the skin of the user. The two sides of the body 10 are used as application surfaces or the two sides are divided into different uses (for example, respectively used for different cosmetics) according to users.
The shape deformation portion 21 is composed of a wire and is located between the first layer 11 and the second layer 12. The shape-deformed portion 21 is bonded to the first layer 11 and/or the second layer 12, and is not changed in position when deformed for use. The bonding may be performed by thermal welding or by using an adhesive, etc., but is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 3, the shape-deformed portion 21 includes a first portion 21a having a linear shape (cross shape) that is positioned inside and orthogonal to each other and a second portion 21b having a circular shape that is positioned outside. The shape-deformable portion 21 has a property of maintaining a deformed shape when deformed, and may be made of, for example, stainless steel, but is not limited thereto, and may be made of, for example, polymer or stainless steel coated with a soft plastic. The shape-deformed portion 21 may be made of a material that does not react with a component of the cosmetic, particularly, water, alcohol (alcohol), silicon, oil, or the like.
While the shape deforming part 21 is formed integrally in the first embodiment, the respective parts may be prepared separately and then connected by welding and/or joining, etc., according to other embodiments. According to yet another embodiment, the first portion 21a and the second portion 21b may also be separate from each other.
In the cosmetic applicator 1 of the first embodiment described above, the shape of the main body 10 is also deformed when the user deforms the shape deformation portion 21, i.e., bends the shape deformation portion 21. In the deformed state, the main body 10 tries to return to its original shape due to elasticity, but maintains the deformed shape due to the force of the deformed shape deforming portion 21. Therefore, the user can easily make up with the makeup tool 1 maintaining the desired deformed shape.
Fig. 4a to 4c show an example of shape deformation of the cosmetic tool according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 4a shows the deformation with the two ends A, B of the body 10 facing each other, by which deformation a portion C is created that is narrower in width than before the deformation. The user transfers the cosmetic to the portion requiring fine makeup, such as the periphery of the eyes, using the narrow width portion C.
Fig. 4b shows a shape in which the body 10 is folded twice, resulting in a plurality of rectilinear faces D and a narrower portion E than in fig. 4 a. The user performs the desired makeup using the newly generated portion D, E, etc.
In fig. 4c, there is a portion F that can act as a handle, also creating a portion G that is narrower in width than before the deformation. The user grasps the portion F as a handle and performs desired makeup using the newly generated portion G and the like.
As described above, according to the present invention, one cosmetic applicator 1 can be deformed into various shapes for use, and the deformed shape is maintained. Therefore, the user can easily make up by the shape that the makeup tool 1 maintains. That is, the cushion is easy to be designed three-dimensionally when used for a curved portion of the face, and has an effect of improving a feeling of grasping with a hand.
Also, a plurality of cosmetic applicators can be used with one cosmetic applicator 1, so that the user does not need to prepare or carry a plurality of cosmetic applicators.
In addition, the user stores the cosmetic applicator 1 in a cosmetic container containing a cosmetic material. The cosmetic container is designed to have a small volume for the convenience of a user, and thus a space for keeping the cosmetic tool 1 is minimized. The storage space of the cosmetic applicator 1 in the conventional cosmetic container is designed to be a minimum space capable of storing the flat shape shown in fig. 1.
According to the present invention, the main body 10 is restored to the state shown in fig. 1 when the user expands the shape-deformed portion 21 to the original state. Therefore, the user can easily deform one cosmetic applicator 1 into various shapes for use, and can also deform the cosmetic applicator 1 in accordance with a predetermined storage space during storage. According to another embodiment, the storage space can be formed into a cylindrical space, and in this case, the cosmetic applicator 1 of the present invention can be deformed according to a predetermined storage space.
Fig. 5 is a view for explaining a method of manufacturing the cosmetic applicator according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
First, the shape-deformed portion 21 is disposed on the first layer 11. Thereafter, the second layer 12 is disposed with the shape-deformed portion 21 interposed therebetween, and then the two layers 11 and 12 are bonded by thermocompression bonding or the like. In this process, the constituent components of the first layer 11 and the second layer 12 and the shape-deformed portion 21 are thermally attached and bonded, so that the shape-deformed portion 21 is fixed in the body 10.
