the controller judges the current running machine to be running or stopped at preset time intervals;
if the running machine is in a running state, the controller judges whether the current corresponding stage is a training stage, if the current corresponding stage is the training stage, the planned time and the executed time of the current training stage are obtained, if the executed time is more than or equal to the planned time, the running machine is controlled to stop running, and if the executed time is a rest stage, the running machine is immediately controlled to stop running by the controller;
if the treadmill is in a stalling state, the controller judges whether the current corresponding stage is a rest stage, if the current corresponding stage is the rest stage, the planned time and the executed time of the current rest stage are obtained, if the executed time is more than or equal to the planned time, the treadmill is controlled to start to operate, and if the executed time is a training stage, the treadmill is immediately controlled to start to operate by the controller.
In this embodiment, the controller is further configured to perform the steps of:
the controller judges whether a user ID stores a playlist of music of a fast-tempo class and a playlist of music of a slow class in a cloud server, if so, the controller calls the playlist of the last training, and if not, the controller selects a system default playlist;
the controller displays a playlist of music of a fast tempo category and a playlist of music of a slow tempo category through the display screen;
the controller receives modification of a playlist by a user through the display screen, and modifies the playlist of music of a fast-tempo category and/or the playlist of music of a slow-tempo category according to the modification of the playlist by the user;
and the controller uploads the modified playlist and the user ID to the cloud server.
Therefore, the invention can also realize the personalized customization of the music list, is convenient for users to listen to favorite music during the exercise process, and can modify the music play list at any time.
Compared with the prior art, the system and the method for intelligently customizing the intermittent training plan have the following beneficial effects:
the invention classifies users according to the identity information and the exercise information of the users, automatically distributes proper coaches for the users according to the classification of the users, and selects the default intermittent training plan matched with the classification of the users for the users to select and modify, thereby realizing the automatic distribution of the coaches, flexibly customizing the intermittent training plan respectively according to the specific conditions of the trainers, and leading the intermittent training plan to be more fit with the actual requirements of the users and be flexibly modified by the coaches and the users; the controller supervises the execution of a trainer, automatically controls the starting and stopping of the treadmill according to a training plan, prompts the switching of different stages of a user through the switching of playing music categories, avoids the phenomenon that the treadmill suddenly stops and suddenly starts to cause discomfort to the user, and improves the use experience of the user.

Claims (8)
1. The system for intelligently customizing the intermittent training plan is characterized by comprising a coach terminal, a treadmill, a display screen, music playing equipment, a Bluetooth headset, a controller and a cloud server, wherein the display screen is arranged in front of the treadmill, the music playing equipment and the controller are both arranged inside the treadmill, the music playing equipment and the Bluetooth headset are communicated through Bluetooth, the controller and the coach terminal are respectively communicated with the cloud server, and the display screen is a touch display screen; the coach terminals are bound with the coaches;
the controller is configured to perform the steps of:
when the controller detects that the user starts the running machine, the controller informs the user of inputting an identity ID through the display screen;
the controller judges whether a coach is allocated to the user or not, and if the coach is not allocated to the user, the controller prompts the user to input identity information and exercise information through the display screen;
the controller sends the identity information and exercise information of the user and the identity ID of the user to the cloud server, and receives the trainer category to which the user belongs and the trainer ID distributed for the user, which are returned by the cloud server;
the controller calls the class-default intermittent training plan according to the class of the trainer, and sends the class-default intermittent training plan, the identity ID of the user, the identity information of the user and the exercise information to a trainer terminal corresponding to the trainer ID through the cloud server;
the controller receives correction information of the intermittent training plan returned by the coach terminal and adjusts the intermittent training plan according to the correction information;
the controller displays the modified intermittent training plan on the display screen;
the controller receives a confirmation execution command of a user through the display screen, controls the running machine to start running, and controls the music playing equipment to play music to the Bluetooth headset;
wherein the intermittent training plan comprises the number of training phases, the time of each training phase and the time of each rest phase in a training period;
the controller is used for timing the running time of the running machine, controlling the starting and stopping states of the running machine according to the intermittent training plan, controlling the music playing equipment to play music types according to the time of the training stage and the time of the rest stage in the intermittent training plan, starting to play fast-rhythm music m seconds before each training stage starts, and playing relaxing music n seconds before each rest stage starts, wherein m and n are preset time coefficients.
2. The system of intelligent customized intermittent training program of claim 1, wherein said controller upon detecting user initiated treadmill operation, when notifying user input of ID via said display screen, comprises the steps of:
when the controller detects that the user starts the running machine, the controller informs the user of inputting an identity ID through the display screen;
if the controller receives a registration request of a user through the display screen, displaying a user registration interface;
and the controller allocates a new identity ID to the user according to the input information of the user and sends the new identity ID to the cloud server for registration.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the cloud server stores the ID and trainer information of each class of trainers associated with each trainer, and the cloud server receives the upper limit of the number of trainers of each class set by each trainer from the trainer terminal, and sets that the trainer cannot receive the class of trainers when the stored upper limit of the number of trainers of a class reaches a set upper limit;
the cloud server classifies and distributes coaches for the users by adopting the following steps:
the cloud server receives the identity information and the exercise information of the user, and searches for a trainer category matched with the identity information and the exercise information of the user according to the identity condition and the exercise condition preset by each trainer category to serve as the trainer category of the user;
the cloud server searches for online coach terminals, searches for coaches with the minimum number of trainers in the classes of the trainers of the user from coaches corresponding to the online coach terminals, and distributes the searched coaches to the user;
and the cloud server simultaneously sends the trainer type of the user and the trainer ID distributed by the user to the controller and the corresponding trainer terminal.
