By providing the first seal ring 91, the second seal ring 92 and the third seal ring 93, the sealing performance of the liquid-passing electromagnetic valve for tea set of this embodiment can be improved when in use.
The liquid solenoid valve for tea set of this embodiment takes its when being applied to automatic tea set as an example, briefly describes its mounting means and theory of operation as follows:
the valve body 3 is fixedly arranged at a liquid outlet at the lower end of the water boiling and/or tea making container of the automatic tea set through the main body part 31 of the valve body 3, the main body part 31 of the valve body 3 is basically arranged in the water boiling and/or tea making container, and the second connecting part 32 of the valve body 3 extends downwards from the liquid outlet at the lower end of the water boiling and/or tea making container; fixedly mounting the electromagnetic coil 2 on a bracket for supporting the water boiling and/or tea making container, and electrically connecting the electromagnetic coil 2 with an external controllable power supply; inserting the valve housing 1 into the electromagnetic coil 2; the second connecting portion 32 of the valve body 3 is sealingly connected to the connecting portion 11 of the valve housing 1, in which case the second sealing plug 6 is opened by the abutment 7. The first sealing plug 5 closes the first fluid passage 14 of the valve housing 1.
When the electromagnetic coil 2 is not electrified, the first sealing plug 5 seals the first liquid passing channel 14 of the valve casing 1, and at this time, the liquid passing electromagnetic valve of the embodiment is not electrified.
The electromagnetic force generated after the electromagnetic coil 2 is electrified acts on the first sealing plug 5 to enable the first sealing plug to move upwards so as to open the first liquid passing channel 14 of the valve casing 1, so that the liquid outlet channel of the liquid passing electromagnetic valve of the embodiment is communicated from top to bottom, and liquid in the water heating container and/or the tea making container flows out from the liquid outlet 15 after passing through the first liquid passing gap 31-1 of the valve body 3, the second liquid passing channel 33 of the valve body 3, the liquid passing gap between the sealing butt joint end of the second sealing plug 6 and the valve body 3, the second liquid passing gap 41 of the limiting support seat 4, the liquid passing gap formed between the sealing butt joint end of the first sealing plug 5 and the valve casing 1 and the first liquid passing channel 14 of the valve casing 1 in sequence. When the liquid discharge is needed to be stopped, the power supply of the electromagnetic coil 2 is turned off, the upward acting force of the first sealing plug 5 disappears, and the first sealing plug 5 resets in the valve casing 1 to stop the liquid discharge.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, the liquid-passing solenoid valve for tea set of this embodiment is basically the same as that of embodiment 1 except that:
the first sealing plug 5 does not adopt the sphere member in embodiment 1, in this embodiment, the first sealing plug 5 mainly comprises a sealing portion 51 and a limit guiding portion 52, more than 1 liquid through gaps 51-1 are arranged on the sealing portion 51 for assisting liquid passing during use, the limit guiding portion 52 is a member with a mounting gap, and the limit guiding portion 52 is arranged on the upper end surface of the sealing portion 51 and is integrally or fixedly connected with the sealing portion 51; the liquid through gaps 51-1 of the sealing part 51 are all positioned on the periphery of the sealing butt end of the valve casing 1, and the liquid through gaps 51-1 of the sealing part 51 are communicated with the mounting gaps of the limit guide part 52. Correspondingly, the first sealing plug return spring 81 is arranged in the installation gap of the limit guide part 52 of the first sealing plug 5, and the upper end and the lower end of the first sealing plug return spring 81 are respectively abutted with the lower end of the limit supporting seat 4 and the upper end face of the sealing part 51 of the first sealing plug 5; the first sealing ring 91 is fixedly arranged on the sealing butt joint end of the valve housing 1, or the first sealing ring 91 is fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the sealing part 51 of the first sealing plug 5 and is positioned at the joint of the sealing butt joint end of the first sealing plug 5 and the valve housing 1 when the valve is in a liquid-tight state.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 3, the liquid-passing solenoid valve for tea set of this embodiment is basically the same as that of embodiment 1 except that:
the second sealing plug 6 does not adopt the sphere member in embodiment 1, in this embodiment, the second sealing plug 6 mainly comprises a second sealing portion 61 and a second limiting guide portion 62, the second limiting guide portion 62 is a member with a mounting gap, and the second limiting guide portion 62 is disposed on an upper end surface of the second sealing portion 61 and is integrally or fixedly connected with the second sealing portion 61; correspondingly, the second sealing plug reset spring 82 is arranged in the installation gap of the second limit guide part 62 of the second sealing plug 6, and the upper end and the lower end of the second sealing plug reset spring 82 are respectively abutted against the upper inner end surface of the valve body 3 and the upper end surface of the sealing part 61 of the second sealing plug 6; the second sealing ring 92 is fixedly arranged on the sealing butt joint end of the valve body 3, or the second sealing ring 92 is fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the sealing part 61 of the second sealing plug 6 and is positioned at the joint of the sealing plug 6 and the sealing butt joint end of the valve body 3 in the state of no liquid passing.
Example 4
Referring to fig. 4, the liquid-passing solenoid valve for tea set of this embodiment is basically the same as embodiment 3 except that:
the first sealing plug 5 does not adopt the sphere member in embodiment 3, in this embodiment, the first sealing plug 5 mainly comprises a sealing portion 51 and a limit guiding portion 52, more than 1 liquid through gaps 51-1 are arranged on the sealing portion 51 for assisting liquid passing during use, the limit guiding portion 52 is a member with a mounting gap, and the limit guiding portion 52 is arranged on the upper end surface of the sealing portion 51 and is integrally or fixedly connected with the sealing portion 51; correspondingly, the first sealing plug return spring 81 is arranged in the installation gap of the limit guide part 52 of the first sealing plug 5, and the upper end and the lower end of the first sealing plug return spring 81 are respectively abutted with the lower end of the limit supporting seat 4 and the upper end face of the sealing part 51 of the first sealing plug 5; the first sealing ring 91 is fixedly arranged on the sealing butt joint end of the valve housing 1, or the first sealing ring 91 is fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the sealing part 51 of the first sealing plug 5 and is positioned at the joint of the sealing butt joint end of the first sealing plug 5 and the valve housing 1 when the valve is in a liquid-tight state.

