Abstract

本发明公开了锂电池技术领域的一种具有散热防尘功能的电动汽车用锂电池,包括锂电池箱,所述导风管远离通孔的一端均连通设置有排风板,且所述电机轴的左侧设置有扇叶;在锂电池箱的顶部与底部均设置有多组通孔,通孔通过导风管连接设置有排风板,当汽车在高速移动时,气流由通孔进入到导风管,导风管再将气流通过排风板排出,在锂电池的前端面均设置有冷却液流动管,向冷却液流动管中定期添加跟换冷却液,通过水冷来对锂电池的表面进行散热降温,在支撑架的后端面均设置有导热柱与散热鳍片,通过导热柱将支撑架上锂电池散发出来的热量进行吸收,再通过散热鳍片将热量挥发散出。

技术领域
本发明涉及锂电池技术领域,具体为一种具有散热防尘功能的电动汽车用锂电池。
背景技术
锂电池相比与传统的电池,具有使用寿命长,可持续充电的特性,已经成为了当今社会中主要使用的一种电池,而随着科技的发展电动汽车慢慢的出现在人们的视野中,而电动汽车的动力源就是采用的锂电池,但现有技术中电动汽车使用的锂电池,虽然具有良好的防尘效果,但是均具有散热效果差的特性,长时间使用后,会导致锂电池一直处于高温状态,缩短锂电池的使用寿命,为此,我们提出一种具有散热防尘功能的电动汽车用锂电池。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有散热防尘功能的电动汽车用锂电池,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有散热防尘功能的电动汽车用锂电池,包括锂电池箱,所述锂电池箱的内腔设置有锂电池架,所述锂电池架的内腔从前向后依次设置有两组支撑架,两组所述支撑架的前端面从左至右依次设置有三组锂电池,三组所述锂电池的前端面均匀设置有冷却液流动管,所述支撑架的后端面均从左至右依次设置有六组导热柱,每组所述导热柱的左右两侧均设置有散热鳍片,所述锂电池箱的顶部与底部从左至右依次贯穿三组设置有通孔,顶部与底部所述通孔的相对面均设置有导风管,所述导风管远离通孔的一端均连通设置有排风板,且排风板远离导风管的一端设置有排风口,所述锂电池箱的左侧贯穿设置有过滤网,所述锂电池箱的右侧设置有电机室,所述电机室的内腔设置有电机,所述电机的右侧贯穿锂电池箱的右侧设置有电机轴,所述电机轴的左侧设置有扇叶,且扇叶设置在锂电池箱的内腔右侧。
优选的,每三组所述锂电池的前端面均设置有三组冷却液流动管,所述冷却液流动管的左侧均设置有螺纹接口,所述冷却液流动管的左侧通过相匹配的螺纹接口活动连接密封盖。
优选的,所述导风管与锂电池箱的内腔内壁之间的夹角均设置有四十五度,且导风管均设置为硬PVC导管。
优选的,所述排风板的高度均大于锂电池架的高度,所述排风板的内腔均设置有滤尘网。
优选的,所述电机轴的左侧焊接设置有螺纹杆,所述扇叶的右侧设置有与螺纹杆相匹配的螺纹接头,所述电机轴通过相匹配的螺纹杆与螺纹接头固定连接扇叶。
优选的,每组所述导热柱的左右两侧均设置有两组散热鳍片,每组所述散热鳍片的外形均设置为波浪形,且每组散热鳍片上均均匀设置有散热通孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该具有散热防尘功能的电动汽车用锂电池,结构简单,使用方便,在锂电池箱的顶部与底部均设置有多组通孔,通孔通过导风管连接设置有排风板,当汽车在高速移动时,气流由通孔进入到导风管,导风管再将气流通过排风板排出,对锂电池进行吹风散热,同时设置了风扇组,对锂电池进行主要散热,在锂电池的前端面均设置有冷却液流动管,向冷却液流动管中定期添加跟换冷却液,通过水冷来对锂电池的表面进行散热降温,在支撑架的后端面均设置有导热柱与散热鳍片,通过导热柱将支撑架上锂电池散发出来的热量进行吸收,再通过散热鳍片将热量挥发散出。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具有散热防尘功能的电动汽车用锂电池,包括锂电池箱1,锂电池箱1的内腔设置有锂电池架2,锂电池架2的内腔从前向后依次设置有两组支撑架201,两组支撑架201的前端面从左至右依次设置有三组锂电池202,三组锂电池202的前端面均匀设置有冷却液流动管203,支撑架201的后端面均从左至右依次设置有六组导热柱204,每组导热柱204的左右两侧均设置有散热鳍片205,锂电池箱1的顶部与底部从左至右依次贯穿三组设置有通孔3,顶部与底部通孔3的相对面均设置有导风管4,导风管4远离通孔3的一端均连通设置有排风板5,且排风板5远离导风管4的一端设置有排风口,锂电池箱1的左侧贯穿设置有过滤网6,锂电池箱1的右侧设置有电机室7,电机室7的内腔设置有电机8,电机8的右侧贯穿锂电池箱1的右侧设置有电机轴9,电机轴9的左侧设置有扇叶10,且扇叶10设置在锂电池箱1的内腔右侧。
其中,每三组锂电池202的前端面均设置有三组冷却液流动管203,设置三组冷却液流动管203,可增加水冷的效率,冷却液流动管203的左侧均设置有螺纹接口,冷却液流动管203的左侧通过相匹配的螺纹接口活动连接密封盖,通过螺纹接口可向冷却液流动管203中添加冷却液,在通过密封盖将螺纹接口密封,便于定期更换冷却液流动管203中的冷却液;
导风管4与锂电池箱1的内腔内壁之间的夹角均设置有四十五度,且导风管4均设置为硬PVC导管,四十五度便于气流的快速流动,硬PVC导管耐腐蚀性能好,使用寿命长,材质轻;
排风板5的高度均大于锂电池架的高度,可更全面的对锂电池架2中的锂电池202进行吹风散热,排风板5的内腔均设置有滤尘网,而滤尘网可过滤气流中夹杂的灰尘杂质;
电机轴9的左侧焊接设置有螺纹杆,扇叶10的右侧设置有与螺纹杆相匹配的螺纹接头,电机轴9通过相匹配的螺纹杆与螺纹接头固定连接扇叶10,通过螺纹连接,可定期拆卸更换清洗扇叶10,避免扇叶10上吸附的灰尘过多;
每组导热柱204的左右两侧均设置有两组散热鳍片205,每组散热鳍片205的外形均设置为波浪形,且每组散热鳍片205上均均匀设置有散热通孔,通过将多组散热鳍片205设置为波浪形,可增加散热鳍片205的散热处理效果,而且散热鳍片205上均均匀设置有散热通孔,可增加散热鳍片205的散热面积。
工作原理:将锂电池箱1安装在电动汽车里时,电动汽车在高速移动时,气流会随着汽车中的缝隙流动到锂电池箱1四周,而流动到锂电池箱1四周的气流,会通过通孔3流入到导风管4,导风管4将气流通过排风板5上的排风口排出,对锂电池202进行吹风散热,通过向冷却液流动管203中添加冷却液,使冷却液在冷却液流动管203流动以到达水冷效果,从而对接触到锂电池202进行水冷降温散热,支撑架201底部设置的导热柱204会将锂电池202散发出来的热量进行吸收,并通过散热鳍片205将热量排出,同时通过外接电源控制开关开启电机8,电机8通过电机轴9带动扇叶10进行转动,对锂电池架2中多组锂电池202进行吹风散热,使热气流通过过滤网6排出。

