窗帘是一种常用的家具用品,其主要作用是与外界隔绝,保持居室的私密性,同时它又是不可或缺的装饰品。冬季,拉上幔帐式的窗帘将室内外分隔成两个世界,给屋里增加了温馨的暖意。窗帘的种类丰富多样,有布窗帘、纱窗帘、无缝纱帘、直立帘、罗马帘、木竹帘、铝百叶、卷帘等。随着技术的不断进步,现代窗帘,既可以减光、遮光,又可以防风、除尘、隔热和保暖,改善居室气候与环境。因此,装饰性与实用性的巧妙结合,是现代窗帘的最大特色。
随着城市工业化程度的日益提高,人们的生活环境变得越来越吵杂,环境污染也越来越严重,紫外线强度也越来越强,都会影响到人们正常的生活以及身体健康。通常,人们只能紧密门窗,或是增设功能性建筑材料来阻隔外界。但是,窗户这一块区域无法铺设功能性建筑材料,通常只能依靠窗帘来阻隔外界,而普通的窗帘不具备良好的隔热、防晒、防紫外线的效果,而现有技术中的防紫外线效果的窗帘,其防紫外线效果层次不齐,效果也并不理想。

综上所述,因此需要一种更好的防紫外线染料,来改善现有技术的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料及其制备方法,本发明制备的染料具有很好的紫外线屏蔽功能,且不影响窗帘的透气、透湿性,并且还适用于各种织物,应用广泛,其原材料成本较低,制备方法简单,制备过程中安全、环保无污染,适合大规模推广生产。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料,包括以下重量份的原料:矿物染色原料7-11份、酚醛树脂18-22份、山梨醇6-10份、油酸5-10份、二磷酸钾8-12份、改性助剂12-17份、有机填充料12-18份、混合脂肪醇硫酸钠9-15份、α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶黏剂4-8份、着色剂3-8份、消泡剂4-7份和水12-17份。
优选的,所述染料包括以下重量份的原料:矿物染色原料9-11份、酚醛树脂18-20份、山梨醇7-10份、油酸5-8份、二磷酸钾9-12份、改性助剂12-15份、有机填充料14-18份、混合脂肪醇硫酸钠9-13份、α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶黏剂6-8份、着色剂3-7份、消泡剂5-7份和水12-16份。

a、将矿物染色原料、山梨醇和水混合,导入搅拌机中在55-60℃下加热并以200-240r/min的转速搅拌反应26-30min,再加入有机填充料,混合均匀后,送入分散罐中,在800-900rpm的速度下分散10-14min,得到混合物一;
b、向混合物一中依次加入改性助剂、油酸和二磷酸钾,混合均匀后,导入热处理机中热处理,之后,冷却至常温,得到混合物二;
c、向混合物二中加入酚醛树脂、混合脂肪醇硫酸钠和α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,在86-89℃下加热反应至酚醛树脂完全熔化,保温得到混合物三;
d、将混合物三、着色剂和消泡剂混合均匀,导入高压均质机中,匀质处理,冷却至常温后,即可得到成品。