the valve casing comprises a connecting part positioned above, a first sealing plug mounting part positioned in the middle and a liquid outlet part positioned below; the first sealing plug installation part and the liquid outlet part are hollow components, and the hollow parts of the first sealing plug installation part and the liquid outlet part form a liquid passing channel of the valve casing; the end face, adjacent to the liquid passing channel of the valve casing, of the joint of the first sealing plug mounting part and the liquid outlet part forms a sealing butt joint end of the valve casing;
the valve body comprises a main body part and a second connecting part; the second connecting part is a hollow member with openings at the upper end and the lower end, the upper part of the second connecting part is integrally or fixedly connected with the opening at the lower end of the main body part, the hollow part of the second connecting part is communicated with the hollow part of the main body part and jointly forms a liquid passing channel of the valve body, and the part, adjacent to the liquid passing channel of the valve body, of the joint of the second connecting part and the main body part forms a sealing butt joint end of the valve body; the liquid through gap of the valve body is arranged on the main body part and is communicated with the liquid through channel of the valve body;
when the electromagnetic coil is not electrified, the first sealing plug is buckled on the sealing butt joint end of the valve casing to block the liquid passing channel of the valve casing so that the liquid passing electromagnetic valve is not electrified; when the electromagnetic coil is electrified, the first sealing plug is driven to move upwards, so that a liquid passing gap is generated between the first sealing plug and the sealing butt end of the valve casing to open a liquid passing channel of the valve casing; the liquid outlet channel is formed by the liquid passing gap and the liquid passing channel of the valve body and the liquid passing gap of the limiting support seat, and the liquid passing channel and the liquid outlet of the valve casing when the liquid passing electromagnetic valve is used.

The liquid-passing solenoid valve for tea set according to claim 1, wherein: the first sealing plug is a sphere; or, the first sealing plug comprises a sealing part and a limiting guide part, wherein the limiting guide part is a member provided with an installation gap, and the limiting guide part is arranged on the upper end surface of the sealing part and is integrally or fixedly connected with the sealing part.
3. The liquid-passing solenoid valve for tea set according to claim 2, wherein: and more than 1 liquid through gap for assisting liquid through is formed in the sealing part of the first sealing plug.

The liquid-passing solenoid valve for tea set according to claim 1, wherein: the second sealing plug is a sphere; or, the second sealing plug comprises a second sealing part and a second limiting guide part, the second limiting guide part is a member provided with an installation gap, and the second limiting guide part is arranged on the upper end surface of the second sealing part and is integrally or fixedly connected with the second sealing part.

The liquid-passing electromagnetic valve for tea set according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the liquid-passing electromagnetic valve for the tea set further comprises a first sealing plug reset spring which is arranged in the valve shell and used for assisting the first sealing plug to reset.

The liquid-passing electromagnetic valve for tea set according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the liquid-passing electromagnetic valve for the tea set further comprises a second sealing plug reset spring which is arranged in the valve body and used for assisting the second sealing plug to reset.

The liquid-passing electromagnetic valve for tea set according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the liquid-passing electromagnetic valve for the tea set further comprises a first sealing ring, wherein the first sealing ring is fixedly arranged on the sealing butt joint end of the valve shell, or is fixedly arranged on the first sealing plug and is positioned at the joint of the first sealing plug and the sealing butt joint end of the valve shell when the liquid-passing electromagnetic valve is in a liquid-impermeable state.

The liquid-passing electromagnetic valve for tea set according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the liquid-passing electromagnetic valve for the tea set further comprises a second sealing ring, wherein the second sealing ring is fixedly arranged on the sealing butt joint end of the valve body, or is fixedly arranged on the second sealing plug head and is positioned at the joint of the second sealing plug and the sealing butt joint end of the valve body when the liquid-passing electromagnetic valve is in a liquid-non-passing state.
