the expanding and compacting device comprises an inverted-truncated-cone-shaped pushing block (15) and a plurality of circular-arc-shaped extrusion plates (14); the extrusion plates (14) are uniformly distributed along a circle and are attached to and in sliding fit with the inclined side faces of the pushing blocks (15), and adjacent extrusion plates (14) are connected through elastic bodies (16); the upper ends of the extrusion plates (14) are fixedly connected with horizontal press plates (17); the upper end of the pushing block (15) is connected with the gravity block (13) in an inserting way; a convex edge (18) is annularly arranged on the periphery of the upper side of the pushing block (15); the lower end of the convex edge (18) is uniformly fixed with a vertical pressure spring (19), and the lower end of the pressure spring (19) corresponds to the position of the pressure plate (17);
the pulse compacting device comprises a high-frequency pulse air pump (20) arranged on a support plate (1); an elastic air bag (21) is fixed on the outer side surface of the extrusion plate (14); the output end of the high-frequency pulse air pump (20) is communicated with an air duct (22); the tail end of the air duct (22) is communicated with each elastic air bag (21); air leakage pipes (23) are arranged on the side edges of the elastic air bags (21); the exhaust direction of all the air leakage pipes (23) is clockwise.