本发明中采用矿物染色原料,因为矿物原料的成本较低,并且环保无污染,相对于传统的化学品染料,其对环境和人体的危害较小,而传统的化学品染料在使用和之别的过程中均会有一定的有毒物质的挥发,并且其染色的效果并不长久,因此使用矿物染色原料在降低成本的同时,还有利于制备的环保、使用的安全性。
本发明中的有机填充料,采用的多种成分的复配,其中石蜡、铝粉、硅酸铝成分,可以有效提高本发明制备的染料的耐磨性能和皂洗牢度;醋酸丁酸纤维素、硫脲、二乙烯三胺和硅烷偶联剂,有利于提高各成分之间的结合力和分子间的流动力,使各成分混合均匀且结构紧密,有利于提高成品染料的附着力;十二烷基苯磺酸钠有利于提高各成分的分子间活性,提高分散性,而三氧化二锑具有一定的阻燃作用,可提高染料的阻燃性;优选的进一步限定有机填充料的制备方法,有利于提高成品的质量和性能。
本发明中的改性助剂,采用苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯和纳米氧化锌,有利于可形成很好的分散体系,便于后续成分的融合,硅藻土、碳酸钠、纳米二氧化钛可在丙烯酸丁酯中分散形成良好的骨架网络,并且提高成品的耐候性能、韧性等,含氢硅油和二月桂酸二丁基锡可降低反应的剧烈程度,让混合体系在稳定的状态下混合,并且在一定程度上提高制备的效率。
本发明中的热处理方法可以提高原料混合的分散均匀程度,缩短制备流程。
本发明中的匀质处理方法,有利于使原料混合更加充分,并且除去混合过程中产生的气泡。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料,包括以下重量份的原料:矿物染色原料7份、酚醛树脂18份、山梨醇10份、油酸5份、二磷酸钾8份、改性助剂17份、有机填充料18份、混合脂肪醇硫酸钠15份、α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶黏剂4份、着色剂8份、消泡剂4份和水17份。
一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
a、将矿物染色原料、山梨醇和水混合,导入搅拌机中在60℃下加热并以240r/min的转速搅拌反应30min,再加入有机填充料,混合均匀后,送入分散罐中,在800rpm的速度下分散10min,得到混合物一;
b、向混合物一中依次加入改性助剂、油酸和二磷酸钾,混合均匀后,导入热处理机中热处理,之后,冷却至常温,得到混合物二;
c、向混合物二中加入酚醛树脂、混合脂肪醇硫酸钠和α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,在86℃下加热反应至酚醛树脂完全熔化,保温得到混合物三;
d、将混合物三、着色剂和消泡剂混合均匀,导入高压均质机中,匀质处理,冷却至常温后,即可得到成品。
步骤a的有机填充料的制备方法为:将硫脲、二乙烯三胺和氯化钠混合均匀,通入氮气,加热至115℃,保温反应22min,然后降温至75℃,保温反应0.6h,冷却至室温后,加入石蜡、醋酸丁酸纤维素、铝粉、三氧化二锑和硅烷偶联剂,混合均匀,在58℃下搅拌反应0.8h,再加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硅酸铝,混合均匀,继续搅拌25min,再导入乳化剂中,使其乳化均匀,冷却至室温,即可得到有机填充料。
步骤b的改性助剂的制备方法为:将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯和纳米氧化锌混合均匀,导入反应釜中,在92℃下加热反应1h,冷却至常温后,再加入硅藻土、碳酸钠、纳米二氧化钛和乙醇溶液,超声分散35min,接着加入含氢硅油和二月桂酸二丁基锡混合均匀,升温至90℃,保温反应12min,反应结束后,调节pH至4,进行脱水处理,然后置于烘箱中干燥,冷却至室温后,即可得到改性助剂。
步骤b的热处理方法为:在120℃、4MPa下,进行蒸压处理13min。
步骤d的匀质处理方法为:在7.2MPa下,振荡处理16min。
实施例2
一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料,包括以下重量份的原料:矿物染色原料11份、酚醛树脂18份、山梨醇10份、油酸8份、二磷酸钾9份、改性助剂12份、有机填充料18份、混合脂肪醇硫酸钠9份、α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶黏剂8份、着色剂7份、消泡剂5份和水16份。
一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
a、将矿物染色原料、山梨醇和水混合,导入搅拌机中在55℃下加热并以200r/min的转速搅拌反应26min,再加入有机填充料,混合均匀后,送入分散罐中,在900rpm的速度下分散14min,得到混合物一;
b、向混合物一中依次加入改性助剂、油酸和二磷酸钾,混合均匀后,导入热处理机中热处理,之后,冷却至常温,得到混合物二;
c、向混合物二中加入酚醛树脂、混合脂肪醇硫酸钠和α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,在86℃下加热反应至酚醛树脂完全熔化,保温得到混合物三;
d、将混合物三、着色剂和消泡剂混合均匀,导入高压均质机中,匀质处理,冷却至常温后,即可得到成品。
步骤a的有机填充料的制备方法为:将硫脲、二乙烯三胺和氯化钠混合均匀,通入氮气,加热至125℃,保温反应22min,然后降温至75℃,保温反应0.6h,冷却至室温后,加入石蜡、醋酸丁酸纤维素、铝粉、三氧化二锑和硅烷偶联剂,混合均匀,在65℃下搅拌反应0.7h,再加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硅酸铝,混合均匀,继续搅拌20min,再导入乳化剂中,使其乳化均匀,冷却至室温,即可得到有机填充料。
步骤b的改性助剂的制备方法为:将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯和纳米氧化锌混合均匀,导入反应釜中,在92℃下加热反应1h,冷却至常温后,再加入硅藻土、碳酸钠、纳米二氧化钛和乙醇溶液,超声分散25min,接着加入含氢硅油和二月桂酸二丁基锡混合均匀,升温至90℃,保温反应16min,反应结束后,调节pH至5,进行脱水处理,然后置于烘箱中干燥,冷却至室温后,即可得到改性助剂。
步骤b的热处理方法为:在120℃、4MPa下,进行蒸压处理13min。
步骤d的匀质处理方法为:在6.5MPa下,振荡处理16min。
实施例3
一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料,包括以下重量份的原料:矿物染色原料11份、酚醛树脂18份、山梨醇9份、油酸7份、二磷酸钾11份、改性助剂14份、有机填充料7份、混合脂肪醇硫酸钠12份、α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶黏剂6份、着色剂4份、消泡剂5份和水13份。

a、将矿物染色原料、山梨醇和水混合,导入搅拌机中在55℃下加热并以240r/min的转速搅拌反应26min,再加入有机填充料,混合均匀后,送入分散罐中,在800rpm的速度下分散14min,得到混合物一;