According to other embodiments, the second layer 12 may be disposed on the first layer 11 after the shape deformation portion 21 is bonded to the first layer 11 by gluing, heat welding, or the like. According to yet another embodiment, the first layer 11 may be bonded after the shape deformation 21 is first provided on the second layer 12.
Various modifications may be made to the cosmetic applicator of the first embodiment described above, which will be described with reference to fig. 6a to 6 f.
Fig. 6a to 6f show a modification of the makeup tool of the first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6a, 6b and 6c, the shape-deformed portion 21 may be cross-shaped, circular or quadrangular. As shown in fig. 6d, 6e and 6f, the main body 10 may have a quadrangular plate shape, and the shape-changing portion 21 may have a combination of a quadrangle and a cross shape, a radial shape, a quadrangle shape, or the like. The shape-deformed portion 21 may have various ring shapes such as an elliptical shape or a polygonal shape in addition to a circular shape or a quadrangular shape, and when it is not a ring shape, the end portion may be rounded to ensure safety of a user. The rounding process may be performed by winding wires at the ends or attaching additional plastic parts, etc.
In addition, the shape of the body 10 may be various shapes such as a wedge shape, a drop shape, or a polygonal shape, and the body 10 may be a single layer or three or more layers. Further, a grip tape may be added to cross the main body 10, but the grip tape is not limited thereto and may be made of a cloth material and/or an elastic resin material.
Fig. 7 shows a cosmetic applicator according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
In the second embodiment, a blocking layer 13 is provided between the first layer 11 and the second layer 12. The barrier layer 13 prevents the cosmetic material supplied from the application surface from contacting the shape deformation portion 21. The barrier layer 13 prevents the shape-deformed portion 21 from being deteriorated by the cosmetic.
Fig. 8 shows a cosmetic tool according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
In the third embodiment, the shape deforming portion 21 protrudes outward. The user can visually confirm the shape deforming portion 21, and thus the cosmetic applicator 1 can be deformed more easily.
Although not shown, the cosmetic applicator 1 of the second embodiment may further include a coating layer that coats the shape deforming portion 21.
A cosmetic applicator according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 9 to 11 b.
Fig. 9 shows a modification of the cosmetic device according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, fig. 10a and 10b show the operation of the shape-modified portion in the cosmetic device according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 11a and 11b show an example of the shape modification of the cosmetic device according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, in the fourth embodiment, the shape deforming portion 21 is constituted by a plate spring elongated in the first direction. The shape-deformed portion 21 may be made of a material such as stainless steel, but is not limited thereto.
The shape deforming portion 21 extends in a first direction, and a cross section in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction forms an arc.
As shown in fig. 10a, the user presses the central portion of the bulged portion of the shape deforming portion 21 of such shape to deform into the rolled shape as shown in fig. 10b so that the both ends 21c, 21d are adjacent. Here, the shape of fig. 10b is a shape that is predetermined by adjusting the length, thickness, or the like of the shape deformation portion 21 and that is rolled up when no other external force is applied.
When the user applies force to both ends and the central portion of the shape deforming part 21 as shown in fig. 10b when having the rolled shape, the shape deforming part 21 restores the shape of fig. 10a again.
With the deformation of the shape deformation portion 21 as described above, the shape of the cosmetic applicator 1 is also deformed between the deployed shape as shown in fig. 11a and the rolled-up shape as shown in fig. 11 b.
That is, according to the fourth embodiment, the shape of the cosmetic applicator 1 reciprocates between two shapes (the first shape, the second shape) set in advance. Further, the deformation from the rolled-out state to the rolled-up state can be realized only by a one-touch (one touch) operation of the user.
The above embodiments are examples for explaining the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can implement the present invention in various modifications, and therefore, the technical scope of the present invention should be determined according to the scope of the technical solution.