4. The system of intelligent customized intermittent training programs according to claim 3, wherein said controller receives from said cloud server the trainer category to which the user belongs and the trainer ID assigned to the user, and further performs the following steps:
the controller displays the trainer category of the user, the coach ID distributed to the user and the introduction information of the coach on the display screen;
the controller binds the user with the trainer category and the coach when receiving the confirmation operation of the user;
the controller sends trainer category change information and identity ID of the user to the cloud server when receiving category change operation of the user; the cloud server searches whether a coach corresponding to a coach ID distributed to the user cannot receive trainers of the changed category, if so, the cloud server redistributes the coach and returns the redistributed coach ID, and otherwise, the cloud server does not redistribute the coach;
and when the controller receives a coach changing operation of the user, the identity ID of the user is sent to the cloud server, the cloud server distributes coaches for the user again, and the redistributed coach ID is returned.
5. The system of intelligent customization of an intermittent training program according to claim 4, wherein after the controller displays the modified intermittent training program on the display screen, further comprising the steps of:
the controller receives a correction request of a user for the intermittent training plan through the display screen;
the controller sends a correction request of a user to a coach terminal bound by the user;
when the controller receives a confirmation instruction returned by the coach terminal, the controller modifies the intermittent training plan according to the correction request of the user;
and when the controller receives a non-confirmation indication returned by the coach terminal, the controller informs the user of not modifying through the display screen.
6. The system of intelligent customized intermittent training program of claim 1, wherein said controller controls the start and stop state of said treadmill according to said intermittent training program using the steps of:
the controller judges the current running machine to be running or stopped at preset time intervals;
if the running machine is in a running state, the controller judges whether the current corresponding stage is a training stage, if the current corresponding stage is the training stage, the planned time and the executed time of the current training stage are obtained, if the executed time is more than or equal to the planned time, the running machine is controlled to stop running, and if the executed time is a rest stage, the running machine is immediately controlled to stop running by the controller;
if the treadmill is in a stalling state, the controller judges whether the current corresponding stage is a rest stage, if the current corresponding stage is the rest stage, the planned time and the executed time of the current rest stage are obtained, if the executed time is more than or equal to the planned time, the treadmill is controlled to start to operate, and if the executed time is a training stage, the treadmill is immediately controlled to start to operate by the controller.
7. The system for intelligent customization of an intermittent training program of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to perform the steps of:
the controller judges whether a user ID stores a playlist of music of a fast-tempo class and a playlist of music of a slow class in a cloud server, if so, the controller calls the playlist of the last training, and if not, the controller selects a system default playlist;
the controller displays a playlist of music of a fast tempo category and a playlist of music of a slow tempo category through the display screen;
the controller receives modification of a playlist by a user through the display screen, and modifies the playlist of music of a fast-tempo category and/or the playlist of music of a slow-tempo category according to the modification of the playlist by the user;
and the controller uploads the modified playlist and the user ID to the cloud server.
8. A method of intelligently customizing an intermittent training program, employing the system of intelligently customizing an intermittent training program of any one of claims 1 to 7, the method comprising the steps of:
when the controller detects that the user starts the running machine, the controller informs the user of inputting an identity ID through the display screen;
the controller judges whether a coach is allocated to the user or not, and if the coach is not allocated to the user, the controller prompts the user to input identity information and exercise information through the display screen;
the controller sends the identity information and exercise information of the user and the identity ID of the user to the cloud server, and receives the trainer category to which the user belongs and the trainer ID distributed for the user, which are returned by the cloud server;
the controller calls the class-default intermittent training plan according to the class of the trainer, and sends the class-default intermittent training plan, the identity ID of the user, the identity information of the user and the exercise information to a trainer terminal corresponding to the trainer ID through the cloud server;
the controller receives correction information of the intermittent training plan returned by the coach terminal and adjusts the intermittent training plan according to the correction information;
the controller displays the modified intermittent training plan on the display screen;
the controller receives a confirmation execution command of a user through the display screen, controls the running machine to start running, and controls the music playing equipment to play music to the Bluetooth headset;
wherein the intermittent training plan comprises the number of training phases, the time of each training phase and the time of each rest phase in a training period;
the controller is used for timing the running time of the running machine, controlling the starting and stopping states of the running machine according to the intermittent training plan, controlling the music playing equipment to play music types according to the time of the training stage and the time of the rest stage in the intermittent training plan, starting to play fast-rhythm music m seconds before each training stage starts, and playing relaxing music n seconds before each rest stage starts, wherein m and n are preset time coefficients.