步骤b的改性助剂的制备方法为:将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯和纳米氧化锌混合均匀,导入反应釜中,在95℃下加热反应0.8h,冷却至常温后,再加入硅藻土、碳酸钠、纳米二氧化钛和乙醇溶液,超声分散31min,接着加入含氢硅油和二月桂酸二丁基锡混合均匀,升温至86℃,保温反应15min,反应结束后,调节pH至4,进行脱水处理,然后置于烘箱中干燥,冷却至室温后,即可得到改性助剂。
步骤b的热处理方法为:在120℃、3MPa下,进行蒸压处理13min。
步骤d的匀质处理方法为:在7.2MPa下,振荡处理16min。
对比例1
采用现有技术中的防紫外线染料进行检测。
检测以上实施例和对比例制备的成品,得到以下检测数据:

由表一所得的实验数据,可以得出,本发明的制备方法制备的成品的各项性能显著优异于现有技术中的普通产品,并且在本发明的实施例3中优选的制备方案,其得到的成品性能最为优异。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:矿物染色原料7-11份、酚醛树脂18-22份、山梨醇6-10份、油酸5-10份、二磷酸钾8-12份、改性助剂12-17份、有机填充料12-18份、混合脂肪醇硫酸钠9-15份、α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶黏剂4-8份、着色剂3-8份、消泡剂4-7份和水12-17份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料,其特征在于,所述染料包括以下重量份的原料:矿物染色原料9-11份、酚醛树脂18-20份、山梨醇7-10份、油酸5-8份、二磷酸钾9-12份、改性助剂12-15份、有机填充料14-18份、混合脂肪醇硫酸钠9-13份、α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶黏剂6-8份、着色剂3-7份、消泡剂5-7份和水12-16份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料,其特征在于,所述染料包括以下重量份的原料:矿物染色原料11份、酚醛树脂18份、山梨醇9份、油酸7份、二磷酸钾11份、改性助剂14份、有机填充料7份、混合脂肪醇硫酸钠12份、α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶黏剂6份、着色剂4份、消泡剂5份和水13份。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
a、将矿物染色原料、山梨醇和水混合,导入搅拌机中在55-60℃下加热并以200-240r/min的转速搅拌反应26-30min,再加入有机填充料,混合均匀后,送入分散罐中,在800-900rpm的速度下分散10-14min,得到混合物一;
b、向混合物一中依次加入改性助剂、油酸和二磷酸钾,混合均匀后,导入热处理机中热处理,之后,冷却至常温,得到混合物二;
c、向混合物二中加入酚醛树脂、混合脂肪醇硫酸钠和α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,在86-89℃下加热反应至酚醛树脂完全熔化,保温得到混合物三;
d、将混合物三、着色剂和消泡剂混合均匀,导入高压均质机中,匀质处理,冷却至常温后,即可得到成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a的有机填充料的制备方法为:将硫脲、二乙烯三胺和氯化钠混合均匀,通入氮气,加热至115-125℃,保温反应15-22min,然后降温至75-78℃,保温反应0.5-0.6h,冷却至室温后,加入石蜡、醋酸丁酸纤维素、铝粉、三氧化二锑和硅烷偶联剂,混合均匀,在58-65℃下搅拌反应0.7-0.8h,再加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硅酸铝,混合均匀,继续搅拌20-25min,再导入乳化剂中,使其乳化均匀,冷却至室温,即可得到有机填充料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a的有机填充料的制备方法为:将硫脲、二乙烯三胺和氯化钠混合均匀,通入氮气,加热至120℃,保温反应18min,然后降温至75℃,保温反应0.6h,冷却至室温后,加入石蜡、醋酸丁酸纤维素、铝粉、三氧化二锑和硅烷偶联剂,混合均匀,在63℃下搅拌反应0.7h,再加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硅酸铝,混合均匀,继续搅拌25min,再导入乳化剂中,使其乳化均匀,冷却至室温,即可得到有机填充料。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b的改性助剂的制备方法为:将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯和纳米氧化锌混合均匀,导入反应釜中,在92-95℃下加热反应0.8-1h,冷却至常温后,再加入硅藻土、碳酸钠、纳米二氧化钛和乙醇溶液,超声分散25-35min,接着加入含氢硅油和二月桂酸二丁基锡混合均匀,升温至80-90℃,保温反应12-16min,反应结束后,调节pH至4-5,进行脱水处理,然后置于烘箱中干燥,冷却至室温后,即可得到改性助剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b的改性助剂的制备方法为:将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯和纳米氧化锌混合均匀,导入反应釜中,在95℃下加热反应0.8h,冷却至常温后,再加入硅藻土、碳酸钠、纳米二氧化钛和乙醇溶液,超声分散31min,接着加入含氢硅油和二月桂酸二丁基锡混合均匀,升温至86℃,保温反应15min,反应结束后,调节pH至4,进行脱水处理,然后置于烘箱中干燥,冷却至室温后,即可得到改性助剂。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b的热处理方法为:在120℃、3-4MPa下,进行蒸压处理13min。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于窗帘的防紫外线染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d的匀质处理方法为:在6.5-7.2MPa下,振荡处理16min。
