本发明涉及一种卡扣，更确切地说，是一种便于安装的金属卡扣。
背景技术
社会发展工业化，器械产品多样化，对连接部件大多采用焊接、相邻部件耦合，螺栓固定的方式，然而焊接费时费人工，还影响需要表面加工，相邻耦合部件相互摩擦造成磨损影响整体性，螺栓固定方式适用性不够广泛，比如器械内部的连接，没有空间进行打孔固定，预制好模块有会影响其他零件的正常安装使用。

一种便于安装的金属卡扣，其特征在于，所述的便于安装的金属卡扣包括一杆体、一固定旋套和一三叶帽，所述的杆体包含一上圆杆和一下圆杆，所述的上圆杆为中空圆柱，所述的下圆杆为实心圆柱，所述的下圆杆的尾部设有一固定孔，所述的固定旋套包含一第一卡环、一内凹环和一第二卡环，所述的三叶帽包含三个均匀分布的叶片，所述的叶片的底端两侧分别设有一卡孔，相邻的叶片之间设有一弹簧，所述的三叶帽的底部设有一基座和一卡栓，所述的卡栓贯穿所述的上圆杆。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的三叶帽为硬质钢制成。
本发明的便于安装的金属卡扣具有以下优点：使用时，三叶帽卡住器械的钳位后，滑入固定旋套中，弹簧使叶片相互扩张，从而形成稳固的一体，增强整体装置的牢固性，特别适合狭小空间的固定操作，减少了相邻零件的磨损，延长器械的使用寿命，实用性强。

如图1至图4所示，该便于安装的金属卡扣包括一杆体1、一固定旋套2和一三叶帽3，该杆体1包含一上圆杆11和一下圆杆12，该上圆杆11为中空圆柱，该下圆杆12为实心圆柱，该下圆杆12的尾部设有一固定孔13，该固定旋套2包含一第一卡环21、一内凹环22和一第二卡环23，该三叶帽3包含三个均匀分布的叶片31，该叶片31的底端两侧分别设有一卡孔32，相邻的叶片31之间设有一弹簧4，该三叶帽3的底部设有一基座33和一卡栓34，该卡栓34贯穿该上圆杆11。
该三叶帽3为硬质钢制成。
