As used herein, the singular is also intended to include the plural unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, and furthermore, it is to be understood that the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising" when used in this specification are taken to specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, devices, components, and/or combinations thereof.
Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of the hole drilling tool of the present invention, comprising a hole cutter 10 and a hole repair bit 20. Wherein, the upper end of the round hole device 10 is provided with a joint 11, and the lower end of the round hole device 10 is connected with a hole repairing drill bit 20. The connector 11 is used for connecting a rotating mechanism, and the circular hole device 10 is of a cylindrical structure.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the round hole drilling tool is connected to the rotating mechanism through the joint 11 and then is put into the well. The pilot bit 20 that first enters the well breaks the protruding structure in the well wall and clears the casing from the downward obstruction. Then, the round hole device 10 descending along with the hole repairing drill bit 20 can compact and grind the surface of the well wall to be flat during rotation by virtue of the cylindrical structure of the round hole device, so that the descending resistance of the sleeve is reduced. Thus, the well drilling processed by the round hole drilling tool can be used for running the casing more easily, and the problem that the casing is easy to be blocked in the past is solved.
As a preferred embodiment, the radial dimension of the reamer head 20 is greater than or equal to the radial dimension of the circular hole device 10. It should be noted that, when the radial dimension of the hole repairing drill 20 is slightly larger than the radial dimension of the circular hole device 10, the circular hole device 10 can be easily moved down, so that the circular hole drilling tool is more convenient to use. Specifically, during construction, the radial dimension of the hole-repairing drill 20 is generally selected to be 5mm larger than the radial dimension of the circular hole device 10.
In the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a hole-repairing drill bit 20 is connected to a circular hole device 10 through a drill collar 21.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides a second embodiment of the hole drilling tool, and compared with the first embodiment, the difference is that the hole drilling tool further includes a wall grinding device 30. The well wall dresser 30 is connected between the hole-dressing bit 20 and the circular hole device 10, a cutting edge structure is formed on the circumference of the well wall dresser 30, the cutting edge structure extends along a vertical direction or extends along a direction inclined relative to the vertical direction, and the well wall dresser 30 is used for scraping the surface of the well wall. In general, after the hole is repaired by the hole repairing bit 20, the flatness of the surface of the well wall is relatively poor, and after the surface of the well wall is scratched by the well wall repairing device 30, the flatness of the surface of the well wall can be well improved, so that the round hole device 10 can be used for compacting and polishing the surface of the well wall better. In addition, the abrasion of the well wall surface to the circular hole device 10 can be reduced after the well wall surface is scraped by the well wall dresser 30.
Optionally, the radial dimension of the wall dresser 30 is greater than or equal to the radial dimension of the circular bore device 10. When the radial dimension of the well wall dresser 30 is slightly larger than the radial dimension of the circular hole device 10, the well wall dresser 30 can achieve a good effect of improving flatness, and the circular hole device 10 can achieve a good compacting and leveling effect. Specifically, during construction, the radial dimension of the well wall dresser 30 is generally selected to be 5 mm larger than the radial dimension of the circular hole device 10.
As shown in fig. 2, as an alternative embodiment, a wellbore wall dresser 30 includes a connecting body 31 and a wiper 32. The connecting body 31 is connected between the hole-repairing bit 20 and the circular hole device 10, the scraping member 32 is connected on the outer circumferential surface of the connecting body 31, and the distal end of the scraping member 32, which is far from the connecting body 31, forms a cutting edge structure. As a further alternative, the cutting edge structure may also be an alloy member disposed at the distal end of the wiper member 32 remote from the connecting body 31.
As a preferred embodiment, the number of the scraping members 32 is plural, and the plurality of scraping members 32 are provided at intervals along the outer peripheral surface of the connecting body 31. In this way, the effect of the wall dresser 30 on the surface of the wall can be improved, and the flatness of the wall surface can be further improved. As shown in fig. 1, more preferably, the wall dresser 30 further includes an intermediate plate 33, the intermediate plate 33 being connected to a central portion of the connecting body 31, the intermediate plate 33 being respectively connected to the plurality of wiper members 32. The scraping element 32 is subjected to a large force when scraping the surface of the well wall, and the scraping element 32 is fixed by the middle disc 33, so that the scraping element 32 is fixed on the connecting main body 31 more firmly. Optionally, the intermediate disk 33 is connected to the wiper 32 by welding.
Alternatively, the wall dresser 30 may be integrally formed with the circular hole cutter 10. In this embodiment, the wall dresser 30 is formed to protrude from the integral structure, and may be a rib provided on the integral structure.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention further provides a third embodiment of a hole drilling tool, which is different from the second embodiment in that the number of hole devices 10 is multiple, the number of hole wall grinding devices 30 is also multiple, the multiple hole devices 10 are arranged at intervals, and two adjacent hole devices 10 are connected through one hole wall grinding device 30. The well wall can be more fully scraped through the plurality of well wall coping devices 30, the well wall can be more fully compacted and flattened through the plurality of round hole devices 10, and the operation effect on the well wall is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when the wall dresser 30 is connected between two circular hole devices 10, the connecting body 31 is connected between two adjacent circular hole devices 10, and the scraper 32 is also connected between two adjacent circular hole devices 10. In this way, the scraping piece 32 is connected with the two adjacent circular hole devices 10, so that the connection strength between the two adjacent circular hole devices 10 can be enhanced, the fracture of the connection part is avoided, and the service life of the circular hole drilling tool is prolonged. Optionally, the wiper 32 is welded to the circular hole device 10.
Optionally, in the technical solution of the present invention, the hole-repairing drill bit 20 is a roller bit, and the hole-repairing drill bit 20 is connected with the drill collar 21 through threads.
