The steel pipe feeding and straightening device 3 comprises a reference side plate 5 and an adjusting side plate 6 which are vertically and oppositely arranged on the left side and the right side of a steel pipe movement path, and the reference side plate 5 and the adjusting side plate 6 are arranged along the direction of the steel pipe movement path and are parallel to each other; the inner side surface of the reference side plate 5 is fixedly provided with a row of straightening roll bottom plates 7 along the direction of a steel pipe movement path, the straightening rolls arranged on the row of straightening roll bottom plates 7 form straightening rolls for reference, the inner side surface of the adjusting side plate 6 and the straightening rolls for reference are just opposite to the row of straightening roll bottom plates 7, and straightening roll adjusting mechanisms are respectively arranged on the row of straightening roll bottom plates 7, the straightening roll adjusting mechanisms are just opposite to the front ends of the steel pipes and are provided with straightening rolls 4 to form straightening rolls for adjustment, the straightening rolls for reference and the straightening rolls for adjustment are arranged in pairs one by one and are used for realizing compression and straightening of the steel pipes, and the straightening roll adjusting mechanisms are used for changing the distance between the straightening rolls for adjustment and the steel pipes.
Therefore, the pressing and straightening force of each pair of straightening rollers to the steel pipe can be adjusted once by means of the straightening roller adjusting mechanism, the pressing and straightening force is sequentially increased progressively along the advancing direction of the steel pipe, the steel pipe is gradually extruded and straightened for multiple times in the feeding straightening device, the final straightening effect is improved, and the reliability of follow-up flaw detection is better guaranteed. Meanwhile, the straightening roller for the reference on one side of the steel pipe can be used as a positioning reference for adjustment, so that the central line of the steel pipe is better ensured to be consistent with the motion path, and the straightness of the steel pipe after final straightening is ensured. Preferably, the contact pressure between the straightening roll for the reference and the steel pipe is gradually increased from small to large along the moving direction of the steel pipe. Therefore, the central line of the steel pipe is still consistent with the movement path after the pressing and straightening forces of each pair of straightening rollers are adjusted to be sequentially increased along the movement direction of the steel pipe; better guarantee the straightening effect.
The reference side plate 5 is provided with a driving helical gear 8 and a driven helical gear 9 which are meshed with each other corresponding to the reference straightening roller, the driving helical gear 8 is in transmission connection with a steel pipe advancing motor in the steel pipe transmission device 1, and the driven helical gear 9 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the reference straightening roller.
Therefore, the straightening roller for the benchmark can actively rotate to apply force to the steel pipe by relying on the motor which is arranged in the steel pipe transmission device and used for driving the steel pipe to advance, and can actively apply force to the steel pipe, so that the straightening effect of the steel pipe can be better ensured. The adoption of the connection of the straightening roller for the reference and the motor can ensure the stability and the reliability of transmission.
