The broadcast content confirmed in step S408 may be a preset broadcast content, for example, a user interface of detailed information of a product linked to the specific product, or may be the same as the determination process in step S408, that is, the broadcast content is determined based on the user data.
For example, after the user clicks on the icon for a new coffee, the information processing apparatus determines that a video presentation of the new coffee is to be displayed.
In step S409, the information processing device 3000 receives a determination result regarding "determine whether or not playback satisfies a predetermined condition" from the drink sales terminal. If the result is yes, the process proceeds to step S410, and the information processing apparatus 3000 updates the virtual value in the account of the user.
Like the process of the drink selling terminal, steps S407 and S408 in the above process are not essential steps. Step S407 and step S408 may be omitted, and the process may proceed directly to step S409, and the user virtual value may be updated if the determination result received in step S409 is "yes".
The functional modules of the information management apparatus 3000 are described below with reference to fig. 13.
The information management apparatus 3000 includes a user data receiving unit 510, an instruction transmitting unit 520, and a content determining unit 530.
Alternatively, the information management apparatus 3000 may further include at least one of the selection result receiving unit 540, the second content determining unit 550, the determination result receiving unit 560, and the updating unit 570.
According to the first embodiment of the invention, the user can play the promotion content to the user according to the personal information of the user in the time period of waiting for the preparation of the drink, so that more information is provided for the user, and the user experience is improved.

Alternatively, the steps S602 to S604 may not be performed, and the information processing apparatus may directly proceed to step S605 to start preparing the beverage after the user has successfully paid after receiving the order from the user.

The drink vending apparatus according to the second embodiment may include a unit included in the information management apparatus 3000 according to the first embodiment, in addition to the unit included in the drink vending apparatus 2000 according to the first embodiment.

1. An information processing device for purchasing a beverage from a beverage merchandising device, the information processing device comprising:
a transmission unit that transmits personal information of a user to an information management apparatus;
the selection unit selects drinks from the drinks to be selected according to user operation and sends the drink information about the selected drinks to the information management device;
a receiving unit that receives extraction data from an information management apparatus, the extraction data being used to extract a beverage from the beverage vending apparatus;
a broadcasting unit for transmitting information on broadcast content visible to a specific user to a terminal at the specific user according to a user operation; and
a gifting unit for gifting a virtual value corresponding to the number of drinks to be gifted to other users according to a user operation,
and determining the playing content played to the user by the beverage vending device in the time period for preparing the beverage according to the personal information.
2. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the personal information includes at least one of: attribute information indicating personal attributes of the user, a beverage purchase history of the user, and a history of contents played back to the user.
3. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the information processing apparatus further comprises a purchase unit operable to increase the number of drinks corresponding to the payment value of the user within the account of the user in accordance with a purchase operation of the user.
4. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the information processing apparatus further comprises a payment unit via which a user performs a payment operation for the purchased beverage.
5. A drink merchandiser, comprising:
a determination unit determining whether a user can extract a drink from the drink selling device according to extraction information for extracting the drink;
a preparation unit that prepares a beverage for the user if it is determined that the user is able to extract the beverage from the beverage vending device;
a playing unit that plays a playing content determined according to personal information of a user to the user within a predetermined period of time;
a broadcasting unit for transmitting information on broadcast content visible to a specific user to a terminal at the specific user according to a user operation; and
a gifting unit for gifting a virtual value corresponding to the number of drinks to be gifted to other users according to a user operation.
6. The drink merchandiser of claim 5, wherein the personal information of the user includes at least one of: attribute information indicating personal attributes of the user, a beverage purchase history of the user, and a history of contents played back to the user.
7. The drink merchandiser of claim 5, wherein the display is at least one of video, audio, and text.
8. The drink vending apparatus of claim 5, wherein the drink vending apparatus further comprises an updating unit for updating the virtual value corresponding to the quantity of drinks within the account of the user.
9. The drink vending device of claim 8, further comprising a determination unit for determining whether the play by the play unit satisfies a predetermined condition, wherein,
