the camera is used for acquiring a facial image of a fitness user;
the memory is used for storing a plurality of fatigue grades, the corresponding relation between each fatigue grade and the body surface temperature and the heart rate value, the recommended training intensity of each fatigue grade, the names of a plurality of training tasks and the training intensity of each training task, and also storing voiceprint information of a plurality of private education and mobile terminal information of each private education;
a controller which is respectively communicated with the thermal imager, the intelligent bracelet, the intelligent sound box and the memory,
the system further includes a timer in communication with the controller;
wherein:
the controller detects that a body-building user comes to a body-building area through the camera, obtains a facial image of the body-building user, and analyzes the facial image to obtain facial features of the body-building user;
the controller sends a connection request to the intelligent bracelet of the fitness user, and after the connection request is successfully connected with the intelligent bracelet, the facial features of the fitness user are bound with the intelligent bracelet information;
the controller acquires task input voice of the private education through the intelligent sound box, obtains voiceprint information of the private education according to the task input voice of the private education through analysis, and determines the identity and the mobile terminal information of the private education according to the voiceprint information;
the controller binds the mobile terminal information of the personal education with the body-building user;
the controller analyzes and determines the name and the training time of each training task in each task recording voice, and sequentially plays the name of the training task through the intelligent sound box according to the training time of each training task;
at intervals of preset interval time, the controller acquires a heart rate value of the fitness user through the intelligent bracelet, and acquires an infrared thermal imaging graph of the fitness user through the thermal imager;
the controller judges the fatigue level of the body-building user according to the heart rate value of the body-building user and the infrared thermal imaging graph;
the controller determines the recommended training intensity of the fitness user according to the fatigue grade of the current fitness user;
the controller judges whether the training intensity of the current training task of the fitness user is higher than the recommended training intensity;
if the controller judges that the training intensity of the current training task of the fitness user is higher than the recommended training intensity, the controller judges whether the residual training time of the current training task is higher than a preset threshold value;
if so, the controller modifies the current training task of the user into the training task with the training intensity lower than the recommended training intensity, sends the training task modification information to the mobile terminal of the coach, and plays the name of the modified training task through the intelligent sound box;
if not, the controller further judges whether the training intensity of the next training task of the user is higher than the recommended training intensity, if so, the controller modifies the next training task of the user into the training task with the training intensity lower than the recommended training intensity, sends the training task modification information to a coach mobile terminal, and plays the modified name of the training task through the intelligent sound box when the current training task is finished;
the controller is further configured to perform the steps of:
the controller judges whether the next training task is the last training task;
if so, the controller queries to obtain the training intensity grade of the last training task;
and if the training intensity level of the last training task is lower than the recommended training intensity level corresponding to the current fatigue level, the controller modifies the next training task into the training task with the recommended training intensity level, sends training task modification information to the coach's mobile terminal, and plays the modified name of the training task through the intelligent sound box when the current training task is finished.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the memory further stores classes of training tasks and names of corresponding training tasks under each class;
the controller modifies the current training task of the user into the training task with the training intensity lower than the recommended training intensity, and the method comprises the following steps:

A personal education and fitness management method based on a thermal imager and an intelligent bracelet, which is characterized in that the personal education and fitness management system based on the thermal imager and the intelligent bracelet of claim 1 is adopted, and the method comprises the following steps:
the controller detects that a body-building user comes to a body-building area through the camera, obtains a facial image of the body-building user, and analyzes the facial image to obtain facial features of the body-building user;
the controller sends a connection request to the intelligent bracelet of the fitness user, and after the connection request is successfully connected with the intelligent bracelet, the facial features of the fitness user are bound with the intelligent bracelet information;
the controller acquires task input voice of the private education through the intelligent sound box, obtains voiceprint information of the private education according to the task input voice of the private education through analysis, and determines the identity and the mobile terminal information of the private education according to the voiceprint information;
the controller binds the mobile terminal information of the personal education with the body-building user;
the controller analyzes and determines the name and the training time of each training task in each task recording voice, and sequentially plays the name of the training task through the intelligent sound box according to the training time of each training task;
at intervals of preset interval time, the controller acquires a heart rate value of the fitness user through the intelligent bracelet, and acquires an infrared thermal imaging graph of the fitness user through the thermal imager;
the controller judges the fatigue level of the body-building user according to the heart rate value of the body-building user and the infrared thermal imaging graph;
the controller determines the recommended training intensity of the fitness user according to the fatigue grade of the current fitness user;
the controller judges whether the training intensity of the current training task of the fitness user is higher than the recommended training intensity;
if the controller judges that the training intensity of the current training task of the fitness user is higher than the recommended training intensity, the controller judges whether the residual training time of the current training task is higher than a preset threshold value;
if so, the controller modifies the current training task of the user into the training task with the training intensity lower than the recommended training intensity, sends the training task modification information to the mobile terminal of the coach, and plays the name of the modified training task through the intelligent sound box;

and if the training intensity level of the last training task is lower than the recommended training intensity level corresponding to the current fatigue level, the controller modifies the next training task into the training task with the recommended training intensity level, sends training task modification information to the coach's mobile terminal, and plays the modified name of the training task through the intelligent sound box when the current training task is finished.
