Abstract
The invention discloses a static var generator capacitor cabinet support which comprises an upper cover, a base and end covers, wherein an upper cover ear plate is arranged on the side part of the upper cover, an end stop block, an upper limiting block and a wiring hole are arranged on the upper surface of the upper cover, the end stop blocks are alternately arranged on two sides of the upper cover, the base is provided with a base ear plate, an end cover groove, a lower limiting block and a first groove, a fan is arranged in the end cover, when the upper cover is connected with the upper part of a capacitor and the base is connected with the bottom of the capacitor, the groove is connected with the end cover, the end stop block is connected with the first groove, the upper limiting block and the lower limiting block are respectively clamped with the upper end; the upper cover and the base are respectively connected through the upper cover ear plate and the base ear plate. When the fan is started, most of the air flow flows in an S shape due to the blocking effect of the end stop blocks on the air flow, and the effect of cooling three side surfaces of the capacitor is achieved; the end stop block is horizontally provided with the bulges distributed at equal intervals, so that the bulges and the side part of the capacitor can also pass through the air flow to play a role in heat dissipation.

In order that the upper cover 1 does not affect the wiring of the capacitors 5, wiring holes 14 are provided in the upper cover 1 for allowing the wiring posts of the capacitors 5 to protrude to the upper surface of the upper cover 1, and the number of the wiring holes 14 is equal to the number of the capacitors 5. In order to maintain the tightness of the connection hole 14, a sealing strip 141 is further provided on the lower surface of the upper cover 1 (the connection surface of the capacitor 5) along the contour of the connection hole 14, so that when the upper cover 1 presses the capacitor 5, the sealing strip 141 can press the upper surface of the capacitor 5, thereby enhancing the tightness between the upper cover 1 and the capacitor.
When the upper cover 1 is clamped with the base 2, the upper cover ear plate 11 and the base ear plate 21 are connected through bolts and used for fixing the capacitor 5.
As shown in fig. 4: in order to increase the strength and rigidity of the base 2, it is preferable that the base 2 further includes three reinforcing ribs 25 at the lower portion of the base 2, and the three reinforcing ribs 25 are parallel and equidistantly distributed.
As shown in fig. 5: the end stop 12 is further provided with a plurality of protrusions 121 which are distributed at equal intervals, and the axis of the protrusions 121 is in the horizontal direction. When the fans 31 at both ends are operated, most of the air flows through the opposite side of the end stop 12, but if the end stop 12 is tightly attached to the side of the capacitor, the heat dissipation from the side of the end stop 12 of the capacitor 5 will be poor, so in this embodiment, it is preferable to provide the protrusions 121 at equal intervals on the end stop 12, and the axis of the protrusion 121 is in the horizontal direction, so that the protrusions 121 and the side of the capacitor 5 can also pass through a little air flow, thereby playing a role in heat dissipation.
The base 2 is further provided with a plurality of fixing ear plates 24, and the fixing ear plates 24 are used for fixing the connected capacitor box on an external box body. The fixing lugs 24 of the present embodiment are spaced from the base lugs 21.
When the device works, the upper cover 1 and the base 2 are connected together through bolts, and when the device is connected, the upper cover 1 and the base are used for fixing the end cover 3 through the end cover groove 15; the terminal of the capacitor 5 protrudes from the terminal hole 14, and the sealing strip 141 is tightly attached to the upper surface of the capacitor 5, thereby performing a sealing function. When the fan 31 is turned on (the airflow directions of the fans 31 at the two ends are consistent), due to the blocking effect of the end stop 12 on the airflow, most of the airflow flows in an "S shape" (arrow in fig. 1), and can cool three of the four side surfaces of the capacitor; furthermore, in order to prevent the temperature of the side surface of the capacitor contacted with the end stop 12 from being too high, the end stop 12 is horizontally provided with the protrusions 121 which are distributed at equal intervals, so that the protrusions 121 and the side part of the capacitor 5 can also play a role in heat dissipation through air flow, the sealing strip 141 plays a role in sealing the whole capacitor box support, and the sealing strip has important significance in forming a stable air flow channel for the fans 31 at the two ends. Adopt the capacitor box support of this embodiment, can all play good radiating action to four sides of electric capacity, for prior art, the radiating effect is better.