1.一种具有散热防尘功能的电动汽车用锂电池,包括锂电池箱(1),其特征在于:所述锂电池箱(1)的内腔设置有锂电池架(2),所述锂电池架(2)的内腔从前向后依次设置有两组支撑架(201),两组所述支撑架(201)的前端面从左至右依次设置有三组锂电池(202),三组所述锂电池(202)的前端面均匀设置有冷却液流动管(203),所述支撑架(201)的后端面均从左至右依次设置有六组导热柱(204),每组所述导热柱(204)的左右两侧均设置有散热鳍片(205),所述锂电池箱(1)的顶部与底部从左至右依次贯穿三组设置有通孔(3),顶部与底部所述通孔(3)的相对面均设置有导风管(4),所述导风管(4)远离通孔(3)的一端均连通设置有排风板(5),且排风板(5)远离导风管(4)的一端设置有排风口,所述锂电池箱(1)的左侧贯穿设置有过滤网(6),所述锂电池箱(1)的右侧设置有电机室(7),所述电机室(7)的内腔设置有电机(8),所述电机(8)的右侧贯穿锂电池箱(1)的右侧设置有电机轴(9),所述电机轴(9)的左侧设置有扇叶(10),且扇叶(10)设置在锂电池箱(1)的内腔右侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有散热防尘功能的电动汽车用锂电池,其特征在于:每三组所述锂电池(202)的前端面均设置有三组冷却液流动管(203),所述冷却液流动管(203)的左侧均设置有螺纹接口,所述冷却液流动管(203)的左侧通过相匹配的螺纹接口活动连接密封盖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有散热防尘功能的电动汽车用锂电池,其特征在于:所述导风管(4)与锂电池箱(1)的内腔内壁之间的夹角均设置有四十五度,且导风管(4)均设置为硬PVC导管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有散热防尘功能的电动汽车用锂电池,其特征在于:所述排风板(5)的高度均大于锂电池架的高度,所述排风板(5)的内腔均设置有滤尘网。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有散热防尘功能的电动汽车用锂电池,其特征在于:所述电机轴(9)的左侧焊接设置有螺纹杆,所述扇叶(10)的右侧设置有与螺纹杆相匹配的螺纹接头,所述电机轴(9)通过相匹配的螺纹杆与螺纹接头固定连接扇叶(10)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有散热防尘功能的电动汽车用锂电池,其特征在于:每组所述导热柱(204)的左右两侧均设置有两组散热鳍片(205),每组所述散热鳍片(205)的外形均设置为波浪形,且每组散热鳍片(205)上均均匀设置有散热通孔。
